Psychologists NEVER address demons in people. Their only solution is chemical lobotomies — cutting emotions and even people’s consciences, which is often guilt feelings that are warnings to solve the problems, not medicate guilt away.

Psychologist: “Chemical imbalance” has been a lie — not scientifically supported. Big Pharma’s marketing deceived many. Only the US and New Zealand allows drug companies to market drugs directly to consumers through advertising.
Emotional numbing does not solve depression. Antidepressants can cause violent behavior in some. Little difference between the drugged and placebo group.
1:50 “This is a very simple solution to a very big problem. Unfortunately, a lot of kids are put on antidepressant medication, when I think they should just take some vitamin D.”
DATA: Depressed adolescents in a case-series were low in vitamin D and depression was ameliorated by vitamin D supplementation

A study I read recently talked about how vitamin D levels could be linked to depressed teens. A few symptoms linked to a vitamin D deficiency are sadness, hopelessness, loss of interest, loss of concentration, and even thoughts of suicide.
Potential causes of a vitamin D deficiency in teens:
• Not getting enough sun
• Not consuming enough vegetables (not enough magnesium)
• Snacking (insulin resistance blocks vitamin D)
• A high carb diet (fructose blocks vitamin D)
• Obesity (increases the need for vitamin D)
• Darker skin blocks vitamin D absorption
Other symptoms of a vitamin D deficiency:
• Achy joints
• Low back pain
• Lethargy
• Insomnia
• Anxiety
Natural remedies:
• Vitamin D (10,000 IUs)
• Magnesium
• Vitamin K2
Depression is not caused by a lack of serotonin, as has been taught for decades.
Monte @ 33:20:
“My wife got on the Cymbalta. Before that, she followed me anywhere, and did anything I said. It was always my idea to lead. I brought us up here. … When the doctor gave her that Cymbalta, it blocked her feelings. She didn’t cry no more. Her father died, and she didn’t even cry when her daddy died. I saw right then how much it changed her.
Also, in her driving, she was a slow driver, mellow. When she took that Cymbalta, buddy, she was the first one away from those red lights. She was a combat driver. She just turned into a different person with that Cymbalta.
That’s why she’s no longer here anymore, Dan.”
An emotional inertness in which you are neither able to cry nor share a real belly laugh

Emotional Blunting: Causes, Symptoms & Treatment

When first starting antidepressants, you may suddenly find that you don’t feel like yourself anymore. Though your depression symptoms may have improved, the overwhelming waves of gloom can sometimes be replaced by an emotional inertness in which [you] are neither able to cry nor share a real belly laugh.
If you feel this way, you are definitely not alone. In fact, there’s a term used to describe this feeling—called emotional blunting—which aptly captures the dulled emotional state many people experience while on antidepressants.
Symptoms of Emotional Blunting
Emotional blunting means that your feelings and emotions are so dulled that you neither feel up nor down. You simply feel “blah.” People who experience emotional blunting will often report:
- Being less able to laugh or cry even when appropriate
- Feeling less empathy for others[1]
- Loss of motivation and drive[2]
- Not being able to respond with the same level of enjoyment that you normally would
Exhaustive Study Debunks Link Between “Chemical Imbalance” and Depression — The serotonin hypothesis
[In] a major new review of the research University College London Psychiatry Professor Joanna Moncrieff and a team of five other top European researchers found “there is no evidence of a connection between reduced serotonin levels or activity and depression.” The primary research indicates there is “no support for the hypothesis that depression is caused by lowered serotonin activity or concentrations.”

