121:40 Three voices? I disagree a bit here: “…it comes in your own grammar, sounds like you talking to yourself. There are three voices: there is you talking to yourself. There is the Lord, and Satan and his influence. And it all sounds like you talking.”
I say that when we talk to ourselves, we can tell we’re initiating the ideas, so I wouldn’t call this a third voice. If we’re hearing words we’re not initiating it’s not coming from us.
We can get rid of demons speaking to us, which I did decades ago. “Submit to God; resist the Devil and he will flee.” I prayed against the spirits I heard speaking to me in the early ’80s, and they never came back. If I ever hear anything questionable I pray in my prayer language at it, against it.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Joel is a Mormon. He mentions temple recommends and promptings, the Doctrine and Covenants, etc., which I would warn against. I love Joel’s political analysis though. He’s very careful and thorough. And listening to the Holy Spirit is crucial in these last days!
