RUSSIA CLAIMS NEW MILITARY CAPABILITIES
In a major speech that has both domestic and international ramifications for Vladimir Putin, who will seek a fourth term in the upcoming controlled election, the Russian president outlined the latest Russian offensive weapons that are directly aimed at countering US claims of military superiority. The UK Guardian had this summary:

Speaking in a nationally televised address to the country’s political elite weeks before a presidential election, the president showed video and animations of ICBMs, nuclear-powered cruise missiles, underwater drones and other weapons that he said Russia had developed as a result of the US pulling out of the 1972 anti-ballistic missile treaty signed with the Soviet Union.

Leave it to the Russians, who have cheated on every disarmament treaty, to bring up the ABM treaty—which was a major mistake for the US when it was signed. Only the Soviets had significant ABMs at the time and they didn’t want the US developing new ones. The US did develop sophisticated anti-ballistic missiles after backing out of the treaty, but they were woefully flawed by design, having no explosive warheads, and being few in number. The US uses “kinetic” kill vehicles—large pointed hunks of depleted Uranium—that must make physical contact with an incoming warhead. This is nearly impossible with the new class of maneuvering hypersonic warheads and missiles Russia and China are developing.

Putin issued a message of defiance. “I would like to tell those who have been trying to escalate the arms race for the past 15 years, to gain unilateral advantages over Russia, and to impose restrictions and sanctions … The attempt at curbing Russia has failed,” he said.

Yes, it has, but, in fact, Russian rearmament and modernization has been going on for over a decade and no one in the media has given it any notice until Russia came to the aid of Syria and blocked US intervention there. Russian advancements in weaponry have always been aided and abetted by globalists going back to the Wilson, FDR and Truman administrations, which gave aid to the Russian Revolution (in gold), transferred nuclear weapons plans to Russia and even gave them their first load of enriched uranium to facilitate Russia’s first atomic weapon. Here’s the current evidence of recent technology transfers to the Russians by Hillary Clinton donors that may have contributed to the development of these hypersonic weapons. Continuing the above,

The existence of several of the weapons systems, like the RS-28 Sarmat or Satan 2, nuclear missile, were well-known and their tests had been previously reported. [Successful tests of maneuvering warheads as part of the RS-28 have not, however, received sufficient notice by the media] Putin highlighted a test of Russia’s RS-28 Sarmat missile. According to state media, the ICBM is able to fly 6,800 miles with a payload of 15 warheads, though the actual capabilities of the missile have not been shown. The Russian defence ministry said it had conducted a successful test launch in October, during which the missile had traveled 3,600 miles before hitting a target area in Russia’s far east.

Putin also said Russia had developed a working laser weapon, a hypersonic missile and a cruise missile powered by a nuclear reactor that could fly indefinitely.

He said the plane-launched hypersonic missile, called Kinzhal or dagger, could manoeuver while traveling at more than 10 times the speed of sound, making it “guaranteed to overcome all existing and I think prospective anti-missile systems” and deliver a nuclear strike. Putin claimed it had completed testing and was already in use.

He also spoke about the RS-26 ballistic missile, Avangard, which Putin said “heads towards its target like a meteorite”. The missile has already raised concerns in the US about its compliance with global arms treaties.

All of these are, indeed, formidable weapons. The Avangard is hypersonic and extremely difficult to intercept by US ABM non-explosive warheads (which current have at best a 50% success rate under controlled test conditions).
The RS-28 with 15 maneuvering warheads is decades ahead of anything the US has. Remember, that in a previous START treaty the US dismantled its 10 warhead Peacekeeper missiles. So, how is it that the Russians never stopped producing multiple warhead missiles like the Topol M and Satan 2 while the US reduced its arsenal? Why did the Obama administration never protest this blatant treaty violation? It’s because the CIA keeps declaring the Russians in compliance by fudging the numbers, coupled with the fact that we have never been able to actually inspect Russia’s modern weapons facilities or underground storage and manufacturing facilities like Yamantau Mountain.
Most Americans don’t know that the US also removed all 3 warheads on its 400+ remaining Minuteman III missiles and replaced them with a single warhead. That’s a 300% reduction while Russia and China build multiple new missiles with multiple warheads. Our ballistic missile submarine forces are still required to keep 50 % of their subs in port at any given time to comply with Clinton’s 1997 edict in a gesture of suicidal “good will” to the Russians.
The Russian’s fleet of drone nuclear torpedoes (small unmanned submarines of unknown numbers) that can roam the oceans and detonate a huge nuclear warhead in any port of the world is a real problem for US naval power and its ports of call.
As for the claimed nuclear powered cruise missile, this is something the US worked on for decades and claimed to abandon —which I don’t believe, any more than the claim that the US gave up on the neutron bomb. See this Wiki on the Pluto project. It will explain the basic technology of using a nuclear reaction to superheat the gases inside a ramjet type engine to provide thrust. Of course, to make it light enough to fly, it can’t have much shielding so it is only useful as a pilotless drone.
A low flying hypersonic flying drone with a nuclear warhead, that can maneuver, is a very difficult weapon to detect and defeat. All of these technologies are game changers in the realm of nuclear threats, and guarantee that US military forces will sometime in the next decade experience the horrors of nuclear war.
I’m sure the US has similar secret projects in the works, and they may already be hidden away in secret bases like Area 51 in Nevada. Our basic problem with our own government is that I strongly suspect it doesn’t intend to use any of these secret high tech weapons to actually defend the country until after our military absorbs a nuclear first strike.
As many of my long time readers know, this is based on the total revision of our nuclear doctrine contained in the secret Presidential Decision Directive 60 (PDD-60), which gives a strong hint to our nuclear forces that they won’t be able to launch on warning, but to be prepared to absorb a first strike. Incredibly, Robert Bell, Director of Defense Policy at the Clinton National Security Council admitted, “that while the United States has always had the ‘technical capability’ to implement a policy of launch on warning, it has chosen not to do so. ‘Our policy is to confirm that we are under nuclear attack with actual detonations before retaliating,’” he said.
Gen. Butch Neil of the Marine Corps exploded with, “Retaliate with what?!!!” You can read the only public summary of it here, but that’s not the whole story. It also removed the alternate launch codes so that even if under attack, our submarine forces can’t launch if the nuclear codes from the president get interdicted. I strongly suspect the US is being set up to get its military decapitated so our globalist leaders can talk the nation into joining a militarized global government in response. Only then will the secret weapons be brought out to stop any further attacks which the global military regroups to counter the Russians and Chinese. It won’t be pretty and America won’t be untouched by this war.
