Rolling Stone journalist Michael Hastings’ body was cremated against his family’s wishes, destroying potential evidence that could have contradicted the explanation that he died as a result of an accident, according to San Diego 6 reporter Kimberly Dvorak.

Hastings was killed in the early hours of June 18 in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles when his Mercedes crashed into a tree at high speed and exploded into flames, sparking theories that the journalist, who was working on a major exposé of the CIA, could have been assassinated.
Stating that she had spoken with several close friends of the family, including Alex Jones Show guest Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs, Dvorak said, “A close family friend did confirm that Michael’s body was sent home in an urn, meaning he was cremated and it wasn’t the request of the family….in fact the family wanted Michael’s body to go home.”
Dvorak said the decision to cremate Hastings against his family’s wishes was “shocking” because it ensured that evidence of any substance (or indeed the absence of any substance) inside his body was lost. According to Hastings’ family, the journalist had not drunk alcohol for five years.
Dvorak added that Hastings had spoken with an attorney before his death who has all the details about the story Hastings was working on. Hastings refrained from telling his wife about the story “because he said he wanted to protect her from knowing anything so if anything were to happen to him nothing could happen to her,” said Dvorak.
Hastings wife has now hired a private investigator to look into the writer’s death, according to Dvorak.
Dvorak also revealed that she had personally been threatened as a result of her efforts to investigate Hastings’ death on behalf of San Diego 6. Aside from Infowars, the news channel is the only media organization asking questions about what happened.
“Despite the LAPD’s categorization of the Hasting fatal accident as a “no (evidence of) foul play,” LAPD continues to ignore FOIA (CPRA in Calif.) requests made by San Diego 6 News for the police report, 9/11 call, autopsy, bomb squad and toxicology reports, or make the Mercedes available for inspection which only fuels conjecture,” writes Dvorak.
As we reported earlier this month, Dvorak’s investigation also uncovered the fact that police and firefighters in the area have been given a gag order and told not to talk to the media about Hastings’ death.
Although the LAPD ruled out foul play days after the incident, automotive experts questioned why Hastings’ brand new Mercedes exploded into flames with such ferocity and why the engine was found 150 feet behind the vehicle.
Former counter-terror czar Richard Clarke reacted to the news by telling the Huffington Post that the fatal crash was “consistent with a car cyber attack.” Academic studies show that it is relatively easy to hack and remote control a modern day vehicle.
Hastings sent out an email to friends and colleagues 15 hours before his car crash stating he was “onto a big story” and needed “to go off the rada[r] for a bit.”
According to colleagues, Hastings was “incredibly tense and very worried, and was concerned that the government was looking in on his material,” and also a “nervous wreck” in response to the surveillance of journalists revealed by the AP phone tapping scandal and the NSA PRISM scandal.
After Wikileaks reported that Hastings had contacted them a few hours before his death complaining that he was under FBI investigation, other friends confirmed that the journalist was “very paranoid” about the feds watching him.
Hastings routinely received death threats as a result of his hard-hitting journalism, particularly in relation to his 2010 exposé of Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal.
Hastings’ close friend Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs, who told Fox News that the journalist “drove like a grandma” and was working on “the biggest story yet” about the CIA before his death, joined Alex Jones yesterday to discuss latest developments and his plans to personally investigate Hastings’ death on behalf of Infowars.

