Clear explanations! Only problem is they warn against taking more than 5,000.

Most labs say that 30-100 ng/ml is normal.”

0:05:53  Vitamins are considered by both clinicians and patients as optional. Most people seem to believe that if they eat a balanced diet and have a good lifestyle, that that’s all they need to do. But as soon you start studying the deficiencies states, you realize you can’t eat your way to a normal Vitamin D level. And for the vast majority of people, you’re not gonna be able to get it throughout the year, trying to get it from the sun.

Vitamin D Deficiency By Race

Only 3% of black and Hispanic women have healthy D levels; only 19% of whites > 40 ng/ml! 50 ng/ml is safe from Covid, and 80-100 ng/ml is ideal.

From: grassrootshealth.net

The chart below shows vitamin D serum levels in US women of childbearing age (18-45 years), by race/ethnicity, based on data from NHANES 2009-2010. 87% of the population had levels BELOW the 40 ng/ml recommended for a healthy pregnancy.

Vitamin D RDA was miscalculated – should be 7,000 IU, not 400 IU

RDA was miscalculated – should be 7,000 IU, not 400 IU

Linda Benskin: In addition, there’s a statistical error that’s been pointed out by two different statisticians and confirmed by a third that says that the amount of the US RDA is off by a factor of close to 10. It’s not just a decimal error movement, it’s a more complicated statistical error than that. But the US RDA should probably be closer to 7000 international units rather than 400 to 800 international units.

Overview Dark Skin and Vitamin D

Vitamin D & Tanning: UVA Rays Tan, UVB Produce Vitamin D – UVB blocked by windows and atmosphere (lower sun angle in winter)

Being able to tan in winter in some areas far away from the equator doesn’t mean we’re getting vitamin D. They’re not directly related. Tanning rays (UVA) more easily pass through the atmosphere. UVA rays can also pass through glass, but not UVB.

High altitude decreases the atmosphere (ozone, etc), which could allow vitamin D producing rays (UVB) to get through in winter far from the equator, if high enough and not too far north or south.

Fluoride Lowers IQ: 72 Studies

FLUORIDE & IQ: 72 STUDIES

Fluoride Action Network | Updated by Ellen Connett | updated December 2, 2021

As of November 2021, a total of 80 studies have investigated the relationship between fluoride and human intelligence. Of these investigations, 72 studies have found that elevated fluoride exposure is associated with reduced IQ in humans, while over 60 animal studies have found that fluoride exposure impairs the learning and/or memory capacity of animals. The human studies, which are based on IQ/cognitive examinations of 26,954 children (69 studies) and 689 adults (3 studies), provide compelling evidence that fluoride exposure during the early years of life can damage a child’s developing brain. For a discussion of the 8 studies that did not find an association between fluoride and IQ, click here.
