The failures of collectivism cannot be fixed by more collectivism.] Yahoo 2011 Sep 9 (Cached)

This opens the floodgates for European banks who bought fraudulent investments to sue also. [B of A could be hit so hard it will turn to the government for another bailout. If so, American taxpayers will end up indirectly bailing out European banks.] ZeroHedge 2011 Sep 8 (Cached)

European study funded by psychiatrists who prescribe drugs as the treatment of choice finds a whopping 38% of the population are mentally ill. Critics says 38% merely is a measure of normal stress in society, not mental illness. [We agree with the critics. US: Evidence is mounting that the Obama Administration authorized the ATF to illegally sell weapons to Mexican criminals. The goal was to cause a wave of violent crime along the border, have the weapons traced to American gun stores, and create public support for gun control laws in the U.S. Lubbock Online 2011 Sep 5 (Cached)
There are over 800,000 foreclosed homes in the US, and the government owns nearly a third of them. They bought them from banks at unrealistically high prices to save the banks. The government has not put them up for sale because that would further depress the price of homes. [Instead of allowing people to buy homes at a low price, they keep them empty and maintain them with tax dollars. Why? To hide the true condition of the economy.] MSNBC 2011 Sep 5 (Cached)

China is on a gold-buying spree to crash the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency and replace it with Chinese currency. Global pension funds are worth $31 trillion and hold less than 1/3 of 1% in gold. [When they catch on to the new reality and try to increase that share, the price of gold will explode. The process already has begun.]
