What Are the Health Effects of #5G? Excerpt from 5G Technologies and Protection Strategies, released by The Building Biology Institute 2019.

The European Parliament reports, “The technologies involved with 5G are much more complex (than previous generations). One aspect, for example, that is not well understood today is the unpredictable propagation patterns that could result in unacceptable levels of human exposure to electromagnetic radiation.”

Over 233 health care practitioners and researchers from 40 countries have signed a document opposing 5G.

They point out the health effects related to its anticipated deployment. We already have massive exposure at close and far range from wireless devices using 3G, 4G LTE, WiFi and Bluetooth technologies, not to mention satellites, that we are told by industry and governmental officials are safe. 5G would add exponentially increased RF exposure, outdoors and within buildings, to existing wireless technologies. Cindy Russell, MD has written an excellent summary of 5G and its health effects, entitled, “5G wireless telecommunications expansion: Public health and environmental implications”. It is published in Environmental Research, Volume 165, August 2018, pages 484-495. Link to it at https://www.sciencedirect.com/…/arti…/pii/S0013935118300161….

Dr. Russell also wrote the article, “A 5G Wireless Future — Will It Give Us a Smart Nation or Contribute to An Unhealthy One?” That article was published in the Jan/Feb 2017 edition of The Bulletin by the Santa Clara (California) County Medical Association. Link to it at https://issuu.com/18621/docs/bulletin_0217_web.

An overview of the health effects of 5G also appears on the website of the Environmental Health Trust, entitled, “5G And The IOT: Scientific Overview Of Human Health Risks”, available at https://ehtrust.org/…/…/5g-networks-iot-scientific-overview- human-health-risks/.

Neurosurgeon and health advocate Jack Kruse, MD has also spoken extensively on the health effects of 5G. Access his podcasts at https://jackkruse.com/podcasts-featuring-dr-jack-kruse/.

Dr. Barry Trower, physicist and microwave radiation expert, discusses the health effects of 5G in his YouTube interview, “5G Gigantic health hazard – Dr. Barry Trower & Sir Julian Rose”, available on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLVIbPtNrVo. 146

Trevor Marshall, PhD states, “There is little doubt that the human beings near the small cell will be affected by even narrow bursts of energy, as the average protein-ligand reaction completes in 1 nanosecond, or so. To the human body, these (beamformed) pulses (that are less than a millisecond) are quite long enough to give lots of problems, even if our equipment is having trouble measuring them. 5G signals will be very short and brief. The signal will be experienced as a burst of energy as it flashes past us.”

Dr. Marshall continues, “Millimetre waves penetrate about 1/10 as far as do microwave signals (at lower frequencies). Actually, they dump their energy 10 times as fast. They definitely penetrate far deeper than the skin, dumping their energy ten times as fast into the tissue. So, if a microwave (4G) signal penetrates to deep-brain at -50dBm, a millimetre wave of the same intensity would be at about -60dBm (perhaps as low as -70dBm), which is still enough to profoundly affect brain function (based on our testing and understanding of the molecular interactions).”

As ominous as that is, further information from another source is equally disturbing. In his article on the spiritual implications of 5G on humanity, entitled, “5G: The Big Picture”, author Jeremy Naydler, Ph.D. also discusses the health impact on human cells of exposure to concentrated, focused millimeter phase array/beamformed signals emitted by 5G cell antennas.

Dr. Naydler states that “moving charges streaming into the body (from 5G antennas) effectively become antennas that re-radiate the electromagnetic field and send it deeper into the organism. These re-radiated waves are known as Brillouin precursors, named after the French physicist Leon Brillouin, who first described them in 1914. Research suggests that they can have a significant and highly detrimental impact on living cells.” In Dr. Naydler’s footnote to this information, he says it came from Kurt Oughstun in an interview on “Brillouin Precursors” published in Microwave News, 22, 2 (2002), p.10. Dr. Naydler writes, “According to Oughstun, a professor of electrical engineering and mathematics at the University of Vermont, ‘A single Brillouin precursor can open small channels through the cell membrane because, as it passes through the membrane, it can induce a significant change in electrostatic potential across that membrane.’

Regarding small channels in cell membranes, Dr. Martin Pall, PhD, Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry and Basic Medical Sciences at Washington State University, has found that calcium channels in cell membranes are adversely affected by exposure to even low levels of RF energy. Dr. Pall wrote a seminal work on 5G, entitled, “5G: Great risk for EU, U.S. and International Health! Compelling Evidence for Eight Distinct Types of Great Harm Caused by Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Exposures and the Mechanism that Causes Them”. It is available online at https://peaceinspace.blogs.com/…/5g-emf-hazards–dr-martin-… 6-11us3.pdf.

Dr. Naydler also refers to Arthur Firstenberg’s discussion of Brillouin precursors in Arthur’s article, “5G – From Blankets to Bullets”, published January 17th, 2018 on his website, http://www.cellphonetaskforce.org/.

Likewise, Dr. Ben-Ishai at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem found that “human skin acts as a type of receptor for 5G radiation, drawing it in like an antenna”.

Finally, an interesting analysis of the proposed effects of 5G vs LTE on human health was conducted by Imtiaz Nasim and Seungmo Kim of Georgia Southern University. Their report is entitled, “Human Exposure to RF Fields in 5G Downlink”. It is available at https://arxiv.org/pdf/1711.03683.pdf.
