The Covid death base level during summer is from many not getting enough direct sun exposure to the skin, or using sunscreen when they do get sun. Also, many of the Covid deaths have not been from Covid, since Big Pharma changed how deaths are counted, inflating the Covid numbers by a factor of about four. Flu deaths have never been counted this way.
Take at least 5,000 iu of a good brand of D3 in winter and for shut-ins year round. Elderly and obese need more. Blood levels should be 60-80 ng/ml — at least 40 to be mid-level to be Covid resistant.
