Obama proposes $447 billion in spending plus minor tax cuts to create jobs. Republicans like the tax cuts but not the spending. [Either one involves more government control and more deficit spending and inflation. In other words, more of exactly what has caused unemployment in the first place. The failures of collectivism cannot be fixed by more collectivism.] Yahoo 2011 Sep 9 (Cached)

Bank of America, already reeling from lawsuits from every money losing firm in the US, now is sued by Norway’s pension fund. This opens the floodgates for European banks who bought fraudulent investments to sue also. [B of A could be hit so hard it will turn to the government for another bailout. If so, American taxpayers will end up indirectly bailing out European banks.] ZeroHedge 2011 Sep 8 (Cached)

There are over 800,000 foreclosed homes in the US, and the government owns nearly a third of them. They bought them from banks at unrealistically high prices to save the banks. The government has not put them up for sale because that would further depress the price of homes. [Instead of allowing people to buy homes at a low price, they keep them empty and maintain them with tax dollars. Why? To hide the true condition of the economy.] MSNBC 2011 Sep 5 (Cached)

China is on a gold-buying spree to crash the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency and replace it with Chinese currency. Global pension funds are worth $31 trillion and hold less than 1/3 of 1% in gold. [When they catch on to the new reality and try to increase that share, the price of gold will explode. The process already has begun.]

US: Under the false banner of environmentalism, collectivists have influenced federal and state polices to blow up dams. President’s Day
I was eating lunch on the 20th of February with my 10-year-old granddaughter and I asked her, “What day is tomorrow?” She said “It’s President’s Day!” She is a smart kid.

I asked “What does President’s Day mean?” I was waiting for something about Washington or Lincoln …. etc. She replied, “President’s Day is when President Obama steps out of the White House, and if he sees his shadow we have one more year of unemployment.”

You know, it hurts when hot coffee spurts out your nose…..
