Some say this could have been a strobe light, perhaps from an alarm. Expert analysis could determine if the sound and light would be in synch in the further away video, if the slower speed of sound is taken into consideration. The distance wasn’t very far though.

This light looks to be in the same place: Flashing Light from Mandalay Bay room…was NOT a muzzle flash!!
