People Cursing Animals (and People?): “Men Who Stare At Goats” — The True Story Behind The Film

From: Rense

Men Who Stare At Goats – The True
Story Behind The Film
By Dick Allgire

11-8-9

It was some thirty years ago on the big screen that we watched Darth Vader kill a subordinate with sheer force of will. Displeased with the performance of Admiral Ozzel because he brought his ships out of hyperspace too soon, alerting the Rebels to their presence, Darth Vader held up his hand and pinched the air. Moviegoers will recall the hapless admiral choking for air and falling over dead. Darth Vader killed the admiral with a look, employing some unseen force of Mind.

It was pure science fiction. Or was it? At about this same time, a U.S. Army Special Forces soldier was felling goats in much the same manner. Now this story is coming to the big screen.

“The Men Who Stare At Goats” is a soon to be released major motion picture starring George Clooney, Jeff Bridges, and Ewan McGregor. It is a lighthearted look at how the U.S. Army explored paranormal powers, “new age” parapsychology and psychic functioning in the late 1970’s and early 80s. The film portrays all of this in a whimsical and comical tone, but the real story is deadly serious.

The character portrayed by George Clooney is based on retired Special Forces Intel First Sergeant Glenn Wheaton. In real life Wheaton is a character far too complex to portray in a two-hour movie. In his Army career Wheaton was a stone cold killer, a Green Beret door-knocker as well as a remote viewer, a type of psychic spy who could readily displace his awareness to remote locations across space and time to bring back actual intelligence grade data using only his mind. He’s also a boy from the Louisiana Bayou, a southern gentleman, a kind and caring teacher.

The title of the upcoming movie, “The Men Who Stare at Goats” is based on an incident in which a Green Beret instructor killed a goat by staring at it. Glenn Wheaton witnessed the event and recounted it to author Jon Ronson, who wrote about it in his book “The Crazy Rulers of the World.” Glenn Wheaton sat down and talked about the goat incident recently during an interview for a documentary planned for release in conjunction with the movie “The Men Who Stare at Goats.” His interview will also be included in the “Extras” in the home DVD version of the movie.

At the Special Warfare Center and School at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina they had what the Green Berets called “The Goat Lab.” …

“I was there the day the first goat died,” recalls Glenn Wheaton. …

Glenn Wheaton witnessed the incredible feat. The instructor never touched the goat. “Michael focused on the goat pretty intensely,” he says. “It started to….

Wheaton does not talk about whether this technique was ever employed against humans, but he says Green Berets did study so called “paranormal powers” as part of a program called Project Jedi.

we made our own computer out of macaroni pieces
And it did our thinking
while we lived our lives
It counted up our feelings
And divided them up even
And
it called that calculation perfect love

Didn’t even know that love was bigger
Didn’t even know
That love was so, so …

So we made the hard decision
And we each made an incision
Past our muscles and our bones
Saw our hearts were little stones

Pulled ’em out they weren’t beating
And we
weren’t even bleeding
As we lay ’em on the granite counter top

We beat ’em up
Against each other

We beat ’em up
Against each other

We struck ’em hard
Against each other

We struck ’em so hard
So hard until they sparked

Hey this fire it’s burnin’
Burnin’ us up

“I hope you never lose your sense of wonder
You get your fill but always keep that hunger
And when you get the choice
to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance…I hope you dance.”

— Mark D. Sanders and Tia Sillers

“In most men,” wrote Augustin de Saint Beuve,” there is a dead poet whom the man survives.” Why does the poet die so young? Why are so many men and women limping along the trail of life, the doors to their hearts tightly bolted? What happened to the light we had as small children when we were filled with awe and excitement? Where or when did we learn that original thinking is wrong? At what point did we begin to follow the path of others’ perceptions of who we should be? How do you want to travel on the journey that is your one precious life? How do you get home to your one authentic self?

We can’t always find the answers to these questions but we can cultivate a way of living that celebrates uniqueness and we can travel deeper into our seeing. As we journey, we can develop a quality of mind that not only enriches the creative process in art, but results in a return to our true souls and to a more imaginative, richer state of being.

THE DRAGONS:

There are dragons that roam the wilderness of creative quests. If left to run amok, they can inhibit the most determined artist. The creative process transforms you, the artist, into a creative warrior – arming you to slay the dragons or at least keep them at bay.

