Democrat Groups Plan To “Fact Check” Private Text Messages

KRH writes:

This is completely outrageous! Biden and his Zionist controllers are now going to fact check your private text messages for vaccine misinformation. It doesn’t get much more dystopian than this. This will be the foot in the door to fact check your messages for everything, restrict your speech in texts and ban your cell phone service.

This used to be banned under the 4th Amendment but nobody seems to care about the Constitution anymore.

Supreme Court Blocks Police From Entering Homes Without A Warrant For ‘Caretaking’—Siding Against Biden, Law Enforcement

Forbes | May 17, 2021

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously Monday that law enforcement cannot legally enter homes without a warrant even in cases where doing so may benefit the public interest, striking down the suggestion from law enforcement and the Biden administration that doing so under a “community caretaking” exception would be justified.

Tucker Carlson: Bank of America Tracking Conservative “Extremists,” Giving Away Data to the Feds without Warrants

In Bombshell Report, Tucker Carlson Alleges Bank of America Is ‘Acting Like an Intelligence Agency’

Bank of America “is actively but secretly engaged in the hunt for extremists in cooperation with the government,” he said. “Bank of America is, without the knowledge or the consent of its customers, sharing private information with federal law enforcement agencies. Bank of America effectively is acting as an intelligence agency, but they’re not telling you about it.”

According to the exclusive evidence his program obtained, BoA allegedly combed through the financial records from its more than 60 million customers looking for those who “fit a specific profile.”

Here’s what that profile was: “1. Customers confirmed as transacting, either through bank account debit card or credit card purchases in Washington, D.C. between 1/5 and 1/6. 2. Purchases made for Hotel/Airbnb RSVPs in DC, VA, and MD after 1/6. 3. Any purchase of weapons or at a weapons-related merchant between 1/7 and their upcoming suspected stay in D.C. area around Inauguration Day. 4. Airline related purchases since 1/6.”

The first thing you should notice about that profile is that it’s remarkably broad. Any purchases of anything in Washington, D.C.; any overnight stay anywhere in an area spanning three jurisdictions and hundreds of miles; any purchase not just of legal firearms, but anything bought from a “weapons-related merchant,” T-shirts included; and any airline-related purchases — not just flights to Washington, but flights to anywhere, from Omaha to Thailand. That is an absurdly wide net.

Bank of America identified a total of 211 customers who met these “thresholds of interest.” At that point, “Tucker Carlson Tonight” has learned, Bank of America turned over the results of its internal scan to federal authorities, apparently without notifying the customers who were being spied upon. Federal investigators then interviewed at least one of these unsuspecting people. That person, we’ve learned, hadn’t done anything wrong and was cleared. (Fox News)

Skousen: How to Reduce Spying by Your Devices — Cellphones track even in airplane mode

How to Reduce Spying by Your Devices

Google is using your phone to track your movements and can even tell through bluetooth who you may be associating with. Here is a dramatic video demonstration of the kind of tracking Google does with your Android phone, even while it is in airplane mode. It is tracking all your movements, in detail, and can tell when you are driving, walking or going up in a tall building. It will shock you.

Learning how to take Google off your Android phone is not easy, but it can be done and the result is surprisingly functional. Depending on your phone you can load a new operating system from microG. The result has most of the core functionality, but you have to get used to different apps that are available from F-droid, which is not connected to Google Play.

But before you do anything, watch this video by “The Privacy Guy,” Rob Braxman, on what choices he made. You do have to be technically savvy to do this. He explains how you can anonymously download some apps without revealing your identity, and which apps to avoid to reduce tracking (hint: anything connected to Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). And, he explains why you can’t do this [hack] with an iPhone.

(vid) DEL DEBATES DERSHOWITZ, who says “The state has the power to plunge a needle into your arm”

Important discussion with Dershowitz, who insists a covid vaccine can be forced on all Americans unless they can prove they have a health issue which would make it too dangerous. THIS IS SERIOUS!

I posted these two comments:

Israel defeated covid by using Dr. Zelenko’s HCQ + zinc treatment, which Dershowitz doesn’t mention. Minorities are more at risk from covid largely because many have very low vitamin D levels, because their skin needs six times more sunlight to get the same amount of D production as whites. Big Pharma never told them to take D3! We don’t need a vaccine, because our immune systems can be strengthened through vitamins, minerals and nutrition, which Big Pharma won’t mention. Big Pharma currently rejects all of the covid-19 treatments that work. Big Pharma, Big Media and Big Government are responsible for many covid-19 deaths and the consequences from the unconstitutional lockdowns they mandated and pushed without the people’s consent. They deceived Americans by what they said and didn’t say, and still are.

