Wow – that is so much money. When my son was a small boy we used to watch a show called “Square One” . It was a PBS math show that would often show the difference between a million and a billion. Things like you could go around the earth 100 times for a million an 100,000 times for a billion. I can’t remember the details but the difference was truly amazing. I can’t even imagine the difference from a billion to a trillion let alone a million to a trillion. And all of those good shows were off the air when my other children came along and replaced with shows like pubah’s and telli tubbies. Yikes.
In 2001 I saw a richest people in the US or the world ( can’t remember which). Bill Gates # 1 at about 50 Billion. The last 5 – #’s 6-10 were all the Walton’s – Sam Waltons’ (Walmart) wife and children. Each person was worth 20 Billion. If Sam was still alive he would have far surpassed Bill Gates by about 50 Billion. – And that doesn’t even come close to 11.48 trillion.