Police and firefighters in Los Angeles have been ordered not to speak to the media about the deadly crash involving Rolling Stone journalist Michael Hastings, fueling speculation that some form of cover-up could be underway.
San Diego 6 journalist Kimberly Dvorak says she was unable to obtain the police report concerning the crash despite the fact that the LAPD already ruled out “foul play” days after the incident.
A gag order has also been placed on cops and firefighters who both responded to and investigated the crash, which occurred in the early hours of June 18 in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.
“When you go to the LA police department and you go to the fire department….they all said they couldn’t comment and some of them said they were told not to comment on this story,” said Dvorak.
The journalist added that she talked to “military personnel” who commented that the inferno which consumed Hastings’ Mercedes was an extremely hot fire that “is not something you normally see with a car like this,” and that Mercedes itself was waiting to hear from the LAPD but has not been contacted.
Dvorak also noted that the engine from Hastings’ vehicle was found 150 feet behind the car, contradicting testimony from two university physics professors who said that “the engine would go with the forward velocity of the (vehicle).”
HIghlighting the absence of skid marks on the road, Dvorak said she was inclined to surmise that the car either malfunctioned or “there was something on the car that allowed that to trigger and blow up,” noting that Mercedes denied their vehicle could have exploded in the manner seen in the incident that killed Hastings.
Dvorak also mentioned two separate academic studies out of the University of Washington and the University of California, San Diego which both detail how modern cars can easily be hacked and remote controlled, a premise also raised by former counter-terror czar Richard Clarke, who told the Huffington Post that the fatal crash of Hastings’ Mercedes C250 Coupe was “consistent with a car cyber attack.”
As we previously reported, questions surrounding Hastings’ untimely death have emerged primarily because the journalist was working on “the biggest story yet” about the CIA before he was killed.
The writer also sent out an email 15 hours before his car crash stating he was “onto a big story” and needed “to go off the rada[r] for a bit.”

In the first half of the program, George Knapp was joined by, publisher of suppressed works, Kris Millegan, who talked about the secret forces controlling the planet and how they exercise their power while keeping their presence shrouded in secrecy. He contended that secret societies derive their power by exerting control over a three-tiered system with three parts contained in each level. The top tier of this power base, he said, consists of “mining, metal, and money” followed by “guns, drugs, and oil.” Comprising the final level, he claimed, is control over the media, using “magic” as a means “to make us think something else is going on,” and, finally, “mass trauma” in the form of psychological warfare on the populace. Ultimately, Millegan asserted that the agenda behind the power brokers is to slowly and secretly turn America into a corporate empire rather than a democratic republic.
Extrapolating on how this system of power consolidation works, Millegan alleged that controlling the illegal drug trade is a key factor in many military campaigns and is used to reap massive amounts of wealth for the elite. This money, he said, is then used to purchase media companies and, thus, they can manipulate the messages that are told to the general public. To that end, he expressed skepticism about media stories which are said to be revelatory about these power brokers and suggested that such reports are part of a psychological process to weaken the resolve of the citizenry. Additionally, he pointed to “meme warfare,” where alternative research groups, like the 9/11 Truth Movement, are hampered by false clues and incorrect evidence as a means of stifling investigation into the overarching conspiracy of global control.

The establishment media glossed over the suspicious death of Rolling Stone journalist Michael Hastings in cursory fashion.
“Mr. Hastings was believed to have been alone in the car, which struck a tree at high speed, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office,” the New York Times reported earlier today.
Photographs of the crash scene, however, reveal that the car Hastings was in did not experience a high-speed crash. “There is no impact damage to this car. The only damage there is BLOWN OUT in the back, not smashed in the front and it obviously missed the tree as it rolled to a stop,” writes Jim Stone. “This was a Mercedes, not a Pinto, which means it did not burst into flames on its own. One (seldom quoted) eyewitness said the car ‘exploded,’” Stone continues.
“No matter how you slice this particular pie, a Mercedes is not just going to explode into flames without a little assistance,” Stone explains. “Car fires in new cars happen for three main reasons — running the engine out of oil, or running the engine out of coolant, or after an absolutely huge car mangling accident, having the hot side of the battery short out against the frame before it reaches the fuse panel. And for all 3 of those normal reasons, which account for virtually all car fires in modern cars, the fire would have started in the engine compartment, progressed slowly, and scorched the hell out of the paint before ever reaching the gas tank. That clean paint is the be all tell all, Michael Hastings was murdered, and the rest is detail.”
The murder of Michael Hastings needs to be put in context. He is the journalist who brought down Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal, then the top commander of United States forces in Afghanistan. The military undoubtedly viewed Hasting’s reportage as a direct threat and reacted accordingly.
Obama’s Assassination Policy
In February, the Justice Department released to the two congressional intelligence committees classified documents spelling out its legal justification for assassinating American citizens. The documents refer to the Pentagon dinner guest Anwar al-Awlaki who was allegedly killed by a CIA Predator drone strike in Yemen. Obama had the documents released on the eve of confirmation hearings of John O. Brennan, his pick for CIA boss and, not exactly coincidentally, the main architect of his murderous drone program.
Even though the public was not allowed to see the documents, the establishment media dutifully spread the message – the government had contrived a legal justification for assassinating citizens, beginning with alleged al-Qaeda bigwig al-Awlaki and his teenage son. Millions of Americans – brainwashed by years of war on terror fairy tales and propaganda – supported the policy.
Targeting Journalists
The Obama administration demonstrated its contempt for the First and Fourth Amendments of the Constitution when it was revealed in May that the Justice Department secretly obtained phone records of journalists at the Associated Press.
The move was an obvious attempt to intimidate and send a message to elements of the establishment media not following the government’s playbook. Fear and intimidation may work for establishment journalists, but for alternative media journalists – even those working on the fringe of the establishment represented by the liberal magazine Rolling Stone – assassination now appears to be the preferred course of action for deviating from the script.
The sloppiness of the Michael Hastings assassination was deliberate. The government, the Pentagon and the CIA are interested in sending a message, the same message sent by Hitler, Stalin, Mao and dozens of other dictators – go up against the government, deviate from unwritten parameters, and you may be assassinated.