The first step is to develop the courage to venture into the unknown, to climb into the mode of exploration – of subject and light, of assumed boundaries of photography and on paths that travel beyond personal horizons.

The dragons that plague the creative process appeal to the part of your mind that deals with product and ego. The way to combat these dragons and to discover images that grow from your heart and soul is not by searching in the drawers of your mind.

Prevailing mythology has it that creativity is a gift of some sort, but really it is a state of being – a quality of mind available to all. In a creative mind, the world is unique, has beauty, and is filled with potential. Creativity is an attitude. Creativity is like being in love – with life and with yourself. Creativity doesn’t have a simple definition, but we know that it is an ongoing process and it is about the search to discover the place where truth, beauty and fire live.

Joseph Campbell said, “If the path before you is clear, you’re probably on someone else’s.” Campbell knew that we don’t always know where we’re going or what the path will look like, but on the photographic path, the creative warrior knows photographic technique, owns great optics and good tripods, but that is not where they stop. On this path, craft is fine and necessary, but this is a search for transcending technical knowledge and is the quest for imagination and love.

[…]

DARE TO BE IDLE:

Learn to slow down and dare to be idle. We live in a culture that looks at idleness as something slovenly, lazy, and non-productive. It is only when you stop and reflect, that you can be filled and recharged. What you photograph today will be the result of yesterday’s “idling.”

[…]

To be on a creative path, we must work at ridding our thought processes of internal judges, worrying about winning camera club ribbons, or impressing editors. Photography should not be a competitive sport.

[…]

Have the courage and conviction to do whatever works for you. Do not let the appetites of those who “need” to stay in the box consume your taste for creativity.

[…]

We can’t blame the people around us who try to thwart our artistic expression. They don’t know any better. We can choose however, to trust what we know and who we are. We can move through fear and soar with the wings of our original creative selves. Eleanor Roosevelt knew this when she wrote, “Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent.”

[…]

When viewers ask the question, “How long did it take you to get this shot?” There should be only one answer – “My whole life.” And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance, make sure that you step onto the dance floor of a creative life and enjoy your dance.

Alex Jones: When attacked & cursed tune into your heart: “Thank you, God.” In the end you get it all back many times over!

Transcribed by Jeff Fenske from The Alex Jones Show, 9/11/09

There’s always a price to pay. The old African proverb, what is it a Zulu proverb: ‘no good deed goes unpunished?’ [laughs] It’s true, but no good deed goes unrewarded as well.

Because I learned in my life the curses, the bad things people do to you, it always has a price up front. But if you take it cheerfully and say, ‘thank you, God that my enemies are attacking me,’ like Job, in the end you get it all back, many times over — when you tune into your heart, tune into love, tune into your center.”

Reverse-Christianity: Baptist ‘Pastor’ Prays (James-3 curses) that Barack Obama Would die and Go to Hell. Entitles His Sermon “Why I Hate Barack Obama”

From: AllHeadlineNews

The pastor of the Faithful Word Baptist Church who preached two weeks ago for the death of President Barack Obama is not backing down from his controversial sermon, but has made clear he wants the President to die of natural causes and that his prayers [James-3 curses – ed.] were part of a “spiritual warfare.”

Steven Anderson’s sermon on Aug. 16 entitled “Why I Hate Barack Obama” is making the rounds on the internet and is a popular video on YouTube [Link – ed.]. In it, he cites Obama’s abortion stance as his reason for wishing violence upon the President.

“Let me tell you something, I hate Barack Obama,” Anderson says. “You’re going to say, well you don’t like what he stands for — no, I hate the person. You just don’t like his policies, no I hate him! I’m going to prove this from the Bible tonight, why I should hate him, why God wants me to hate Barack Obama, why God hates Barack Obama.”

“I am not going to pray for his good. I am going to pray that he dies and goes to hell,” he adds. “Since Barack Obama thinks it is OK to use a salty solution, right, to abort the unborn, because that’s how abortions are done, my friend, using salt — and I would like to see Barack Obama melt like a snail tonight.”

A father of five who founded the Tempe-based church in 2005, Anderson told FOX 10 on Sunday he hopes “God strikes Barack Obama with brain cancer so he can die like Ted Kennedy” but that he won’t take up arms because his wish is part of “spiritual warfare.”