Dr. Shiva wouldn’t be surprised by Dershowitz saying that RFK, Jr. is his friend, because RFK, Jr. may not be serious about stopping mandatory vaccines — “controlled opposition.”

Forced face masking is a civil rights offense

Forced face masking is a civil rights offense

– The Washington Times – Friday, May 1, 2020

The face-masking of America, at first a federal no-no, then a federal recommendation, has now trickled to state and local governments, and into the private business sector, as a mandate.

As a mandated muzzle on individuals.

This seems a blatant violation of an individual’s right to choose — of an individual’s right to self-govern. America, after all, isn’t a nation founded on collectivism, but rather individualism — on the right of individuals to exercise their God-given authorities, absent government tinkering and intrusion. What gives government the authority to order citizens to cover their faces?

What gives businesses the authority to serve as government’s enforcer on this same face masking matter?

Particularly when even the federal authorities only recommend, rather than order?

If face masks can be made mandatory, then so, too, gloves — then so, too, hair coverings and facial hair and clothing and shoe standards, as well as a slew of other so-called protective measures. Masks should be individual choices, nothing more.

City demands churches turn over names, addresses, phone numbers — for ‘surveillance’ of members!

City demands churches turn over names, addresses, phone numbers!

Officials want information for ‘surveillance’ of members

Governors and mayors across the nation have claimed that their emergency powers allow them to ban large groups during the coronavirus pandemic. They don’t want groups gathering in malls, movie theaters or even churches, despite the constitutional protection of religious rights.

Now one official is moving into extreme territory, demanding churches provide him with the names, addresses and telephone numbers of anyone who shows up to worship.

The move by Quinton Lucas, the mayor of Kansas City, Missouri, already is attracting the attention of Liberty Counsel, which has been defending churches amid the coronavirus lockdowns.

Liberty Counsel founder Mat Staver noted Kansas City is requiring that churches “submit list of members and attendees along with their names, addresses and telephone numbers to city officials for tracking and surveillance purposes.

“I am running out of adjectives to describe how completely insane the tyrannical abuses launched by state governors and local officials against pastors and churches are becoming,” he said in his newsletter. “It is as if these leaders never bothered to so much as glance at the Constitution they swore to uphold and defend. They seem to be governing from some make-believe, dystopian viewpoint.”

He said the order also applies to businesses, but that doesn’t make it any more constitutional.

Constitution Dies Of Coronavirus

April 6th, 2020

WASHINGTON, D.C.—According to sources at the National Archives, doctors rushed the United States Constitution to the hospital and were forced to hook the document up to a ventilator after it began having trouble breathing Sunday afternoon.

The document reportedly slipped into a coma en route to the emergency room and was in critical condition for many hours. Doctors confirmed the worst: the founding document of our nation was infected with the novel coronavirus. Finally, surrounded by one or two mourners, as most people in Washington abandoned it a long time ago, it slipped away Sunday night.

“Between both political parties constantly trampling all over the Bill of Rights and stretching and distorting the Constitution for political gain whenever it’s convenient, I just don’t know how much more abuse it could have taken,” said one doctor as he pronounced the Constitution’s time of death: 20:20, ironically.

The 232-year-old Constitution has had its share of health scares, nearly being killed in the 1860s, the 1930s and 40s, and the early 2000s, but medical experts say this last crisis was just more than it could take.

“It had many underlying conditions, of course, already being incredibly sick with Obamacare, Obergefell, Roe v Wade, the Patriot Act, and many more diseases,” said the doctor. “But it’s still sad to see this old boy pass on.”

The Constitution’s close relatives, including the Declaration of Independence, simply asked for Americans to send “thoughts and prayers” during this time of mourning.

Corbett & Bermas: Snowden Misled US – NSA stores all phone *conversations*, not just metadata

Was Snowden used to pacify US?

Snowden may have either wittingly or unwittingly deceived us by reporting that NSA only records and stores the metadata, but they record and store everything!

Many are  reluctant about posting on social media, but don’t realize that all of their phone conversations are being recorded and stored indefinitely.

2013 CNN: All Telephone calls are recorded by the gov’t, not just the metadata!

From: The Guardian

Are all telephone calls recorded and accessible to the US government?

