Federal Reserve Whistleblower Tells America The REAL Reason For Quantitative Easing

A banker named Andrew Huszar that helped manage the Federal Reserve’s quantitative easing program during 2009 and 2010 is publicly apologizing for what he has done. He says that quantitative easing has accomplished next to nothing for the average person on the street. Instead, he says that it has been “the greatest backdoor Wall Street bailout of all time.” And of course the cold, hard economic numbers support what Huszar is saying. The percentage of working age Americans with a job has not improved at all during the quantitative easing era, and median household income has actually steadily declined during that time frame. Meanwhile, U.S. stock prices have doubled overall, and the stock prices of the big Wall Street banks have tripled. So who benefits from quantitative easing? It doesn’t take a genius to figure it out, and now Andrew Huszar is blowing the whistle on the whole thing.
From 2009 to 2010, Huszar was responsible for managing the Fed’s purchase of approximately $1.25 trillion worth of mortgage-backed securities. At the time, he thought that it was a dream job, but now he is apologizing to the rest of the country for what happened…
I can only say: I’m sorry, America. As a former Federal Reserve official, I was responsible for executing the centerpiece program of the Fed’s first plunge into the bond-buying experiment known as quantitative easing. The central bank continues to spin QE as a tool for helping Main Street. But I’ve come to recognize the program for what it really is: the greatest backdoor Wall Street bailout of all time.
When the first round of quantitative easing ended, Huszar says that it was incredibly obvious that QE had done very little to benefit average Americans but that it had been “an absolute coup for Wall Street”…
Trading for the first round of QE ended on March 31, 2010. The final results confirmed that, while there had been only trivial relief for Main Street, the U.S. central bank’s bond purchases had been an absolute coup for Wall Street. The banks hadn’t just benefited from the lower cost of making loans. They’d also enjoyed huge capital gains on the rising values of their securities holdings and fat commissions from brokering most of the Fed’s QE transactions. Wall Street had experienced its most profitable year ever in 2009, and 2010 was starting off in much the same way.
You’d think the Fed would have finally stopped to question the wisdom of QE. Think again. Only a few months later—after a 14% drop in the U.S. stock market and renewed weakening in the banking sector—the Fed announced a new round of bond buying: QE2. Germany’s finance minister, Wolfgang Schäuble, immediately called the decision “clueless.”
That was when I realized the Fed had lost any remaining ability to think independently from Wall Street.
Of course the fact that the Fed cannot think independently from Wall Street should not be a surprise to any of my regular readers. As I have written about repeatedly, the Federal Reserve was created by the Wall Street bankers for the benefit of the Wall Street bankers. When the Federal Reserve serves the interests of Wall Street, it is simply doing what it was designed to do. And according to Huszar, quantitative easing has been one giant “subsidy” for Wall Street banks…
Having racked up hundreds of billions of dollars in opaque Fed subsidies, U.S. banks have seen their collective stock price triple since March 2009. The biggest ones have only become more of a cartel: 0.2% of them now control more than 70% of the U.S. bank assets.
But Huszar is certainly not the only one on Wall Street that acknowledges these things. For example, just check out what billionaire hedge fund manager Stanley Druckenmiller told CNBC about quantitative easing…

It is a fact. Gandhi had young women in his ashram, some of them still teenagers, one of them his own grand-niece [Manu Gandhi], sleep naked with him in his bed at night. This was an aspect of Gandhi that I had not read about before, and it surprised me at first. I was researching for my book ‘Sex and Power’ which looks at the history of sex and sexuality in India, and it was important for me to investigate this further. …
Most angering for me was reading about the psychological and emotional trauma of the girls and women who he used for his “experiments,” which is what he called these incidents. The word ‘psychotic’ repeatedly came up in various documents with regards to these women’s mental state. The women, most of who were in their late teens or early twenties [not surprisingly, given he could have ‘experimented’ with the older women or even his own wife!] were repeatedly described as depressed and weeping, and seemed to be completely in his control. Besides this, some of the archival references lead me to believe that Gandhi may well have been practicing the traditional, historic form of Indian celibacy which hinges on one thing only – and that is control of ejaculation. Everything else is permitted.
What I could not understand is why school texts and biographies have selectively edited out this information because it was a big and explosive aspect of the inner dynamics of the Gandhi ashram and its inmates for the last 10 years of Gandhi’s life. It eventually led to the partial break-up of his inner-core circle.