Not funny: Barack Obama laughs at Wanda Sykes “joke” about wanting Rush Limbaugh dead

From: Telegraph.co.uk

What was Wanda Sykes thinking? Perhaps more to the point, what was President Barack Obama thinking when he laughed and smiled as the comedienne wished Rush Limbaugh dead? …

This is what she said: “Rush Limbaugh said he hopes this administration fails, so you’re saying, ‘I hope America fails’, you’re, like, ‘I dont care about people losing their homes, their jobs, our soldiers in Iraq’. He just wants the country to fail. To me, that’s treason.

“He’s not saying anything differently than what Osama bin Laden is saying. You know, you might want to look into this, sir, because I think Rush Limbaugh was the 20th hijacker. But he was just so strung out on OxyContin he missed his flight.”

She then concluded: “Rush Limbaugh, I hope the country fails, I hope his kidneys fail, how about that? He needs a good waterboarding, that’s what he needs.” Obama seemed to think this bit was pretty hilarious, grinning and chuckling and turning to share the “joke” with the person sitting on his right. …

And Obama laughing when someone wishes Limbaugh dead? Hard to take from the man who promised a new era of civility and elevated debate in Washington.

“I Hope His Kidneys Fail” — Wanda Sykes Wishing Evil on Rush Limbaugh — President Obama Laughs

From: RightPundits

Comedienne and actress Wanda Sykes brought down the house at the White House Correspondents dinner with a joke about Rush Limbaugh; Sykes said that she hoped Limbaugh’s “kidney’s fail”, in response to the talk show hosts comments that he hopes the Obama administration fails.

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2N7Bu4fJ_4]

This is interesting folks, the left wing in this country is calling for CBS golf analyst David Feherty to be fired over his comments from two days ago where he stated that if given the chance U.S. soldiers would shoot Nancy Pelosi over Osama Bin Laden. But at the same time, it is seemingly okay for Wanda Sykes, to say that she “hopes his kidney’s fail”, when talking about Rush Limbaugh. …

Obama’s response to Sykes kidney failure joke; he yucked it up with the rest of the liberals in the room.

People Cursing People with Insomnia

Trouble sleeping? Could this be the reason why?

I just watched much of the movie, “Ganja Queen,” in which an Australian woman was being tried by an Indonesian court for attempting to smuggle 10 pounds of marijuana into Bali.

Apparently, Australians were as enthralled with this trial as the Americans who were stuck to their TVs during the O.J. Simpson case. After the verdict was read (broadcast live all over Australia), her Mom who yelled this at the judges:

~”You will never sleep again!

When I searched the net to make sure this is the exact quote, I couldn’t find her quote, but found another insomnia curse in comment #956 on page 20 at this petition.

Help Bring Schapelle Corby Home… A Free Woman!
Target: The Hon. Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia
Sponsored by: http://www.freeschapelle.com.au

# 956:

I want to make sure this case is heard all over the news again and again until Schapelle is freed and cleared of all charges. I want the governement of Indonesia to realize that they are killing an innocent women, and they will never sleep well. May they have floods, life lost, land health and wealth as punishment from the gods for this unjustice. May the plagues of the worlds ingulph them until they do what is right and set her free. This I pray until the governement admits that they wanted to make an example of her not caring that she actually was and is innocent!

Nice.

By the way, this is the side of the story the movie did not show. These cursed judges were probably right.

Cheney says he felt better after cursing at Leahy

From: CNN, 2004

Vice President Dick Cheney has said he didn’t regret cursing at Sen. Patrick Leahy earlier this week, and said he felt better after the incident. […]

“That’s not the kind of language I usually use,” the vice president said in the interview during a campaign stop in Michigan.

When asked if he had cursed at Leahy, Cheney answered, “Probably.”

Do you have any regrets?,” Neil Cavuto asked.

No. I said it,” the vice president responded. […]

“Part of the problem here is that instead of having a substantive debate over important substantive policy issues, he had challenged my integrity, and I didn’t like that. But most of all I didn’t like the fact that after he’d done so, then he wanted to act like everything was peaches and cream.”

Leahy confirmed to CNN on Thursday that Cheney had used profanity in the exchange. […]

When asked what the reaction was from senators who overheard the conversation, Cheney said he thought several of his colleagues “felt that what I’d said badly needed to be said, that it was long overdue.”