Sat 4 May 2013 08.22 EDT

..Over the past couple days, cable news tabloid shows such as CNN’s Out Front with Erin Burnett have been excitingly focused on the possible involvement in the Boston Marathon attack of Katherine Russell, the 24-year-old American widow of the deceased suspect, Tamerlan Tsarnaev. As part of their relentless stream of leaks uncritically disseminated by our Adversarial Press Corps, anonymous government officials are claiming that they are now focused on telephone calls between Russell and Tsarnaev that took place both before and after the attack to determine if she had prior knowledge of the plot or participated in any way.

On Wednesday night, Burnett interviewed Tim Clemente, a former FBI counterterrorism agent, about whether the FBI would be able to discover the contents of past telephone conversations between the two. He quite clearly insisted that they could:

BURNETT: Tim, is there any way, obviously, there is a voice mail they can try to get the phone companies to give that up at this point. It’s not a voice mail. It’s just a conversation. There’s no way they actually can find out what happened, right, unless she tells them?

CLEMENTE: “No, there is a way. We certainly have ways in national security investigations to find out exactly what was said in that conversation. It’s not necessarily something that the FBI is going to want to present in court, but it may help lead the investigation and/or lead to questioning of her. We certainly can find that out.

BURNETT: “So they can actually get that? People are saying, look, that is incredible.

CLEMENTE: “No, welcome to America. All of that stuff is being captured as we speak whether we know it or like it or not.”

“All of that stuff” – meaning every telephone conversation Americans have with one another on US soil, with or without a search warrant – “is being captured as we speak”.

On Thursday night, Clemente again appeared on CNN, this time with host Carol Costello, and she asked him about those remarks. He reiterated what he said the night before but added expressly that “all digital communications in the past” are recorded and stored:

Let’s repeat that last part: “no digital communication is secure”, by which he means not that any communication is susceptible to government interception as it happens (although that is true), but far beyond that: all digital communications – meaning telephone calls, emails, online chats and the like – are automatically recorded and stored and accessible to the government after the fact. To describe that is to define what a ubiquitous, limitless Surveillance State is.

Joe Rogan #1368: Edward Snowden — “The world gets worse every day that we don’t do something about it” • “All you have to do is lay down one brick so others can lay their brick on top of that, or beside – and *together* we build the foundation of something better” • “If you’re trying to eliminate all risks from your life, what you lost is freedom. You’ve lost the ability to act because you’re afraid. And that’s what got us into this mess”

Edward Snowden Quoted
(transcribed by Jeff Fenske)

2:22:00 “The system, the world, the future gets worse every day that we don’t do something about it. Every day we stay silent about all the injustices we see the world gets worse, things get worse. And yeah, it’s risky; yeah, it’s uncomfortable, but that’s why we do it, because if we don’t no one else will. All of those years I was sitting hoping for someone else to come forward and no one did. …

You are never further than one decision away from making a difference. It doesn’t matter if it’s a big difference, if it’s a small difference, because you don’t have to save the world by yourself. In fact, you can’t. All you have to do is lay down one brick. All you have to do is make things a little bit better in a small way so other people can lay their brick on top of that, or beside — and *together*, step by step, day by day, year by year we build the foundation of something better. … I don’t care if you’re the biggest doomsday prepper with cans full of beans. If the world ends it’s going to affect you. We make things better; we become safe together. …

If you’re trying to eliminate all risks from your life, what you’re actually doing is eliminating all possibility from your life. You’re trying to collapse the universe of outcomes such that what you lost is freedom. You’ve lost the ability to act because you’re afraid. And that’s what got us into this mess.”

Starting in Los Angeles, Naked Body Scanners Come to Subways and Buses – Can scan people from 30 feet away

L.A.’s rail system will be first in the U.S. to use scanners that detect explosives
Los Angeles County’s rail system will be the first in the United States to deploy body scanners that can detect suicide vests and other improvised explosives, transportation officials said Tuesday.
Later this year, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority will deploy several portable scanners that can be moved to any of the system’s 93 subway and light-rail stations. The devices will be used in response to terrorism threats, or to scan large crowds at a station near a protest or a sporting event, officials said.
The scanners resemble a small trunk on wheels. They can be pointed toward an escalator or a station entrance, and can scan people from 30 feet away without requiring people to line up or slow down. …
The scanners use radio waves to identify objects, including guns and nonmetallic explosives, concealed under a jacket or in a pocket. …
“One thing we have to be sensitive to is the 4th Amendment, unreasonable search and seizure,” Wiggins said. “We will make it very, very clear that individuals are entering an area where they’re subject to search.”
Riders who “want to opt out, can opt out,” Wiggins said, but could be barred from entering the station if they refuse to be screened. He added: “That means not taking transit that day.”
