IRANIANS ADMIT MISTAKEN DOWNING OF AIRLINER

The downing of the Ukrainian airliner in Iran did provide fodder for renewed protests within that regime against religious rule in Iran. There are millions of Iranians who long for a return of the security government run by the Shah, even though he used ruthless tactics against the opposition. The current government wins elections because the majority of Iranians are poor Muslims who vote the way their clerics tell them to. That is why democracy is always a danger to liberty and thinking people. The largest sectors of any nation are uniformed and relatively non-thinking, easily swayed by a controlled media or leadership. They are always attracted to socialism and rabble rousing leaders, and will always outvote the minority that favors economic and religious freedom.
So it is natural that university students want out from under the heavy hand of the Ayatollahs, but the US Deep State is busy infiltrating protestors and even killing some in order to make things worse for the government. Remember this whenever US talking heads repeat their constant complaint about Russian interference in the US election. The US is the biggest example of a country interfering in other’s internal affairs, by a long shot. The Daily Mail reports the mainstream narrative, which always blames the killings on the Iranian government:

OFFICIALS DESPERATE TO JUSTIFY FALSE INTEL FED TO TRUMP
In the aftermath of the Soleimani assassination strike at the Baghdad airport last week, US officials hit all the mainstream media and television sites in an attempt to shore up the “imminent threat” narrative they used to justify the strike against Iran’s top general. Trump bragged before a rally that he had just killed the #1 terrorist in the world—#1, he kept repeating. What an idiot! And stupid supporters blindly cheered him on. Confusion reigned as it became known that Soleimani had been presented as a target to focus on months ago in a presentation by John Bolton to president Trump, which blew the “sudden threat” claim out the window. So they inflated the threat to claim that Iran not only wanted to “blow up” the huge Deep State embassy in the Green Zone of Baghdad but three other embassies as well—without naming them. Defense Secretary Esper was caught off guard with that claim and said he hadn’t seen any intel to that effect, further throwing the administration’s story into disarray. Then he later came back to reinforce the official story. Anyone watching all this would think the agencies were making things up on the fly. Naturally, they were overjoyed when Iran had to admit they shot down a Ukrainian airliner that was taking off from Tehran. In their criticism, the US government never mentions that we shot down an Iranian airliner in 1988 killing all aboard.
Trump made the admission during a Fox News interview that the Saudis had already deposited a billion dollars in US accounts to pay for keeping the large numbers of US troops in their country (probably to protect the regime from Iran in case of war). Since when is it constitutional for the Commander in Chief to sell US military services abroad and put our troops at risk for a dictatorial regime?
THE ANGER OF IRAQIS AGAINST THE US
The US Deep State may not need to concoct another false flag attack if anti-US militias in Iraq decide to take revenge for Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, who was killed along with Soleimani. Qais al-Khazali, a commander of the Iran-backed Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in Iraq, vowed to exact revenge for the killing of their leader saying,
“The first Iranian response to the assassination of the martyr leader Soleimani took place,” he tweeted. “Now is the time for the initial Iraqi response to the assassination of the martyr leader Muhandis.”
Muhandis was particularly disliked by the Deep State because he documented more than anyone else in Iraq the fact that the US refused to help them eliminate ISIS once it overran the US-trained Iraqi army in Mosul. In fact the Iraqi army ran away like rabbits and left all their heavy armor and guns behind for ISIS to capture. He points out that it was Iran that provided them the weapons and ammunition to defeat ISIS—thus Soleimani was not supporting terror, but fighting against it.
We’re still sitting ducks, sadly. But at least something has now officially passed. The media is still not covering this, our #1 threat. They’re even ignoring the passing of this bill.

EMP Law: Inside the latest defense authorization bill signed by President Trump on Dec. 20, it mandates that the federal government must protect the nation from the danger of electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attacks whether from nuclear weapons or solar flares.
The law’s language gives legal authority to Mr. Trump’s March 2019 executive order directing the government to harden critical infrastructure against an EMP strike.
But will it actually get protected? I don’t think so. In fact, the grid is composed of mostly private companies and the government has no authority to take over their property or mandate changes. So the government will create a “network of systems to alert the public and provide a warning system to deal with EMP strikes and communicate with the public should electric systems be disrupted.” Federal agencies will have until June to draw up specific plans and procedures for responding to EMP attacks and major geomagnetic disturbances. That is a pipe dream. No government could control the chaos of 325 million people without electricity for months.
Although the media is pushing the global warming agenda as the cause of the rash of bush fires in Australia, the Police say hundreds of fires were caused deliberately by arson: The Epoch Times reported that,
In [New South Wales (NSW)], 24 were apprehended and charged with deliberately lighting bushfires. A further 53 people are facing legal action for allegedly failing to comply with a total fire ban, while 47 others are accused of improperly discarding a lit cigarette or match outdoors, according to the state’s police force.
In Queensland, police concluded that 103 fires had been deliberately lit, with 98 people—67 of them juveniles—having been identified as the culprits.

