It looks like the Anchorage Assembly are trying to take away parents’ rights to properly discipline their children when necessary, according to what the Bible says, and make parents afraid that if something happens to their children when the parents aren’t there the parents can be prosecuted and even have their children taken away.

They’re apparently basing it on an *extreme* case from the lower-48.

They already passed legislation that disallows parents from helping their children through a professional counselor overcome same sex attractions.
