Since some are saying that “no one died at Las Vegas,” I thought I’d post this.
These are *comments* that Vegas survivor/eyewitness, Gio Rios made on his Facebook page under his 10/4 post, which has now been removed. There were thousands of comments in this post only, truthfully, that I pulled these from.
In the concert area, Gio witnessed firsthand, more than 20 people die. He saw a dead person in the Tropicana after hearing the shots. He saw muzzle flashes coming from NY NY/Excalibur area, while near the Tropicana.
Gio tells how the different shots from different weapons and distances sounded.

Gio Rios there was a person dead inside Tropicana, he was in a pool of blood. He was 25-30 years old.
Gio Rios Honey, I wrote this before the scanner audio was released to public.
I was at the front right stage when it happened. (Mandalay Bay) 
Then ran to Tropicana across the street at the back of the venue and the shots went off in the casino (short bursts)
Then Excalibur/NYNY shots were 2-4 burst shots while running through the alley at Tropicana and my cousin works at MGM and confirmed there was a shooter there and he was in the freezer at work hiding.

Gio Rios the closer one is an AR with a suppressor and the further one is the M240
Gio Rios Closer fired weapons have a higher pitch, the M240 is long distance and you can hear the deeper tone.
Gio Rios Grant Chambers I saw the muzzle flashes coming from NYNY/Excalibur area we were in an alleyway by Tropicana parking garage when we heard it and everything.
Gio Rios Thanks Jack. You don’t attack survivors on their posts after experiencing more deaths they ever wished to experience. Even though I didn’t die and made it out alive, every person I saw dead killed me inside and there was more than 20. Imagine seeing 20+ people drop dead in less than 5 minutes.
Gio Rios … The closer the shots are the higher pitch sound they are and the further the deeper the sound.
You can clearly hear the burst shots (closer with an AR Rifle and a suppressor) you can tell by the rate of fire and the suppressor to make it difficult to tell where the shooting is coming from.
And the further shot is a belt fed LMG and my guess is and always will be the M240