TECHNOLOGY TRANSFERS TO CHINA
Transfer of sensitive technology to China was rampant during the Clinton administration, but kept going on via the Commerce Department during the various Bush regimes. Even under Trump, China is still enticing thousands of US-based scientists to give their research over to China for big bucks, The Epoch Time reports:
China has paid more than 7,000 U.S. scientists and other experts over the past decade through its Thousand Talents Plan (TTP) to hand over their research, according to a Senate subcommittee report made public on Nov. 18.
The TTP is only one of about 200 such Chinese “talent recruitment” programs. While being paid by China, these scientists have also received U.S. government funding. U.S. taxpayers have thus spent hundreds of billions to fund research and development that has ended up in China, according to the report.

Persecution of American Ex pats—cut off from banking: I have long warned against moving overseas to escape Big Brother. In this Expat warning, an experienced ex patriot explains how the IRS is forcing banks everywhere to cut off access to American expats who are still citizens:
…[Thanks to the] Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) in 2010, things got even worse for overseas Americans. The law requires foreign banks and other financial institutions with US customers to act as unpaid informants for the IRS. If they fail to do so, US-source income they have in the form of interest, dividends, rents, and similar payments becomes subject to a 30% withholding tax.
Despite FATCA’s flawed premise, the IRS has ratcheted up the pressure on foreign financial institutions (FFIs) to enforce it. Unsurprisingly, most FFIs don’t want anything to do with the law. They’ve closed hundreds of thousands of accounts held by US citizens instead. With their local accounts closed, many overseas Americans increased their reliance on US accounts. But US banks and brokerages have started to close accounts owned by non-resident citizens as well.

DuckDuckGo does not collect or share personal information.
Joel also uses an ad blocker, and for sites that don’t allow add blockers, he copies the entire page right after it opens, before they block it, and then reads it in a text program.
I’ve been using Adblock Plus, which helps greatly with ad intensive sites and YouTube.

APA at the Forefront Pushing Deviant Morals: The American Psychological Association (APA) is revising its standards on everything from pedophilia to monogamy and trying to make the case that monogamy is the new bigotry—that open marriages and even a person’s predilection to have sex with young children is not necessarily evil, but should be given more tolerance. According to the official declaration, “the ability to engage in desired intimacy [of any type] without social and medical stigmatization is not a liberty for all.” In other words, we should tolerate everything.

US IS DANGEROUSLY CLOSE TO DEMOCRATIC TYRANNY
I can’t emphasize enough the seriousness of our situation in this country if we continue down this path to democratic socialism, and the erosion of what used to be a majority of conservative voters in this country. We are probably one or two election cycles away from having a president and Congress all controlled by Democratic socialists, mostly of the Democratic Party but joined by liberal Republicans. The courts are already controlled by the Deep State.
Think about how quickly they can pass draconian gun control, a single payer government medical system, and higher taxes (including confiscatory estate taxes). Think how quickly they will follow Canada’s lead in banning religious leaders from speaking critically about homosexuality or abortion. That is where we are headed.

Fox News Betrays Trump Again: Fox News continues to show its globalist colors. Chris Wallace, the son of globalist journalist Mike Wallace has been slowly losing his conservative facade because he is subtly sabotaging support for Trump. This week he hosted a live event with Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg, who hates Trump. The audience was packed with Democrats who in the end gave Pete a standing ovation. Wallace never grilled him on any of his bad policy positions and repeatedly used the endearing “Mayor Pete” to address him. As Business Insider reported,
[Trump freaked out at Fox News for hosting a live event with Pete Buttigieg, who got a standing ovation from the audience]
Buttigieg promised tax hikes on higher earners, and made a pitch for his 2020 candidacy. He also attacked Fox hosts Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham for their coverage of migrants. Trump was listening to the feed while waiting to be interviewed by another host and blasted Fox News, his favorite TV network, for hosting a town hall with Buttigieg.
Then yesterday, Fox let Jon Summers, former communications director for Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev write a scathing opinion piece against Trump. It’s time to let Fox News know you disapprove. They give more air time to the opposition than all the other Left wing networks do for conservatives (which is zero).