My theory

I studied this subject in depth in the late ’90s, horrified by the prospect of this being done to innocent people, starting from even while they still in the womb. I also became somewhat convinced that unless this project wasn’t dealt with, Y2K could take us down, because of their strategic placement.

I came to learn, through my research and by attending a S.M.A.R.T. seminar (where I met Brice Taylor and others), that a significant amount of the programming was demonic. And I believe it’s likely that it was mainly prayers that broke these totally injust, hiddeous curses off of these innocent victims. And that is why we’ve heard little about this type of mind-control since Y2K. See: Nick Begich: The Gifts of the Holy Spirit Demonstrate What’s Possible for Human Beings

Perhaps only God knows for sure.

It will be interesting to see Tracy’s take on this, to see how much of this she thinks is still going on. I haven’t heard of her before, so I can’t vouch for her credibility. Some of what’s out there is intentional disinfo.

incidentally, Mel Gibson played Jerry Fletcher, who was a mind-controlled assassin who went rogue in Conspiracy Theory, with Julia Roberts. Both Manchurian Candidate movies are also about mind-control. If I remember correctly, the first was banned for awhile after JFK’s assassination, ie.: Lee Harvey Oswald….

Freedom for the people!

Mind Control & Project Monarch

Journalist and occult expert Tracy Twyman discussed the shocking stories from her new book, Mind Controlled Sex Slaves and the CIA. She covered a number of infamous accounts within this realm, such as the story of Cathy O’Brien, the Franklin Cover-Up, and the disappearance of Johnny Gosch. Reflecting on the more credible stories she has researched, Twyman said, “They don’t seem like they’re seeking attention. They don’t even seem like people who have read Internet conspiracy theories. They seem like they’re talking about the experiences they had.”

Looking at where these stories may have originated, Twyman detailed Project Monarch, which purportedly was part of the notorious CIA mind control program known as MK Ultra. According to her, Monarch “always involved a nexus of child sex abuse, mind control programming, Satanism, and the intelligence community.” Such practices were allegedly used to create multiple personalities within the victims and, in turn, make them programmable government pawns. Based on her research, Twyman said “when this technique was mastered by the intelligence community, they used it to create mind controlled sex slaves.” She postulated that the motive behind such devious pursuits was twofold: the slaves were either for personal use by powerful individuals or, more often, used to blackmail powerful people [especially politicians – editor] who partook in their services.

Olympian Lloy Ball: Now Disbelieves His “Anger is a Gift” Tattoo — “And to have the Devil on your arm does not bode well”

From: Washington Post, Lloy Ball, Tattoos and Capricious Youth

The U.S. men’s volleyball team has its share of characters, but media folks aren’t going there after this month’s events. I spent a few minutes with longtime setter Lloy Ball last week….

If you’ve followed the team’s history, you remember that Ball was previously depicted as the bad boy of indoor volleyball: the “Satan” nickname, the “Boo-yah!” screams after successful spikes, his fish face that he called “The Grouper,” the “Anger is a Gift” tattoo that came from Rage Against the Machine lyrics. An “in-your-face, tattooed Generation X’er,” one newspaper called him during the ’96 Games, and virtually every story had a similar theme.

[…]

And what about the ‘Anger is a Gift” thing?

Yeah, uh…capricious youth? Back in ’96 for some reason I thought I needed to be somewhat upset to play well. Luckily it only took me 12 years to figure out that that’s not true. And to have the devil on your arm does not bode well when you go to church with your mom on Christmas, I can tell you. But, you know, live and learn.

So you don’t play angry any more?

Not so much. I mean, it takes someone across the net saying REALLY bad things to me in a language I understand to get too upset.

Really? Does that go on?

Oh yeah, yeah. You’ll see it when we play Italy. You know, a lot of us just aren’t real fond of each other. We play against each other on the national teams but also in club ball a lot of times. I’ve had a REAL good couple of years in club ball, so I’m not real popular with some of em, and I’ve on occasion let them know that I’m a little better than they are sometimes, and they take offense at that and start yelling at me through the net. In Italian, most of ’em.

