I am very interested in how much you know legal wise, my 20 year old son was beaten very badly by a federal marshal named vincent byford, in 2005, in medford oregon, he couldnt explain the beating so said my son attacked him from behind, yet he kicked in a door and actually attacked my son from the back, called it a mistaken identity, and charged my son with federal assault, my son having a drug problem and a prior record made him an easy target, then on january 5th, 2012, two federal marshals, rodney lowe,and the other ones name is omar, am still trying to find his card with his last name on it, THEY OPENED FIRE AND SHOT MY SON DEAD he was unarmed, they tried to say his vehicle was used as a weapon, this was done in a public grocery markets door, in parking lot, there were two other teen boys in the car, they fired over 35 shots, one went through lady’s car window with a baby, there is a video of the whole thing, and witness after witness, saying they shot my son in cold blood, he had a warrant for walking away from drug rehab, they knew he wasn’t violent, he has never carried a weapon, not even a pocket knife, they were at my home four hours prior and told me what a gentleman my son was and how much they liked him, they had been the marshal’s that took him from jail to fed. court, but they label him in the media, 2 burglaries, and a assault on a federal marshal, there are pictures of my son in the hospital on my facebook, the guy they said looked like my son that was a mistaken identity, I am so afraid due to federal law, pretty much a dirty look and they can claim intimidation and shoot to kill, and federal law supercedes state law, the d.a. of jackson county oregon keeps saying if he gets an inditment he will prosecute, and if special circumstances are present oregon can keep jurisdiction, I have very little faith, especially when the media follows me all the time and everytime i talk its edited and never get the media to look at my sons cases behind the charge, and they won’t do it, I am on short notice now, this goes in front of a special grand jury on feb. 9th, 2012, if you have any advice please contact me, you can even call me and look on you tube for my son, jimmy georgeson, my number is 5417342022, I don’t want any of them to get away with this, oh and just for giggles, they gave the marshal that beat my son a bravery medal last week, and made sure they mentioned my son attacked him, there is a clip on the news showing him getting his medal, and my sons paperwork with yellow highlighter on it saying that the marshal had no …..can’t remeber exactly and do not wish to see it again, but it showed that he had no marks at all, my facebook is under seppie greico, I am so lost and do not have a son any longer, he wasn’t perfect, had a drug problem, but who gave them a liscense to kill?
