Mr. Baldwin was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. He attended the University of West Florida, where he received his Bachelors Degree in English (major) and Political Science (minor). From UWF, Mr. Baldwin attended and studied law at Cumberland School of Law located at Samford University in Birmingham, AL from the years 2001 to 2004. Some years ago, a New Jersey friend who was not a doctor but had been trained in the use of an “alternative” regimen, told me of a successful cardiologist who suffered a heart attack himself while enjoying a session of “horizontal recreation” in Vegas on vacation. The cardiologist quickly returned home so he could visit my friend, rather than use the same regimen he himself prescribed.
Answering my friend’s bemused question, he explained that he certainly would not use these “alternative” techniques in his practice. He didn’t need to explain that, had he done so, the state medical authorities would have threatened to yank his license, and he would have run the risk of considerable, financial loss. When I was young, Americans would boast that this was the freest country on earth. It was true. Then! The sad fact is that today there is more medical freedom in many other countries – Germany, for instance – than there is here. I used to think we fought Germany because we hated Hitlerism. I was wrong. We love Nazism so much we wanted a monopoly.

Feds Accuse Student Of “Terror and Espionage” For Talking About Constitution
East Texas pastor threatened by anonymous men in dark suits for giving talk to Boy Scouts about bill of rights
A student of a large bible college in east Texas was accused by federal agents of committing an “act of terror and espionage” after he gave a talk to a group of Boy Scouts in which he encouraged them to educate themselves about the U.S. constitution.
Jeff, who wishes to remain anonymous at present, is a student of the college and an interim pastor of a small church in Mount Vernon, Texas. He appeared today as a guest on the Alex Jones Show to relate what took place.
As part of his duties as an advisor in the college office, Jeff was tasked with the role of giving a short speech and a tour to a group of Boy Scouts that were visiting the college, with a focus on how patriotism and liberty are emphasized in the teaching style of the university.
Jeff said he told the boys, “It’s going to be you who is going to take this country and either make or break it – you need to get back to your constitution, you need to get to know your bill of rights and you need to stand up for them.”
Jeff also mentioned that the freedoms enumerated in the bill of rights were fast being usurped by the government and he briefly talked about the USA Patriot Act.
“I said they’re stripping us of what we know to be America, what you need to do is re-orient yourself to the constitution because that is the very founding basis of our government and it is the supreme law of the land,” he added.
The next day Jeff was called into the main administrative office of the university where he was met by college officials and two men wearing dark suits and sunglasses who did not identify themselves. A state trooper was also guarding the door to make sure everyone stayed inside the office.
Jeff was asked by the men if he talked to the Boy Scouts about the constitution the previous day. Jeff was then shown a transcript of what he said and asked to fill in the blanks.
“I saw the transcript of what I said and every word that those boys had said,” stated Jeff.
Jeff speculated that the recording of his talk with the Boy Scouts may have been made by a scout master who looked like a Marine that was taking the tour with Jeff.
After asking the men where they were from, Jeff was told he was committing “acts of terror and espionage” by talking to the Boy Scouts about the constitution and the bill of rights.
Jeff was unable to ascertain exactly where the feds were from but university officials later indicated that DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and the FBI were involved.
Jeff said that the two men told him, “If you say anything, do anything, continue to talk about these kind of things, we can have your head on a silver platter and the University’s head on a silver platter and all the programs they’ve got going on.”
Jeff said that a high level college official who was present during the meeting, himself an ex-Marine Vietnam veteran, was extremely nervous and “shaking” as Jeff was being lectured by the two men.
“I went to my room and I broke down in tears,” said Jeff after the meeting was finished, “That’s it – our country’s gone,” he added.

That was ‘interesting’ – I’ve never seen the bullfrog (Russert) quite so determined to destroy anything.
He did not refer to Paul as a ‘dark horse’ or even a ‘long shot’ – but he did try to use Paul’s very long record of public service to try and destroy Paul’s credibility.
Russert didn’t smile, didn’t look into the camera, just read his little digs into the interview in rapid fire-succession. Mostly, Paul was not allowed to even finish his own sentences – the exact opposite of Russert’s interviews with insiders…where Russert finishes their sentences for them with a huge grin.
Still, Ron held his own, and then some. … Russet went back to the 1980’s for “background” on Paul’s positions (fully half of which were either outright lies or bruising half-truths) – something no other candidate will ever be threatened with, much less have to explain. …

The Center for Constitutional Rights recently produced an ad called “Rescue the Constitution” that criticizes the Bush administration for “destroying the Constitution” through the use of tactics like renditions and torture. Fox News refused to air the ad, claiming that it needed “documentation” that the Constitution “is indeed being destroyed.”
In the ad, actor Danny Glover states, “Trials. Renditions. Torture. The Bush administration is destroying the Constitution. They can be stopped. Rescue the Constitution.”Yesterday, while discussing NBC’s recent refusal to run an ad from the White House front group Freedom’s Watch, Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly explained why Fox News turns down ads:
“Yeah, but I understand why. Fox News turns down blatantly anti-American ads. We just turned one down recently. I understand that.”

Ultimately, Mr. Bush, the real question isn’t who approved the waterboarding of this fiend Khalid Sheik Mohammed and two others.
It is: Why were they waterboarded?
Study after study for generation after generation has confirmed that torture gets people to talk, torture gets people to plead, torture gets people to break, but torture does not get them to tell the truth.
Of course, Mr. Bush, this isn’t a problem if you don’t care if the terrorist plots they tell you about are the truth or just something to stop the tormentors from drowning them.