In the first half of the program, George Knapp was joined by popular former Las Vegas mayor Oscar Goodman, who discussed his career as a mob attorney, representing everyone from Meyer Lansky to Lefty Rosenthal, as well as how this led to him becoming the mayor of Las Vegas. Goodman recalled that a serendipitous recommendation to a mobster needing a lawyer and a “very, very lucky” court win resulted in his gaining the attention of the mafia. His reputation grew due to court victories in the first wiretap trial as well as representing Lanksy in a high profile case where everyone was found guilty except him. From that point forward, Goodman marveled, “I was the mob’s lawyer.” Regarding the argument that Goodman helped ‘bad guys’ get away with their crimes, he responded that if the government cannot do its job without committing misconduct, then “they’re not entitled to putting anybody away.”
On how Goodman made the transition from mob lawyer to mayor of Las Vegas, he explained that the cases had begun to become repetitive and he grew dissatisfied that his “primary goal” revolved around how much money he could make. Additionally, he noted that his life had become boring because he focused intensely on his work and was “very concerned that the government would rather have me than my client,” so he led an extremely private life. Ultimately, he decided that he wanted to “try and keep the system honest from the inside” and successfully ran for mayor of the city. Known for his outspoken nature, such as suggesting that graffiti ‘artists’ have their thumbs cut off, Goodman mused that “you only go around once” in life and, thus, he rebuked his critics who want him to be more politically correct, declaring that they can “drop dead.”

In the latter half, author Bill Birnes talked about Dr. Max Jacobson, who developed a unique “energy formula” that altered the paths of some of the twentieth century’s most iconic figures, including President and Jackie Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, and Elvis. Birnes detailed how Jacobson was an internal medicine specialist who was trying to find a cure for diseases using blood serum. Over the course of his research, he developed a treatment which was so powerful that it made people very sick, so he added methamphetamines to the formula to make them feel better. Via his friendship with film director Billy Wilder, Jacobson developed a clientele amongst the New York entertainment community which sought out his “special vitamin shots,” as they were called.
Jacobson’s most prominent ‘patient,’ was President John F. Kennedy, who turned to the doctor’s formula as a means of relieving a variety of crippling ailments. According to Birnes, Kennedy began receiving the treatments when he was a Senator and utilized the formula prior to the infamous first Presidential debate with Richard Nixon which swung the momentum of 1960 election. Following his victory, Kennedy became increasingly reliant on Jacobson’s drug cocktail, Birnes said, and even tried to get the doctor to move into the White House. As a result of his drug dependence, JFK became so erratic that the Vienna Summit with Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev became a diplomatic disaster and Kennedy later had a “psychotic break” during a visit to New York. Birnes theorized that the CIA’s weariness over Kennedy’s drug habit, and the reckless behavior it caused, ultimately led to his assassination.

