Here is Berkowitz himself telling us why he’s not wearing a mask while speaking publicly to Anchorage; though, the assembly wants to mandate that all wear masks in the chamber when they’re again allowed to enter the chamber and testify. They’d rather not see and clearly hear what citizens are there to tell them.