Pornography Addiction a Growing Problem Among Women
“It was an ordinary weekday morning when Caroline first noticed how much pornography was taking over her life. With 15 minutes to go before she was due to leave for a job interview, she opened up her laptop to print off an extra copy of her C.V. and there, onscreen, was a grab she’d saved from [a porn site].
“’I remember the feeling of being sucked in, really wanting that two-minute fix, that numbness I got when I used porn,’ says Caroline. ‘I was stressed out, and I risked being late for my interview, but I pressed play anyway and fast-forwarded it to the bit I wanted. It took two minutes. … Afterwards I just hated myself for giving in and getting off on images that treated women like pieces of meat. But I kept going back.’”
Those are the opening paragraphs of a story from The Guardian called “Why More and More Women Are Using Pornography.” Revelations of female porn addiction are an eye-opening issue. Most people assume the problem is exclusive to testosterone-driven men. But a new study reveals that women are struggling with graphic sexual immorality in droves.
According to an October report from the Pew Research Center, 12 percent of U.S. adults who use the Internet admitted to watching “adult videos.” Twenty-five percent of them were male, and 8 percent were female.
Whether or not those numbers are accurate—it’s likely that many porn watchers didn’t admit it—they are rising. In 2007, only 6 percent admitted to watching adult videos. That means the overall rate has doubled in just six years.
But get this: Online porn viewership has quadrupled for women in just three years. A 2010 Pew report shows only 2 percent of women admitted to watching online porn. And again, it’s likely that the true numbers are even greater.
And that’s not the worst of it. CovenantEyes has gathered shocking statistics from various studies. Here are a few of them:
- According to a study published in the Journal of Adolescent Research, about half (49 percent) of young adult women agree that viewing pornography is an acceptable way of expressing one’s sexuality.

With the 50th anniversary of the assassination of JFK approaching later this month, three-time Academy Award-winning director Oliver Stone says that the Zapruder film was tampered with.
Appearing on Democracy Now, Stone said that the infamous Zupruder footage, which shows Kennedy being shot in the head from the front, was altered after it was seized by the CIA and the Secret Service.
“It was altered a bit I think – there’s a lot of evidence to that effect,” said Stone, who directed the 1991 blockbuster JFK.
In another interview with Huffington Post Live, Stone repeated the claim that the tape had been tampered with.
The Zapruder film wasn’t aired on network television until 1975, nearly 13 years after the assassination.
Although there were numerous eyewitnesses to the JFK assassination itself, many of them died under mysterious circumstances.
Between the winters of 1963 and 1967, 15 JFK assassination witnesses who’d been interviewed by the Warren Commission, Dallas Police, or the FBI died prematurely and in bizarre ways.
When an actuary calculated the odds of this occurring naturally, it came out at one hundred thousand trillion to one (100,000,000,000,000,000 to 1).
Expressing his amazement that some people still deny that there was a wider conspiracy behind the assassination of JFK, Stone explained how it was impossible for Kennedy to have been shot from only one direction.
“You see him essentially get a hit from the front, when he gets the hit from the front which is the 4th or the 5th or the 6th shot, he goes back and to the left, that’s the basic evidence,” said Stone, adding that many eyewitnesses at the hospital saw “a massive exit wound to the rear of his skull” but that the autopsy was manipulated because the doctors in charge had being ordered to patch up the back of Kennedy’s head by the military to hide the evidence.
Stone also touched upon the so-called “magic bullet” theory, presented by the Warren Commission, which attempted to explain how a single bullet could have caused seven different wounds in two people.
“It’s a farce and they got away with it because it’s a lot of mumbo jumbo,” said Stone, asserting that at least five shots were made. According to the official narrative, Le Harvey Oswald only took three shots from the Texas Book Depository.
In addition, expert marksmen who have attempted to replicate Oswald’s shot, at a moving target through a tree, have failed to do so.
“Two teams of FBI experts tried to do it, plus CBS I believe and various other organizations, have tried to simulate that shooting in less than six seconds – it’s not possible,” said Stone, adding that there had to be at least one shooter from the front.