Pastor Strawcutter’s 1998 Taped Interview
Besides running a ministry in Adrian, MI., Strawcutter’s main passion is truth-telling, his philosophy turning out to be a perfect match for Griggs when she finally contacted him one morning in 1998 as he broadcasted live during drive-time on his pirate FM radio station.
“I remember one morning getting this call during a commercial break and then we put Kay on live for about 45 minutes. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing,” said Strawcutter this week by telephone from his Michigan church. “After the show, I arranged for Kay to come to Michigan with her documentation and photos of the story.”
When Griggs arrived with her husband’s diary and photos providing credible documentation for some of what she claimed, Strawcutter taped her story for over eight hours.
After the taping session, he recalls out of all the controversial stories he worked on, the Griggs story was one of the most troubling and difficult to deal due to the sensitive nature of the allegations and the number of high-ranking names involved.
Finally, after sitting on the story for a year, Strawcutter decided to release it in two forms, the first being a 2 hour edited video version of the interview which he distributed under the title of “Sleeping With The Enemy” and the other being simply the longer unedited eight hour version.
And like Griggs recounted this week from her Virginia home, the Strawcutter tapes are even more detailed about how members of The Brotherhood operate in a world of treachery, deceit, lies, murder, drug running, sex slavery and illegal weapon sales, all in the name of forming a new world order.

Captain Philip Marshall has recently been assassinated, along with his children and dog (links below). I just found out about this first ‘Coast’ interview last night. Here I’m posting it along with some quotes that I transcribed.
First, one Slight Caution:
The interview is excellent and VERY credible, but Captain Marshall thinks it’s possible that the United 767s took down the twin towers, because he says the planes’ wingspans are almost as wide as the buildings. But then at 1hour 42minutes, he talks about how the wings are made of thin aluminum, which is why the wings of the 757 that hit the Pentagon didn’t penetrate at all. Only the landing gear and the engine shafts were dense enough to seriously penetrate into the Pentagon.

After a week-long on-site investigation, former National Security Agency officer Wayne Madsen is “100% certain” that 9/11 investigator and author Philip Marshall and his two children were killed in a black ops hit. Madsen’s conclusion is that the cover story – an alleged murder-suicide – is transparently absurd.
Madsen stated his conclusions on yesterday’s Kevin Barrett show. Among the evidence cited by Madsen:
*Neighbors’ houses are “practically on top of” Marshall’s house, so dozens of neighbors would have heard any gunshots that weren’t muffled by a silencer…and Marshall’s “patsy gun” did not have a silencer.
*The crime scene was illegally and surreptitiously cleaned up by professionals, including “a SUV, license undetermined, with an array of communication antennas bristling from the roof.”
*Philip Marshall, who had expressed his fear of being harassed or silenced for his 9/11 revelations, never kept his doors open – but when the bodies were found, a side door Marshall never used was wide open.
According to Madsen, all of Marshall’s neighbors believe it was a professional murder, not the murder-suicide claimed by corrupt local police, who have presumably been told what to do and say by higher authorities working on behalf of “national security.”
Marshall, Madsen points out, was not just any 9/11 conspiracy author. A former airline pilot, Marshall was a close associate of notorious CIA drug smuggler Barry Seal, and a peripheral player in the New Orleans CIA/crime nexus that killed JFK, Martin Luther King, and many others. Madsen suggests that Marshall, a long-time participant in covert operations, developed a penchant for truth during the last years of his life.
According to Madsen, Marshall had stated that he was holding explosive information that would be revealed in his next book. The repeated professional-clean-ups of Marshall’s house after the murder suggest that the killers, and the agency or agencies employing them, were looking for a specific piece of evidence or information. (Marshall’s computer mysteriously disappeared after the killings, and its whereabouts remain unknown.)