Police in Britain investigate 1400 high level pedophile politicians and entertainers:
Like homosexuality, pedophilia seems to be a litmus test for the kind of deep personal corruption required to join the Satanic conspiracies of power, like the Deep State. Britain has its own version of the Deep State, and due to the exposure of one of Britain’s most celebrated hosts of a children’s TV show, Jimmy Savile, as a lifelong pedophile, the police have been pressured into taking seriously the thousands of complaints about child abuse over the years that they long disregarded—under orders from those higher up. Now over 1,400 high level politicians and entertainers are being investigated, as LIV TV summarizes at this link.
Frankly, I don’t expect anyone to actually go to prison. In fact, Jimmy Savile had been outed for many years but nothing was done because of his high connections with the Royal Family, as outlined in this documentary. Like the “me too” movement over sex abuse in entertainment circles in the US, the authorities in the UK are having to go through the motions of investigation but it’s doubtful anything will be done since even the courts are involved in this sordid protection racket.

THE PUBLIC/PRIVATE WAR AGAINST FREE SPEECH
Alex Jones is the most prominent conservative fighting a battle against censorship and financial revenue as the major internet media platforms ban his content and refuse to pay him for his popular content. The Powers That Be (PTB) are working every angle to bankrupt Alex. It started months ago when YouTube denied him his advertizing revenue from the millions of viewers who watched his video commentaries. Then an establishment legal firm conjured up a lawsuit against Jones on behalf of several Sandy Hook families complaining they have been threatened and harassed by Jones supporters. This week it mushroomed to an outright censorship ban on Facebook, Youtube, the Apple Store, Spotify and others after CNN orchestrated a pressure campaign against him and targeted all the major social media tech giants. Supposedly, Alex is guilty of “hate speech,” one of those nebulous and political correct epithets that can be skewed to cover almost any criticism of anyone else. The claim of hate speech itself, if left to stand, is a major attack on the principle of free speech. This week I’ll discuss the backlash in support of Jones, and the issue of whether these are strictly private companies are, in fact, really public/private partnerships akin to public utilities that should not be able to suppress free speech.

Is It Illegal to Censor Jones? This is bound to become more of an issue as this attack on free speech continues and expands against other conservative, conspiratorial voices. The first question is “Are these companies truly private?” If yes, then they can do whatever they want on their social media platform. Or can they?
According to the reigning legal argument in civil rights and anti-discrimination circles, once you (as a private person or private company) open your business to the public, you are no longer private as to your ability to discriminate. I oppose this expansive view against the privacy of property, but as long as it is accepted by the Left, it can and should be used against them.
These social media companies are clearly inviting all the public to participate and thus are not free to discriminate. That is perhaps why they are justifying this in the name of “hate speech,” as if that gives them a legitimate test of criminality that allows for discrimination. As I and others have pointed out, you can’t make hatred illegal any more than you can any form of negative opinion against another is illegal. In fact, if there was ever was an outpouring of hatred here, it is against Alex Jones and his points of view.
You can outlaw incitement to violence, and it appears they are trying to equate hate speech to violence, as if they are always synonymous, but they are not. Only when someone is yelling hateful speech and directly inciting violence is this true, but the Left is trying to expand the view of hate speech backward to any negative criticism of someone. Point of fact: there is no way to draw the line except at the most violent prone end of the incitement spectrum. Everything less than that has to be protected speech or Free Speech is gone.

A Republican-dominated Supreme Court (SC) gave us Roe v Wade, homosexual marriage and Obamacare. In fact, Republican appointments have dominated the SC for the last 45 years. All of this talk about Republican presidents (and Donald Trump in particular) appointing pro-life, constitutionalist, orginalist justices is just so much hot air.
Republican presidents have given us William Brennan, John Paul Stevens, Harry Blackmun (the man who authored Roe v Wade), Anthony Kennedy (the man who gave us homosexual marriage), and John Roberts (the man who gave us Obamacare). Trump’s appointment of Gorsuch and now Kavanaugh are likewise in the mold of the above justices. .
Kavanaugh is a favorite of the establishment. That ALONE should tell you all you need to know. But Kavanaugh, like Roberts, is a totally controlled toady of the Deep State.

PUBLIC EDUCATION FRAUD
The entire world of both military and educational standards are falling as both public institutions succumb to political correctness and fail to support good judgment and discipline that are the key to success in every aspect of real life. I’ve covered in the briefs the problems in the various branches of the military as they force normal soldiers, airmen, sailors and Marines to accept women, gays and transgenders into the combat ranks, where trust in equal competency and unit cohesion is essential. Despite service denials, standards have been lowered to accommodate women; if not outright, then by overlooking sub par performance or forcing stronger males to carry the load. Worse, all forms of dissent against these policies has been suppressed.
This week, Walter Williams documented how the public education system, including public universities have become a fraud upon the taxpayers—as curricula is dumbed-down, and teachers teach the test in a vain attempt to show progress when there is only increasing failure for a large sector of students. Part of the blame goes to social notions like falsely declaring “everyone a winner.”
