Lots of good info; though, he’s wrong on some points. He sells vitamin K, so doesn’t seem to be interested in the idea that many people who take D3 don’t need to take it often.
He said vitamin D isn’t linked to lower dementia, but it definitely is.
I wrote this comment: 99 ng/ml is NOT too high. It’s within Big Pharma’s “normal range” (30-100 ng/ml), which is probably too low. “Normal” for dogs is 100-150 ng/ml. And those with cancer, lupis, etc. do better with 150 ng/ml or even higher. Check out the studies and info at vitaminDwiki.com. Big Pharma makes money from drugs and surgery. High enough vitamin D would cut their profits by two thirds, because about 100 illnesses are affected by low D.
