Scotland is planning a referendum vote for 2014 on leaving the UK and becoming independent. Scotland’s First Minister says they will consider staying if they have more influence over their taxation and financial matters. [Are the Scots really defending their sovereignty from the EU or are their leaders merely threatening to withdraw from the EU as a negotiating chip to obtain a promise (not to be kept) for more power in the New World Order? We shall see.] Guardian 2012 Feb 17 (Cached)

Thailand and India: Terrorist bombs aimed at local officials raise questions of who are the terrorists.[Israel claims they are Iranians and that justifies an attack on Iran. Iran says they are Israeli agents who are attempting to put the blame on Iran so they can justify an attack. Iran depends on India for its rice, so Iranian hostility against India is improbable. Time will tell.] Reuters 2012 Feb 15 (Cached)

North Carolina preschool food police make 4 year-old girl throw away her homemade sack lunch with ham and cheese sandwich and purchase a school-cafeteria lunch with chicken nuggets. [It’s not about which lunch was better but about government power to dictate what people can eat.] DailyMail 2012 Feb 15 (Cached)

George Soros says that Romney and Obama are ‘not that much different’ except for the people they would bring with them into the White House. [In other words, their policies are similar but their supporters are different. Either way, business as before.]

The Republican Party delegates in Georgia are up for grabs. You don’t even need to vote Republican to become an elected delegate. Thousands of delegate slots are up for grabs. If you’re not one of those, you’ll have no say. Hurry! The first round of precinct conventions are Saturday, February 18th, for the largest counties in Georgia. We just posted last night’s conference call for Georgia here. The possibilities are incredible! To find out where you need to go on Saturday morning, check out this page.

Ed Asner says US Navy Seals have warned him that a false-flag operation will be used as an excuse to attack Iran. [Be aware that Asner is a Leftist-oriented collectivist (which is why he is critical of Ron Paul); but, if the information he has received is accurate, exposing it to the public could help to prevent the attack.] InfoWars 2012 Feb 14

Obama introduces $3.8 trillion spending plan for 2013. It is intentionally vague so it can be ‘interpreted’ as needed at a later date. Treasury Secretary Geithner says the extra money will come from the wealthy top 2%. [Garbage! As always, it will come from what is left of the middle class, mostly from inflation.] Miami Herald 2012 Feb 14 (Cached)

Pennsylvania: Feds shut down Amish farm for selling raw milk across state lines. [The underlying issue is whether or not people have a right to decide for themselves the risks vs. rewards of drinking unprocessed milk. Collectivists believe that the state should make that decision, and the people should obey.]

The global-warming hoax is evident in this year’s incredibly cold winter in Europe. The big freeze now is responsible for over 500 deaths. [Some observers say this is because unreliable wind power has failed to produce enough heat for homes and businesses. In the US, the EPA is closing coal plants, and it is feared that the same result eventually will follow.] Canada Free Press 2012 Feb 13 (Cached)

French court finds Monsanto guilty of poisoning a farmer with their herbicide, because the product had inadequate warning of the danger. [This could be a milestone case because it is a departure from previous failed attempts to prove a connection between crop chemicals and cancer.] Natural Society 2012 Feb 13 (Cached)

Mexican army seizes 15 tons of methamphetamine, worth $4 billion, one of the largest drug busts ever.[In spite of this, the Sinaloa Drug Cartel, the largest and most powerful drug provider in the world, likely will continue as before.] DailyMail 2012 Feb 13 (Cached)

Mitt Romney wins the Maine Republican caucus, but Ron Paul may have been the rightful winner. He was strong in the polls and was expected to win; but, at the last minute, an incredibly weak excuse was used to count the votes in private!

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau was created supposedly to protect consumers from financial fraud. [In reality, it will expose them to more fraud because it is run by the Federal Reserve, which is America’s banking cartel. That means it will see to it that bank investment frauds will continue to be approved while investments outside the banking industry will be handicapped or regulated out of existence.]