The U.S. invasion of Vietnam is the most egregious case of external aggression by any nation in the post-WWII era. Martin Luther King, America’s greatest moral voice since the Second World War, said, “If America’s soul becomes totally poisoned, part of the autopsy must read: Vietnam.” However, a recent Gallup poll found that 51% of Americans between the ages of 18 and 29 believe the war was “not a mistake.” In May 2012, Obama announced a 13-year “commemoration” of the Vietnam War, honoring those Americans who fought “heroically to protect the ideals we hold dear as Americans.”
We wonder which ideals, exactly, Obama was referring to. A few years before his death, former secretary of Defense Robert McNamara told students at American University that 3.8 million Vietnamese died in that war. Most college students, when asked in informal surveys, place the number at a quarter of that amount or less. The Vietnam Memorial Wall in D.C. contains the names of 58,272 Americans who died in the war. Its message is that the tragedy of that wretched war was that 58,000 Americans died. The wall is 146 feet long.
Imagine a wall that also contained the names of all the Vietnamese, Cambodians, Laotians, and others who died. Such a wall would be over 4 miles long. It would not only be a fitting memorial to all the victims of “American exceptionalism,” it would be a perfect tombstone for that most dangerous of American myths.

A parent of a ten year old was shocked to discover a grammar and writing test paper that their child brought home from school reads more like document from an authoritarian country such as China.
The parent sent a portion of the test paper to Infowars, revealing that it contains sentences such as “The commands of government officials must be obeyed by all.”
The paper uses such sentences and asks school children to replace certain words in order to make the sentence contain a possessive noun.
Others within the paper include:
“The job of a president is not easy.”
“He makes sure the laws of the country are fair”
“The wants of an individual are less important than the needs of a nation”
Here is the portion of the paper Infowars received:
Upon further investigation it appears that the paper is part of a set produced by Pearson Education, a global corporation that provides education publishing and assessment services to schools in the US and the rest of the world. Pearson is the world’s largest for-profit education business.
The particular sentence about everyone obeying government commands appears in other Pearson papers, such as this fifth grade grammar test.
Incredible exposé, airing on CNN, revealing the lies and cover-ups that the “love of money” has done to captive whales and the trainers.

