Hypertension Guide | Nearly half of Americans have hypertension, many don’t know it, and under half have it under control
By Amy Blake
June 11th, 2021
Hypertension, more commonly known as high blood pressure (BP) in adults, is usually defined as “systolic blood pressure (SBP) of 140 Hg or higher, or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of 90 mm Hg or higher” by the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) [1]. Nearly half of adults in the United States (108 million, or 45%) have hypertension, while one-third of Americans with high blood pressure don’t even know it, and over half of US adults with hypertension DO NOT have it under control, [2] neglecting to take medication regularly. According to the CDC, in 2018 nearly 500,000 deaths in the United States included high blood pressure as a primary or contributing cause. This is why the early detection of high blood pressure is a crucial aspect of health management.
The Health Benefits of Masturbation
Matt Fradd is the author of Delivered: True Stories of Men and Woman Who Turned from Porn to Purity.
..there are no health associations when it comes to masturbation, and it instead has negative effects. For instance, men who masturbate more tend to have more prostate abnormalities, have less of an ability to recover from ED, and tend to have more signs of depression.
In short, we can say this:
- There is no documented health problems associated with not masturbating.
- Masturbation does not have the same kind of health benefits that intercourse does.
- Masturbation, in specific ways, can be shown to be unhealthy.

Press release for the study
How Organized Dentistry Began Treating Vitamin D Deficiency with Fluoride, Researcher Reveals
- “After 77 years of water fluoridation, intending to dramatically reduce tooth decay, 70% of US children are fluoride-overdosed, afflicted with dental fluorosis (discolored teeth). Yet, tooth decay is epidemic. Like all drugs, fluoride has adverse side effects.”
- “”It did not matter that the professional organization had a self-evident conflict of interest; topical fluoride applications in dental offices were revenue-generating procedures, vitamin D prescriptions were not,” writes Hujoel.”
• It appears that over 1 million Vitamin D loading doses have been taken
• Doses ranged from 100,000 to 600,000 IU over a period of a day to a month
• No reports of serious adverse reactions
• Many studies report on the benefits resulting from loading doses
Overview Obesity and Vitamin D
We did not observe any increase in the risk for hypercalcemia with increasing vitamin D supplementation.
We recommend vitamin D supplementation be 2 to 3 times higher for obese subjects and 1.5 times higher for overweight subjects relative to normal weight subjects.

From: VitaminDWiki.com (bracketed text added) — “Black Patients Matter”: US Blacks 2X more likely to die of COVID-19 than whites – Sept 29, 2021
Black Patients Matter. Here’s How to Help Newsweek – Sept 2021
“African Americans were 2.8 times more likely than white Americans to be hospitalized due to COVID-19,
and twice as likely to die from it.”
[Newsweek then acknowledges vitamin D absorption as a factor, but it’s by far the main factor.
“Some of this difference is attributed to factors beyond our control such as differences in vitamin D absorption.”
They cite this study, Does the High Prevalence of Vitamin D Deficiency in African Americans Contribute to Health Disparities? (full text), which states:
African Americans have higher incidence of, and mortality from, many health-related problems than European Americans. They also have a 15 to 20-fold higher prevalence of severe vitamin D deficiency. Here we summarize evidence that: (i) this health disparity is partly due to insufficient vitamin D production, caused by melanin in the skin blocking the UVB solar radiation necessary for its synthesis….]
Signs you’re consuming too much protein:
1. Gastrointestinal malaise
This is a general discomfort or uneasiness in your digestive system. Something just doesn’t feel right.
2. Dysphoria
This is a state of generalized unhappiness, restlessness, dissatisfaction, or frustration.
3. Lethargy
This is a lack of energy and enthusiasm.
4. Weakness
On the keto diet, you should keep your protein calories at rough about 20%.
Skeletal muscle protein synthesis (the creation of new muscle or repair of muscle) occurs when you consume about 20-25g of protein per meal. But, once you go over this, you’re going to have less protein synthesis and more oxidation.
As far as your keto plan, consuming too much protein will reduce your keto adaptation, increase your blood sugars, increase your insulin, and drop your ketone production. You only need a moderate amount of protein on the keto diet.
“..we recommend raising serum 25(OH)D levels to above 50 ng/mL to prevent or mitigate new outbreaks due to escape mutations or decreasing antibody activity.”
Viewer’s comment:
“The extent to which governments and health officials have refused to discuss vitamin d deficiency is criminally negligent. Imagine where we could be today if people had been told 20 months ago to start supplementing with vitamin D (and exercising, eating healthier, and sleeping more, too). Vitamin D deficiency has been a consistent indicator of a bad outcome since the very beginning. Cheap, safe and effective. Ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Vitamin D significantly reduces inflammation. Many times, the tissues in the back of the throat and the back of the sinuses are inflamed, causing sleep apnea. …
Vitamin D also has a direct effect on your sleep cycles. It helps you get into a deep sleep. Without vitamin D, it’s difficult to get into delta wave sleep.
A vitamin D deficiency can affect both sleep apnea and sleep quality in general. Low back pain and snoring are linked to a vitamin D deficiency.
Low vitamin D can also cause high stress, low mood, and unbalanced cortisol, which can all affect your sleep. Teeth grinding is associated with low vitamin d as well, which can affect your sleep. …
Vitamin D is also majorly associated with insulin resistance. …
If you have sleep problems or sleep apnea, consider taking at least 10,000IU of vitamin D….
Vitamin D is called the sunshine vitamin because your body produces vitamin D when you’re exposed to direct sunlight. However, it can be difficult to get enough vitamin D from sunlight unless the conditions are just right.
In the right conditions, you can get 1,000IU of vitamin D from sunlight for every 10 minutes of sun exposure. [1.6 hours to get 10,000 iu – ed.]
But this is only if…
• You live close to the equator
• You’re young
• You’re not overweight
• It’s summer
• It’s midday
• You’re laying down
• You aren’t using sunscreen
• You have a healthy liver
• There are no clouds or pollution blocking sunlight
• You have no genetic defects
• You have no gastrointestinal damage
• You have a gallbladder
I believe a good maintenance amount of vitamin D is 10,000IU. 10,000IU is not toxic, and there are specific reasons why you need that much. Check out my other videos on vitamin D for more information.
I want to share with you different foods that contain vitamin D, the quantity of vitamin D each of these foods contains, and how much of that specific food you would need to consume on a daily basis to achieve a good maintenance level of vitamin D (10,000IU).

