Dan explains why ‘woke’ is popular among leftists because it’s how many people are now getting their self worth, through virtue signaling, believing they’re championing for the woke causes. Leftism gives people a sense of purpose, even if what they’re championing is often not virtuous.
“Most leftists appoint themselves savior of mankind, crusaders for the oppressed. Typically, people who are left don’t believe in the existence of God. So there’s an emptiness there in their lives, and they have to fill it, and that’s how they fill it, by appointing themselves savior. And they come up with these crazy policies to destroy the lives of those who make good decisions, and to enable the lives of those who make bad decisions.”
When a reporter asked President Biden what his message was to “platforms like Facebook” on the subject of “COVID misinformation,” the President said, “They’re killing people. The only pandemic we have is among the unvaccinated, and they’re killing people.” White House press secretary Jen Psaki admitted last Thursday that the White House is “flagging problematic posts” for Facebook to censor and added that the Biden administration is “in regular touch” with the platform to ensure that only “correct narratives” are promoted. She said, “There’s about 12 people who are producing 65 percent of anti-vaccine misinformation on social media platforms.” Since the beginning of the public health crisis, Facebook says it has removed over 18-million instances of “COVID-19 misinformation” but, apparently, that is not enough.
Missouri Senator Josh Hawley warned that big tech is “acting like arms of the government” after the White House admitted it is asking Facebook to censor anyone who posts content it deems to be “misinformation”. He said that, if the companies are taking direction from the federal government, openly coordinating censorship with them, and Big Tech carries out those instructions, then they should be regulated like public utilities. The latest development with Facebook comes on the heels of reports that the White House is trying the same thing with Twitter, and planning to work directly with cellphone network providers to ‘fact check’ private SMS messages if they contain “misinformation about vaccines.” — GEG

According to July 12 data from the Alaska Department of Health, only 35% of Mat-Su residents are vaccinated. Despite this, the area enjoys one of the lowest COVID transmission rates in the state at just 2.8 cases per 100,000 people.

Massive inflation is the proposal it seems with trillions more to be pumped into the economy. Food prices are rising significantly as we see the inflation at this time. More money, cash, debt, entering the system. There is an influx of capital going into the stock market from institutions, money managers, corporations, individual retail investors, all directions. Very low interest rates, mortgage rates increasing prices of everything.
Regarding Michael Snyder’s prediction here, he’s been wrong many times before, but we’ll see. Joel Skousen has called him out many times, and has been predicting the powers that be won’t allow total collapse so the boiling frogs won’t jump out of the pot.

How does it feel to live in a country with double-digit inflation? On Tuesday, the Bureau of Labor Statistics told us that the consumer price index has risen 5.4 percent over the past 12 months, and such a high number shocked a lot of people. But in order to make a fair comparison to the past, we have to account for the fact that the way inflation is calculated has been changed literally dozens of times over the past several decades. According to John Williams of shadowstats.com, if inflation was still calculated the way that it was back in 1990, the official rate of inflation over the past 12 months would be about 9 percent. And if inflation was still calculated the way that it was back in 1980, the official rate of inflation over the past 12 months would be well into double-digits.

Great to hear Alaskans question the ethicacy of the experimental Covid vaccines in general, as well as the State of Alaska offering $50 gift cards for anyone who will take the vax.

As of last Friday, 1,406 adverse reactions from Alaskans are listed on the CDC’s VAERS reporting website, including 26 Alaskans who have died following the reception of a COIVD vaccine.
Reports from Alaska and across national are likely much higher than what appears on VAERS, which captures only a small fraction of total instances, according to a 2012 study by Harvard.
“’Underreporting’ is one of the main limitations of passive surveillance systems, including VAERS,” the VAERS website notes, adding that it “receives reports for only a small fraction of actual adverse events.”
