The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 is mind-bogglingly unconstitutional, especially Sections Sections 1031 and 1032. It’s unconscionable.

If this is signed into law, the Constitution is null and void. Therefore, no legitimate US Federal Government would exist. Therefore, we’ll need a new one. Are Occupiers ready to step up to the task?
