The European Central Bank loaned a record $639 billion to 523 banks over 3 years at 1% interest. It is unlikely that the bailed out banks will invest any of that in bonds from the governments that are in deep debt, so ‘experts’ are calling for the ECB to directly buy those bonds. [This would allow it to function in a similar fashion to the Federal Reserve, which can be relied on to buy all the US bonds that cannot be sold otherwise. I guess it was because of my response to the line that said to list all dependents. I replied –
12 million illegal immigrants;

42 million unemployable people on food stamps;

The real enemies of the American people are not living in the Middle East. They are residing in the halls of Congress. These men and women that we have elected to serve us have been more injurious to domestic peace and prosperity {and freedom] than all of the Arabs on the planet. Those in Congress take their marching orders from the financial elite that control both political parties and are pretending to represent us. While the government continues to grow, the deficits and the national debt continue to sky rocket. As our standard of living falls, the net worth of our elected officials soar. Asking a wolf the guard the sheep is not a good idea and electing traditional Republicans and Democrats produces the same tragic results.
