It’s clear from this high quality video and other links below that this is not Prince Salman, but this off-duty Tropicana security guard. His tattooed legs, baseball shoes, S2N shirt, carrying a radio, branches off from team at end — all tell the story with photo evidence galore.

Once Napoli arrived in the southeast parking lot of the Tropicana with Goodman he was able to point out the exact area in which he had witnessed “about a dozen” shell casings strewn across the parking lot in between 11:30 and 11:40 p.m.

Napoli’s testimony gives credence to other eyewitness accounts of multiple shooters.
Many concertgoers were convinced some shooters were firing from within the concert venue. Also, a number of bullet sounds in the videos have no crack > report delay, which also indicates there were nearby shooters. Actual shooters videoed here?