Penny is a school teacher who was diagnosed with severe depression about 25 years ago. She’s been “hospitalized in a mental hospital.” She’s taken anti-depressants, some of which made her depression worse, and made her more suicidal, one of the side effects. So she decided to go the natural route.
She learned how to be functionally depressed, so she wouldn’t end up homeless. “So it was imperative that I got up and showed up every day; even though, it was the last thing I wanted to do. In public, I was functional; in private, I cried rivers of tears.”
She recently watched Dr. John Campbell’s December-2021 video, “Vitamin D in Israel,” after which she started taking 10,000 iu per day consistently.
“It was the only thing that I changed in my life at the height of a pandemic, at the height of me wanting to quit my job…. It was the only thing I changed that could have made that difference in my life. … It’s the vitamin D. I am fine, I am fine. I am not depressed anymore. I can say that. I’ll never stop taking vitamin D.” – Minute-8:20 in the video
“I am happy. I am cured of my depression.”
Antidepressants are like a chemical lobotomy. Ann Blake-Tracy told me that in order to suppress depression feelings, antidepressants have to suppress all feelings. Many related links are posted below.
*NOTE: Peterson lives in high latitude Canada. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is caused by low vitamin D and lack of full spectrum lighting, especially the lack of the blue spectrum, which blue blockers can make worse. It is easily cured by taking enough vitamin D3 (5,000-10,000 iu of a good brand), which blood tests can check (60-80 ng/ml is ideal) and full spectrum light bulbs. Low vitamin D should be a well known cause for depression.
31:40 PETERSON: “There’s a very long history of depression in my family, and so I used antidepressants for 20 years after I started suffering from depression, especially in the winter, so it was seasonal affective disorder*. It got to the point where it was debilitating. It hit my father as well, and hit my daughter and a number of first cousins, and aunts and uncles. It’s thoroughly populated on my father’s side.
But I stopped taking antidepressants 5 years ago when I changed my diet because I was also suffering from autoimmune disorders of various sorts. …
I also used an anti-anxiety medication after a particularly severe immunological reaction, I think to something I ate…. And then I suffered from complications that were extremely severe when I tried to stop using the anti-anxiety drug. So that propelled me into a terrible, terrible situation. I developed a condition called akathisia, which makes it impossible for you to ever relax, ever. It’s like being prodded by knives, like many knives. … The case reports indicate that people are driven to suicide ideation within an hour of akathisia onset. … I’m in pain pretty much all of the time. It’s quite severe.”
29:00 “Not all people want freedom. … People find it easier to be enslaved.” “I can plug myself into this. They can tell me exactly what to do, and I’m comfortable with that. … The idea of removing government and having to think for yourself is scary to a lot of people.”
53:45 “I don’t have the slave mentality. … I look at Covid-19, people that were like: ‘please, lock us down, please put us in our homes, please tell me when to see my mom and dad!’ Maybe people just want to be enslaved, and this model of slave and master, meaning government and people that it controls will never be broken.”
1:14:30 Almost hooked on Xanax:
Candace was emotionally distraught after a breakup with her boyfriend in college. A doctor prescribed Xanax, an antidepressant. Thankfully, a friend talked her out of taking them, and Candace threw the pills away.
“Love of money” driven psychiatrists don’t care enough to learn the truth about the nutrients their patients are low in, sadly — prescribing $drugs only.
Depressed About Antidepressants
By Dr. Mercola
Antidepressants are the most commonly prescribed class of medication other than antibiotics, taken by more than 1 in 10 Americans (and 1 in 4 among women aged 50 to 64).1
Many assume that such pills are the best available treatment for symptoms of depression, but in fact the difference between antidepressants and placebo pills is very small — and both are ineffective for most depressed patients.2
In a meta-analysis published in PLOS Medicine, only the most severely depressed showed any response to antidepressants at all and that response was quite minimal.3 This lack of effectiveness must be taken into consideration along with the drugs’ side effects — of which there are many.
“I just found it interesting is that the reason you would need these medications in the first place is you’re vitamin D deficient. The problem is that when you take them you create a vitamin D deficiency. So it’s TOTALLY LOGICAL.”

Are you taking one of these common drugs that deplete vitamin D? Check this out.
Drugs that deplete vitamin D:
1. Corticosteroids
These are typically used as an anti-inflammatory. But, vitamin D is actually one of the best anti-inflammatories.
2. Antibiotics
Certain antibiotics block your absorption of vitamin D. Without vitamin D you could end up with leaky gut, increasing the chances of autoimmune diseases, allergies, and more.
3. SSRIs
Antidepressants could block vitamin D. But, vitamin D could have therapeutic benefits for depression.
4. Phenobarbital
This is used as an anti-anxiety medication and is also used for seizures. Vitamin D could help reduce stress and anxiety and could even reduce the risk of seizures.
5. Dilantin
Dilantin is used for seizures, but it blocks vitamin D.
6. Cholestyramine
This is a medication that blocks bile and cholesterol. But, cholesterol is needed to make vitamin D.
7. Ulcer medications
A big cause of ulcers is the microbe H.pylori. There is some research that shows that vitamin D could help eradicate H.pylori.
I finally found the percentages of Americans on psych drugs. This means there is almost a one-in-three chance that an adult age-25-64 is on psych drugs. So it’s not surprising that people often don’t emotionally act the way we would expect, given that many have what experts say is like a chemical lobotomy, which many of these drugs produce.
I did the math, using the grand total figure below for all ages and the 2017 population, and got 24.68% — one in four people!
Total number of people age 25-64 is 180,747,125. With 55,252,763 using comes to 30.57%, or 31% — one in three!
The percentage for the age group 45-65 is higher yet.
Most doctors won’t mention this at all, and haven’t studied nutrition!
Note: This is an expanded version of my recent piece about psychiatry. It contains far more evidence that psychiatry is a highly dangerous fraud.

“My hypothesis behind these drugs is absolutely backwards. They cause everything that you are told that they will cure.”
“I don’t know of a group of drugs anywhere that can cause bipolar or schizophrenia faster.”
“They only put the side effects in [the label] that they’re forced to put in. Unless they’re caught….”
“One single, 30 mg. dose of Prozac will double the cortisol level. You know what that does to bone density?”
