This AM, on CBS Sunday Morning, they were doing a segment on the VietNam War. They discussed how the US salted the clouds to use as a weapon. They stated that this caused monsoon rains and destroyed crops. In addition they added this, that was 50 years ago…undoubtedly the technology has advanced.
