I seriously think it is the intention of this Assembly to drive private shelters out of business to justify their building a homeless industry that feeds off of our tax dollars. Next week they take up their punitive licensing requirements for shelters that attempt to give the muni total control over privately funded shelters just so they can say any new shelters they build will not turn into the mess we had on 3rd Ave.
