Something profound happened toward the end of the program. You started praying and in earnest. I began praying along with you. Something unexplainable happened. I felt a rush that come over me that startled me but then I felt a sense of ease. I continued my prayer along with yours when I started speaking in a different language. ‘I Support Cain’ Means ‘The Country’s Fine Just As It Is’

A Suffolk University poll of Florida Republicans finds 25% in support of Mitt Romney and 24% supporting Herman Cain. In other words, these voters believe the country is about 4 percent off track but basically all right. For all their talk about how bad Obama is, apparently things aren’t that bad if they want to replace him with a safe establishment man like Romney or Cain (former head of the Kansas City Federal Reserve).

Under Romney it’s obvious nothing will change. Anyone can see that.

Under Cain it’s only slightly less obvious. His big proposal is a revenue-neutral tax shifting. He has no plans to cut anything….

Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura today slammed the media for lying in their suggestion that his effort to seek Mexican citizenship meant he was giving up his U.S. citizenship, calling the smear an attempt to portray him as unpatriotic.

Ventura set the record straight during an appearance on the Alex Jones Show, saying he had been misquoted on “wanting to give up my U.S. citizenship, I never once stated that,” adding that he was merely seeking dual citizenship because he and his wife lived half the year in Mexico anyway.

In the aftermath of his press conference on Friday, some reports announced that Ventura was “abandoning his citizenship” and running away to Mexico in response to a judge tossing out his case against TSA groping in airports.

“I love my country, not my government,” Ventura remarked in response to reports that had characterized him as unpatriotic.

“I never said that I’m giving up my U.S. citizenship, that’s a lie….they don’t even focus on what the case is about,” said Ventura, criticizing the media for focusing on provocative statements rather than why Ventura was denied a trial.

However, Ventura did repeat his vow to recognize the national anthem differently, saying he would bow his head in shame because he now lived in a country which didn’t allow him his constitutional rights.

Ventura said he had “run into a brick wall” with the mainstream media in their failure to adequately report his case against the TSA, revealing that an interview scheduled yesterday with CNN was cancelled. In a separate local radio interview, the host accused Ventura of acting like Kim Kardashian, claiming he was pursuing a vendetta against the TSA merely to generate publicity for his TV show.

Ventura explained how the judge in the TSA case sat on the ruling for 10 months, a delay that prevented Ventura from taking the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals and exercising his right to a jury trial.

“They will not let any constitutional decision go to a jury, I cannot have a jury trial, they’re not allowing me….they threw me out of court, they waited 10 months so that my 60 days after filing to go to the Court of Appeals would expire while I waited for her to make the decision,” said Ventura.

Shock vaccine study reveals influenza vaccines only prevent the flu in 1.5 out of 100 adults

The “control group” of adults consisted of 13,095 non-vaccinated adults who were monitored to see if they caught influenza. Over 97% of them did not. Only 357 of them caught influenza, which means only 2.7% of these adults caught the flu in the first place. Kamchatka’s Shiveluch Volcano Shaken In Violent Eruption: Reports speak of a violent volcanic eruption of Mount Shiveluch on Russia’s Far Eastern Kamchatka Peninsula. Smoke and ash from the volcano have climbed to 10 kilometres, sparking no-fly warnings for the surrounding area. Snow around the crater is rapidly melting, creating mudslides. Shiveluch supports a caldera of 1.5 kilometres in diameter. Its current activity period started in 1980.

New Subsea Volcanic Eruption Occurs Near El Hierro (The Canary Islands) An underwater volcanic eruption, Spain’s first since La Palma in 1971, was first detected in Las Calmas Sea on Monday three months after an unprecedented earthquake swarm commenced on the 285-square-kilometre island. A new eruption was detected about 2 miles south of La Restinga on Saturday morning (15 Oct., 2011). Local Government officials say the decision to close the port and evacuate La Restinga’s estimated 670 residents is a precautionary measure in the event that the ongoing eruption should proceed to shallower levels, at which stage there is a heightened risk of explosive eruptions occurring close to or on the island. morego to archives
