The Alaska Watchman interviewed Stephanie Taylor on March 2 to discuss her campaign for the Anchorage Assembly in the upcoming April 5 municipal election. Taylor is running against current Assemblyman Forrest Dunbar, a member of the far-left majority which enjoys a firm grip over the Assembly.
In this 23-minute interview (click the image above to watch), Taylor answers questions on a number of hot-button and pressing issues facing Anchorage residents, including Covid mandates, property taxes, homelessness and controversial library books. She also speaks about what it is like to be a black, conservative woman in a world that advocates for tolerance while adamantly opposing those who represent a true diversity of ideas and opinions.