Some sources say that the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has been involved in several drug trafficking operations. Some of these reports claim that congressional evidence indicates that the CIA worked with groups which it knew were involved in drug trafficking, so that these groups would provide them with useful intelligence and material support, in exchange for allowing their criminal activities to continue, and impeding or preventing their arrest, indictment, and imprisonment by U.S. law enforcement agencies.
Released on April 13, 1989, the Kerry Committee report concluded that members of the U.S. State Department “who provided support for the Contras were involved in drug trafficking… and elements of the Contras themselves knowingly received financial and material assistance from drug traffickers.”
In 1996 Gary Webb wrote a series of articles published in the San Jose Mercury News, which investigated Nicaraguans linked to the CIA-backed Contras who had smuggled cocaine into the U.S. which was then distributed as crack cocaine into Los Angeles and funneled profits to the Contras. The CIA was aware of the cocaine transactions and the large shipments of drugs into the U.S. by the Contra personnel and directly aided drug dealers to raise money for the Contras. Although he heavily implied CIA involvement, Webb never claimed to have made a direct link between the CIA and the Contras. Moreover, Webb’s articles were heavily attacked by many media outlets who questions the validity of his claims, although the unusual response led some to question if the CIA was involved. Webb turned the articles into a book called, Dark Alliance: The CIA, the Contras, and the Crack Cocaine Explosion.” On December 10, 2004, Webb committed suicide, dying of two gunshot wounds to the head.
In 1996, CIA Director John M. Deutch went to Los Angeles to attempt to refute the allegations raised by the Webb articles, and was famously confronted by former Los Angeles Police Department officer Michael Ruppert, who testified that he had witnessed it occurring.
The CIA has been accused of moneylaundering the iran-contra drug funds via the BCCI, the former U.S. Commissioner of Customs William von Raab said that when customs agents raided the bank in 1988, they found numerous CIA accounts. The CIA also worked with BCCI in arming and financing the Afghan mujahideen during the Afghan War against the Soviet Union, using BCCI to launder proceeds from trafficking heroin grown in the Pakistan-Afghanistan borderlands, boosting the flow of narcotics to European and U.S. markets.
In 1989, the United States invaded Panama as part of Operation Just Cause, which involved 25,000 American troops. Gen. Manuel Noriega, head of government of Panama, had been giving military assistance to Contra groups in Nicaragua at the request of the U.S.—which, in exchange, allowed him to continue his drug-trafficking activities—which they had known about since the 1960s. When the DEA tried to indict Noriega in 1971, the CIA prevented them from doing so. The CIA, which was then directed by future president George H. W. Bush, provided Noriega with hundreds of thousands of dollars per year as payment for his work in Latin America. However, when CIA pilot Eugene Hasenfus was shot down over Nicaragua by the Sandinistas, documents aboard the plane revealed many of the CIA’s activities in Latin America, and the CIA’s connections with Noriega became a public relations “liability” for the U.S. government, which finally allowed the DEA to indict him for drug trafficking, after decades of allowing his drug operations to proceed unchecked. Operation Just Cause, whose ostensible purpose was to capture Noriega, pushed the former Panamanian leader into the Papal Nuncio where he surrendered to U.S. authorities. His trial took place in Miami, where he was sentenced to 45 years in prison.
Noriega’s prison sentence was reduced from 30 years to 17 years for good behavior. After serving 17 years in detention and imprisonment, his prison sentence ended on September 9, 2007. He was held under U.S. custody before being extradited to French custody where he was sentenced to 7 years for laundering money from Colombian drug cartels.

JFK Assassination Conspiracy Update
In the first hour, investigative reporter Russ Baker provided an update on the JFK assassination conspiracy. Eighty to ninety percent of Americans believe that John F. Kennedy was killed by a conspiracy, Baker said, noting how most do not realize that the government also concluded it was a conspiracy. Their findings revealed that at least two gunman were involved and they suspected others, he added. Baker suggested George H. W. Bush may have been involved in the cover-up, as the former president has claimed that (unlike almost everyone alive then) he cannot remember where he was on the day of the assassination.
Baker talked about his visit to The Sixth Floor Museum at the Dallas County Administration Building (formerly the Texas School Book Depository), where he found it strange that no one is allowed to go where Lee Harvey Oswald supposedly took the shot. Also curious to Baker were museum’s books on the subject which mostly reflected the view that Oswald acted alone, even though more than 90% of the people present when JFK was killed say the shot came from the grassy knoll, he said. Baker believes that JFK’s bold initiatives and desire to serve the public interest came into to conflict with powerful interests who ultimately had him assassinated.

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is using drug money to fund Rafael Correa’s opposition in the coming 2013 Ecuadorian elections, intelligence sources have revealed to Chilean independent media. The accusations do not stand alone. In October, former UK diplomat Craig Murray said that the CIA had tripled its budget to destabilize the government of Ecuador.