RUSSIAN MISSILE FORCES TO BE UPGRADED BY 2021
You will notice an almost total absence of coverage or concern for Russian military growth. It’s like it doesn’t exist in the US media, even when the Russians openly publish it in Russian sources. Here’s an example that should concern us all, as it confirms my estimates of timing relative to when Russia will be ready for a future strike on the West:
(RIA Novosti) – Russia’s Strategic Missile Forces (RVSN) will be fully equipped with fifth-generation missile systems by 2021, a Defense Ministry spokesman said Wednesday. The proportion of modern missiles in the RVSN will reach around 60 percent by 2016 and 98 percent by 2021, Col. Igor Yegorov said.
In addition to the fifth-generation Yars and Topol-M missiles, new command and control centers are being built and new communications, security and other systems put in place, he said. Russia’s missile forces are being modernized in a bid to enable them to penetrate the anti-missile defense systems being fielded by NATO and the United States, Russian officials have said previously.
And, unlike US systems which are purposefully encumbered by humans transmitting codes before launch, the Russians are automating theirs so that human factors won’t be able to block a nuclear launch once initiated:
Russia’s Strategic Missile Forces will use a new-generation automated command and control system from 2016, the Defense Ministry said Thursday. The new system, based on the digital transmission of operations orders bypassing intermediary levels straight to the launch pad, allows the prompt targeting and retargeting of missiles and ensures the effective command and control of all units and subunits, Defense Ministry spokesman Dmitry Andreyev said.
The fifth-generation system will use wire, radio and satellite communication channels that are well protected from jamming and other forms of interference, he added. The system is compact and reliable and boasts low energy consumption, secure information transmission and imperviousness to external impacts, the spokesman said.
Compare this rapidly increasing readiness with the static nuclear silo based defenses the US has, and which are vulnerable to both human errors and external attack. The US missile forces have received a lot of negative publicity of late due to the sacking of its top military commander for gambling and ethics charges. Now, a leak has revealed that a couple of missileer officers have been reassigned for leaving a blast security door open while one was asleep.
The following AP article talks about this technical violation of the rules and promotes some disinformation about the launch of US missiles:
— Air Force officers entrusted with the launch keys to long-range nuclear missiles have been caught twice this year leaving open a blast door that is intended to help prevent a terrorist or other intruder from entering their underground command post, Air Force officials said.
The blast doors are never to be left open if one of the crew members inside is asleep – as was the case in both these instances – out of concern for the trouble an intruder could cause, including the compromising of secret launch codes... The officers, known as missileers, are custodians of keys that could launch nuclear hell.
The last part is only partly true. The missileers have only half the launch codes. They must receive the other part from the “nuclear suitcase” which always accompanies the President. Without getting these launch codes from the president, no missiles can be launched. So this is hype about the silos being in danger of a terror attack.
In fact, even the blast door is not the door to the outside. An unauthorized intruder would have to get past other heavy duty steel doors and get down the secure-code elevator even to approach the blast doors. Entry to that elevator is controlled from an above-ground building where the officers initially enter and have their passes checked. All are secured with armed guards and cameras. All of this security before the blast door is what gives the watch officers some feeling of complacency about the need to keep this door closed if one is sleeping (allowable on a 24 hour shift).
What the article is talking about is the underground launch center, known as a capsule for its pill-like shape, buried in the ground. Each capsule operates 10 Minuteman-3 missiles (3 warheads per missile). The missiles are also underground in reinforced concrete silos with blast doors on top which open for launch.
The real weakness of our system is that we have fixed silos, easily and precisely targeted, while the Russians use mobile launchers which are always being moved around—very hard to find and hit. That is why the US must rely on “Launch on warning,” meaning that once Russian or Chinese missiles are detected by our satellites and on the way, all our missiles must be launched to avoid being hit by the first salvo of incoming warheads. No surface blast door covering the silos is going to withstand a full nuclear ground blast.
That is also why Clinton’s order (PDD-60) in 1997 to the missile forces to “not rely on Launch on Warning” but to “prepare to retaliate afterward” is suicide. This order is still secret and has never been made public, except in synopsis form by Arms Control Today, which helped draft the new nuclear policy.
Our missile forces are still on alert and they still think they are going to launch on warning, but their ability to do so depends on getting the codes from the president. All the globalist handlers of the president have to do to ensure we absorb a nuclear first strike is to not release the launch codes or create some pretense of technical difficulty.
Other evidence of Russia emerging from the phony “fall of the Soviet Union” is that she is starting to actively export military equipment to foreign clients: Space Daily.com reports from Baghdad (UPI):
As Iraq’s government grapples with a rising al-Qaida insurgency in which thousands have been killed, officials say the military has started taking delivery of Russian arms as part of a landmark $4.3 billion contract signed in October 2012… 30 of the all-weather Night Hunter helicopter gunships and 50 Pantsyr S-1 gun-missile short-range air-defense systems.
The 2012 contract marked Russia’s return to a major Middle Eastern market it had dominated during the Soviet era. During Saddam Hussein’s rule, that ended in April 2003, Moscow was Iraq’s main arms supplier.
