I wrote this comment: 99 ng/ml is NOT too high. It’s within Big Pharma’s “normal range” (30-100 ng/ml), which is probably too low. “Normal” for dogs is 100-150 ng/ml. And those with cancer, lupis, etc. do better with 150 ng/ml or even higher. Check out the studies and info at vitaminDwiki.com. Big Pharma makes money from drugs and surgery. High enough vitamin D would cut their profits by two thirds, because about 100 illnesses are affected by low D.

Some are saying if we take D3 we must take K2, but many people don’t need K2 if they can produce K2 in the gut and/or eat enough K2 producing foods.
Also, in sunny climates, those who spend enough time outside have high vitamin D blood levels, yet they’re not warned to also take K2. People can get 10,000 iu or more every half hour in strong sun with enough skin showing, and they’re not warned they must take K2.

What to do for cold hands and feet:
1. Fill a bucket one-third of the way with ice and two-thirds of the way with water
2. Stick your cold feet or hands in the bucket and wait for one to two minutes, breathing normally (your hands or feet will start to feel slightly warm in the water)
