This theory is interesting. Since there aren’t any videos or still shots showing Paddock’s windows broken during the shooting, they were likely broken after the shooting to create the lone wolf gunman theory.
Two single shots are heard after the machine gun volleys end. If those were the shots that took out the windows, they must have happened from outside, because they were loud, like the machine gun fire.
I’m thinking it’s more likely that this took out the windows. Could the sound be shaped charges of explosives applied to the windows going off? Could shaped charges cause the window damage we see, considering this glass was shatter resistant, very difficult to break otherwise, especially by a single bullet?

Many are looking at distant photos of the Vegas venue and Sutherland church and don’t see holes. These images show why.
AR-15 cartridges are larger (holding the powder), but 5.56mm/.223 caliber bullets and bullet holes are tiny, less than 1/4 inch in diameter.
A standard, hexagonal, “#2 pencil” is cut to a hexagonal height of 1⁄4-inch (6 mm), but the outer diameter is slightly larger (about 9⁄32-inch (7 mm)). (source)