Shawn Johnson’s teammate, friend, and roommate in Beijing ended the night with the gold medal. Nastia Liukin finished just six-tenths ahead of Shawn in the point standings. Nastia landed her vault, but scored lower than expected. That put her in tenth place after the first round. But after that, Nastia performed one of the most difficult routines on the uneven bars, and nailed it.

Nastia delivers strong performances on both the beam and floor exercise. It wasn’t until Shawn wrapped up her floor routine that Nastia knew the gold medal would be hers. The Soviet-born gymnast says she knows that Shawn is her biggest competitor.

“We’re both incredibly strong athletes and gymnasts and she won Worlds last year, and… She’s a phenomenal athlete and I couldn’t speak any more highly of her. I admire her with all my heart. It’s been amazing and it’s been a great journey, and it’s been a really cool ending,” says Liukin.

Neil Young’s Film Documents Hate in America During Anti-War Concert Tour

From: MSNBC

NEW YORK – Not every musician will make a film that features a fan facing him from a concert audience with two arms raised, middle fingers extended — more than one fan, in fact.

Neil Young was singing protest songs on a “Freedom of Speech” tour with David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash at the time. Ignoring that kind of nonverbal speech would contradict the message, wouldn’t it?

It was an easy call. Using the nom de plume Bernard Shakey, Young directs “CSNY: Deja Vu,” a film that uses the tumult surrounding CSNY’s 2006 concert tour as a backdrop for exploring divisions in the country over the Iraq war. It opens in theaters on Friday. …

Young never wants to do such a tour again, and not just because he hopes for peace. “It’s too draining and terrifying,” he said. “I was committed to it … and I followed it all the way through to the end, but it’s very dangerous and it’s not fun.”

I love you my hard Irishman
Your rage is like a fist in my womb
Can’t you forgive
what you think I’ve done
And love me, I’m your woman. …

How come you’ve never said you love me
In all the time you’ve known me
How come you never say you’re sorry
And I do
… I do.

Mellencamps Cursed for Questioning the War

From: Vanity Fair

If Mellencamp has become inured to the chilly treatment that he sometimes gets from the music industry, he and his family were caught off guard by the undercurrent of hostility that rolled their way in Bloomington when he began to voice his anti-war feelings in 2003. Not long before the official start of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Mellencamp wrote new lyrics for “Baltimore to Washington,” Woody Guthrie’s version of a traditional tune first popularized by the Carter family, and renamed it “To Washington.” Using pretty much the same plainspoken language found on Freedom’s Road, he sang about the tainted 2000 election and the roll-up to the war, including this verse:

And he wants to fight with many
And he says it’s not for oil
He sent out the National Guard
To police the world
From Baghdad to Washington.

The song, which was included on Mellencamp’s May 2003 album of reworked blues and folk standards, Trouble No More, made news even before it was released. In the fall Mellencamp and his wife, the supermodel and photographer Elaine Irwin-Mellencamp, landed in the headlines again when they posted an open letter on his Web site, mellencamp.com, titled, in part, “It’s Time to Take Back Our Country.” The Mellencamps called for an end to what they described as the “political ‘hijacking’ of Iraq” and the chilling effect on free speech that had crept into the national discourse. Though they were spared the kind of public thrashing that the Dixie Chicks got that March when lead singer Natalie Maines told a London concert audience that she was “ashamed the president of the United States” is from Texas, the Mellencamp family’s politics did not go unnoticed on their home turf. Elaine Irwin-Mellencamp recalls the time that she, her husband, and their sons, Hud, 12, and Speck, 11, were driving in town when a local radio station played “To Washington” and invited listeners to comment, prompting one man to call up and say, “I don’t know who I hate worse, John Mellencamp or Saddam Hussein.” Mostly, the criticism was implied in the cold stares and whispers of some of the locals whom the Mellencamps encountered on a regular basis.

A few times, the rocker’s clan found themselves on the wrong end of some drive-by mudslinging. Because their 60-acre compound, with its stucco mansion, sits on the serene Lake Monroe, Irwin-Mellencamp says a number of boaters floated near their banks and shouted obscenity-laced tirades at the house. Irwin-Mellencamp won’t forget the time that a boat carrying a profanity-spewing….