High Enough Vitamin D – Freedom From Covid Fear (for most) — Studies / How Much to Take / New Standards / 70% Lower Breast Cancer Risk!
Sticky postDr. Pierre Kory: A national VITAMIN D campaign to get levels above 50 would have changed the face of Covid!
Dr. Ryan Cole spoke in Anchorage, Alaska on 10/30/21 at the Early Covid Treatment Medical Summit. I transcribed these words:
“If you get your vitamin D level above 50 it is next to impossible to develop a cytokine storm. What do people die from in this disease? Inflammation — that cytokine storm….
dminder app shows Alaskans in Anchorage can’t get vitamin D from the sun for the next 5 months [November -March] because of the low sun level. “So if you’re not taking vitamin D for the next 5 months you are immune suppressed, period… end of story.”
If your vitamin D level goes up, you cut your cardiac death risk, all-mortality risk and cancer risk.
“Huge studies have been done; hundreds of thousands of patients.”
“And if your level is above 50, your chance of getting Covid is next to zero, and your severity, if you do get it is next to zero.”

Most people are not getting enough vitamin D. …
How are you supposed to get the vitamin D you need if you only take the recommended amount [the pitifully low amounts many doctors still recommend – ed.]? On top of that, you’re probably not absorbing 100% of the vitamin D you take.
I believe the correct amount of vitamin D the average person should take is at least 10,000IU per day. They should also get plenty of sun exposure if possible.
I believe vitamin D is the most important vitamin—make sure you’re getting enough.
Vitamin D deficiency can increase your risk of…
• Cancer
• Diabetes
• Heart attack
• Autoimmune disease
• IBD
• Allergies
• Asthma
• Dermatitis
• Regular colds
• Depression
• Weight gain
Vitamin D is essential for the integrity of your gut epithelium. Since 80% of your immune system resides in your gut, an issue with your gut wall (or even leaky gut) can cause serious immune problems. It may cause your immune system to attack your own healthy cells. This is why low vitamin D is associated with autoimmunity and inflammation.
It’s more difficult to maintain normal levels of vitamin D in the winter months. To help combat this, you can take at least 10,000IU of vitamin D daily.
Everyone is talking about Ivermectin, but having high enough vitamin D is the biggest key to freedom from fearing Covid!
Vitamin D3 with >50 ng/ml blood levels taken preventively would result in nearly 100% freedom from Covid, but is not the ideal form to take when severely ill. That’s where fast acting D, calcifediol can get into the cells fast, resulting in 78% improvement, compared to 36% for Ivermectin.
Having high enough D blood levels also helps bodies in many other ways, including general overall well being, longevity, quicker healing of injuries….
And it’s inexpensive and over-the-counter. A good brand, Nature Made D3 5,000 iu gelcaps are available almost everywhere. Some brands like Kirkland are probably garbage. Get your D levels checked with a simple blood test. Should be over 50 ng/ml.
Most people need at least 10,000 iu of D3 per day. Obese people need 2-3 times what standard sized people need. 100 pound people could maybe take only 5,000 iu per day.
Ivermectin:
66% improvement in early treatment
34% improvement in *late* treatment
Vitamin D3 – Cholecalciferol (even with most studies not using ideal amount)
86% improvement in early treatment (probably nearly 100% if >50 ng/ml)
45% improvement in *late* treatment (still better than Ivermectin)
Calcifediol – fast acting D — prescription only. Hospitals should use
78% improvement in *late* treatment
Late stage treatment with calcifediol/calcitriol shows greater improvement compared to cholecalciferol: 78% [67‑85%] vs. 45% [24‑60%].
