Basically, they’re lying with the tests by using way too many cycles, and they’re using their bogus “case” numbers for lockdowns and mask mandates. God says all liars will end up in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur (Rev. 21:5-8).

The lockdowns are based on surging “cases” which are based on positive PCR test results.
However, what exactly is a positive PCR test result?What does it mean?
I’ll answer that and give you the answer to the most important question you should ask if you or a loved one gets a positive PCR test result.“What’s the Cycle Threshold (CT) value for that test?”
Sounds wonky but it’s actually really important to understand.A low CT value means someone is loaded with virus.A high value, oppositely, means less of a viral load.Beyond a certain level the load is insufficient to either infect someone else or be of any clinical or epidemiological relevance whatsoever.

Vaccine Mandate Coming Via Negative Incentives
The Brits have been told that if they want their freedom back, they will have to take the vaccine! Here in American, except for a few hardcore states like Massachusetts, few states have declared that they are going to mandate that everyone take it—especially since it is now going to be in multiple doses.
The reason for that is to evade having so many people show up with dangerous side effects. By cutting the dose by one-half or a fourth, the vaccine makers win two ways: 1) There are fewer short term side effects to deter the public from rejecting it (the long-term dangers will still be there) and 2) they make more money by giving multiple doses.
But polls show that almost half of Americans are resistant to taking this rush-to-market vaccine, so schemers are working overtime to figure out ways to pressure you into taking it without an obvious mandate from the state. They are even planning on bribing people by making the next stimulus payment contingent upon taking the vaccine.

Portuguese Court Rules PCR Tests As Unreliable & Unlawful To Quarantine People
A Portuguese appeals court has ruled that PCR tests are unreliable and that it is unlawful to quarantine people based solely on a PCR test.
The court stated, the test’s reliability depends on the number of cycles used and the viral load present. Citing Jaafar et al. 2020, the court concludes that
“if someone is tested by PCR as positive when a threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used (as is the rule in most laboratories in Europe and the US), the probability that said person is infected is less than 3%, and the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%.”
The court further notes that the cycle threshold used for the PCR tests currently being made in Portugal is unknown.
The threshold cycles used in PCR tests in India is between 37 and 40, which makes the reliability of the PCR test less than 3% and the false positive rate as high as 97%.
You might at first think Caretaker Mayor Austin Quinn-Davidson is showing compassion in her announcement today to provide food vouchers to those in our community who are struggling because of the China virus.
It’s a trap.
People are suffering because of her draconian measures. If she cared one iota about people, Quinn-Davidson would not be shutting down businesses left and right, forcing people into poverty and unemployment, thereby creating a need for this hand-out. AQD’s “compassionate” gesture to offer food vouchers to those she put out of work is sinful.
Study finds 84% fewer hospitalizations for patients treated with controversial drug hydroxychloroquine

A peer-reviewed study measuring the effectiveness of a controversial drug cocktail that includes hydroxychloroquine concluded that the treatment lowered hospitalizations and mortality rates of coronavirus patients.
The study, set to be published in the International Journal of Antimicrobial Agents in December, determined that “Low-dose hydroxychloroquine combined with zinc and azithromycin was an effective therapeutic approach against COVID-19.”
A total of 141 patients diagnosed with the coronavirus were treated with the three-drug cocktail over a period of five days and compared to a control group of 377 people who tested positive for the virus but were not given the treatment.
The study found that “the odds of hospitalisation of treated patients was 84% less than in the untreated patients,” and only one patient died from the group being treated with the drugs compared to 13 deaths in the untreated group.
Additionally, a July study conducted by the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan concluded that patients taking hydroxychloroquine were more likely to survive the coronavirus.

California Governor Orders Everyone Except Hollywood to Stay at Home

The stay-at-home order applies to every county in Southern California and affects 94 percent of the state’s population, except for people who work in the entertainment industry, Deadline reports.
The governor’s office told Deadline on Thursday that it doesn’t apply to entertainment industry workers, who are considered essential workers according to Newsom’s original stay-at-home order from March.
“The Matanuska-Susitna Borough does not have the power to institute a general public mask mandate,” Spiropoulos said in a Nov. 20 email to the Watchman. “There are only three ways the Borough could get this power. The first way is a grant of power from the Legislature because the Legislature gets to say how much power a borough has under Art 10, Sec. 3 of the Alaska Constitution. The second way to get a power is a transfer of power from the cities. A third way to get a power is have the question approved by voters. These second and third methods are found in state statute AS 29.35.300. The Attorney General of the State of Alaska has no ability to grant a second-class borough any power and/or grant ‘approval to impose a mask mandate.’”
Earlier this summer, at the Aug. 4 Borough Assembly meeting, Spiropoulos gave a detailed analysis on why he did not believe the Mat-Su Borough had powers to govern public health.
Spiropoulos explained to Assembly members that the only additional powers it has during a disaster is with regard to housing and urban redevelopment, which basically means the Mat-Su Borough can rebuild damaged infrastructure after a declared state or federal disaster. Even then, however, the law does not grant the borough extra health powers, to impose mask mandates. This applies even during a pandemic.
“When it comes down to it, we are a second-class borough,” he said in August. “The citizens voted for a limited form of government with limited powers and the state statutes have limitations on how we can either gain additional powers or exercise the powers we have.”
All other municipalities and cities in Alaska do have health powers, but not second-class boroughs like the Mat-Su, Spiropoulos added.
Despite the opinion of Spiropoulos and other attorneys from second-class boroughs, Acting Attorney General Sniffen recently stated that he believes second-class boroughs do, in fact, have health powers to impose mask mandates and other health restrictions.
“Even with that approval, I disagree with them saying the Borough can do it, and have signed on to a letter telling the Acting Attorney General that I (along with others) disagree,” Spiropoulos told the Watchman. “If we get a response, perhaps we will get some legal analysis on why he thinks the power exists.”