Shawn Phillips: Why I Write Late at Night

“I’ve had a lot of people come up to me…and they want to know: ‘how do you write and when do you write?‘”

Everything that you’ve ever heard that I’ve ever written is written between the hours of 12 o’clock midnight and 6 o’clock in the morning. I have a reason for doing that because in those hours what’s happening is that you’re not so involved in the collective consciousness around you. Because we’re always being constantly bombarded by other minds and energy persona around us. And during those hours, 90% of the world around you is asleep. So you don’t have quite the same pressure going on.”

The trick is once you begin a song, once you begin the first line, don’t leave the room until you’ve written the last line. And it’s the same with anything. When you’re painting or writing a book, finish the paragraph or finish the chapter. If you’re painting, finish that section. But the whole trick is perseverance.”

Disgusting! ‘Realtime’ Guest: “We have a right to curse out the people…we love the most”

From: Realtime with Bill Maher, 3/28/08

MAHER: We have to bring on our “Real Time” Real Reporter. … Let me ask you quickly, because you’re a radical—[laughter]—have you ever said, “G__ D___ America”? Because I think that’s the worst thing they find this guy said – “G__ D___ America!” Because I watch the TV – “the TV,” what am I, eighty? [laughter]—I watch the TV. [laughter] But I watch TV, and about three times a week, I see something going on where I feel – I say something akin to that. Because this country is so greedy and so…

DAN SAVAGE: Who hasn’t said, “G__ D___ blank” about things that they [love] – I’ve said, “G__ D___ my mother” when she’s gotten on my nerves.

MAHER: [overlapping] Right.

SAVAGE: Like, we have a right to curse out the people and things we love the most. [laughter]

MAHER: Right.

SAVAGE: What else would make you as angry as the things you love? [applause]

Joe Sample’s Decision: “I’m NOT GOING TO HATE the white man. I’m going to the piano & CREATE THE LIFE that I want TO LIVE!”

The piano, to me, was that escape
from the boredom,
the segregation,
the racism

that existed in the deep south.

I had to fight this constant proclamation
that I was inherently born inferior.

So at 22-years old, I made a decision;
and I told all my friends:

I’ve got enough of civil rights;
I’m not going to hate the white man.
I’m going to the piano,
and I’m gonna create the life that I want to live!

And yes,
music can transform our lives.”

People-Cursing-People Example: “David Beckham’s Latest Challenge”

From: 60 Minutes, March 23, 2008

(CBS) You’ve probably heard of soccer player David Beckham, but what might surprise you is that with the possible exception of Tiger Woods, the 32-year-old Englishman is the most well-known and well-compensated athlete in the world. …

While his career has been marked by stunning victories, there’ve also been very public failures. In 1998, Beckham was ejected from the World Cup for a kick against an opposing player. England lost the match against rivals Argentina and was eliminated from the tournament. Almost everyone in England blamed it on Beckham. His family was harassed, and he received death threats.

“There was a sort of dummy of me with an England shirt on, with a noose around, hung up outside a pub in England,” Beckham remembers.

Asked if the English take soccer too seriously, Beckham tells Cooper, “I’m not sure I’d say they take it too seriously. But, you know, sometimes it oversteps the mark. Like I played in European championships two years later, and as I was walking off the pitch, some England fans shouted up, ‘I hope your child dies of cancer.'”

Beckham’s reaction? He gave them the finger.

“It was reported at the time of me just being, you know, my petulant self. Until the actual truth came out about what people had shouted at me,” Beckham says.

Are Angry Americans Cursing Indian Call Center Workers?

“You are making nice money. But the trade-off is also big,” said Vats, who spent nearly two years at an IBM Corp. call center handling customer calls from the United States.

Call centers and other outsourced businesses — such as software writing, medical transcription and back-office tasks — employ more than 1.6 million people in India, mostly in their 20s and 30s. But at this young age, they face sleep disorders, heart disease, depression and family discord, according to doctors and several industry surveys. …

Most call center jobs involve responding to phone calls through the night from customers in the United States and Europe, some of whom can be angry and rude. It’s monotonous and there is little meaningful personal interaction among co-workers.

“There are times when the stress is so overwhelming that they fail to cope with it,” said Archana Bisht, who started a counseling company — 1to1help.net — in Bangalore six years ago. …

About 32% of respondents complained of sleep disorders, 25% had digestive troubles and 20% reported eyesight problems, according to the survey, which covered 1,749 employees.
