The USS Liberty (AGTR-5) has been called the most decorated United States Naval ship for a single action.
But if this is true, why have so few Americans ever heard of the Liberty?
The reasons are many, but have everything to do with who attacked the Liberty and who covered up the attack, an ongoing and disgraceful coverup for nearly 50 years.
Though attempts have been, and continue to be made, to bring the truth about the attack on the Liberty to a wider audience, those responsible for the attack and the coverup have many resources available to keep this national tragedy buried.
And the most shocking part of this story, is that the country who attempted to sink the Liberty with all those aboard, Israel, on that beautiful, sunny day in the Eastern Mediterranean in June, 1967, not only continues to erase the true history of what happened, but our own country, the United States of America, and those public officials sworn to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution, initiated the coverup and continue, to this very second, to dishonor those 34 men viciously slaughtered and the 174 wounded, who are forced to live knowing their own country abandoned them on the altar of political expediency.
The coverup has been so thorough that this is the only maritime attack in U.S. history not afforded a Congressional investigation, as required by the U.S. Constitution.
Based on the new book by Liberty survivor Phillip F. Tourney, Erasing the Liberty: My Battle to Keep Alive the Memory of Israel’s Attack on the USS Liberty, some of the ship’s survivors and supporters decided the most effective way to bring the story of the Liberty to the widest possible audience was through a full-length feature film.
Liberty survivors are dying off and need to have their story told. They and the American people deserve no less.

The recent announcement that the Trump Justice Department is considering indicting WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange for release and publication of materials obtained by federal whistle blowers is contrary to the position of President Donald Trump who said, “I love WikiLeaks”, during the Fall campaign.
As I wrote last week the troubling comments made by Director of Central Intelligence Mike Pompeo could be a troubling sign that the same intelligence agency involved an illegal leaking of surveillance regarding General Flynn is out to destabilize President Trump.
These damn agencies lead the charge for the limited air strike in Syria and worked with their allies in the military to push the president to put 150,000 troops in Syria. They are also responsible for the leak to the NYT on Jan 20 on which Washington Post Reports that Roger Stone, Paul Manafort and Carter Page were all subject to NSA ordered FBI surveillance. There is no evidence that either Stone or Manafort colluded with the Russian State.
The absurd denunciation of Wikileaks, which he, like Donald Trump, had previously been praised by our new Director of the CIA, Mike Pompeo, compounds the agency’s determination that Assad had conducted a chemical attack in Syria, which led to the launching of a cruise missile attack that took the lives of innocent women and children, an ironic outcome, given it was launched because of his desire to protect the lives of innocent women and children.
Syria had surrendered its stockpile of chemical weapons in 2013, following an earlier “false flag” attack, where their removal was verified by an agency of the UN. The CIA failed to distinguish between dropping a chemical bomb (which does not appear to have happened) and dropping a bomb on chemical compounds (which appear to have replaced the conventional munitions that were stored there). This looks like a classic case of “bait and switch”!
Acting on faulty intelligence endorsed by Director Pompeo, the President has now violated international law, the UN Charter and the War Powers Agreement with Congress. While he has won praise from hawks on both sides of the aisle, who have denounced him in the past, and been lauded by the mainstream media, which holds him in contempt, the foreign policy of his campaign increasingly appears to have been overtaken by the neocon agenda.
The competence of Wikileaks, which has yet to release even one inauthentic email, compares very favorably with the performance of the CIA, which neither anticipated the collapse of the Soviet Union or the “terrorist attack” of 9/11. But not only is the public shortchanged by an agency that all-too-often misses either the boat or gets things wrong, its operations around the world have gone far beyond the scope of its charter. The agency is out of control.

“I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,” Trump told New York Magazine for a 2002 profile of Epstein. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”
Similarly, a 2003 Vanity Fair profile of Epstein named Trump as one of the “businessmen who dine with him at his home,” and several other articles have pegged Trump and Epstein as friends.
And when FBI investigators looked through Epstein’s private address book, they found 14 different phone numbers for Trump, including numbers for his security guard and houseman. Epstein also had numbers for Trump’s daughter Ivanka and his ex-wife Ivana.
When put under oath, Epstein admitted that he had “socialized” with Trump. But Epstein chose to exercise his Fifth Amendment rights when asked: “Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?” Epstein similarly pleaded the fifth when asked about his relationship to Bill Clinton.
Trump rode on Jeffrey Epstein’s private plane at least once, according to the deposition of Mark Epstein, Jeffrey’s brother. That number pales, however, to Bill’s 26 trips on the “Lolita Express.”

A painting depicting the severed head of President Trump hangs in a University of Alaska-Anchorage art gallery with not much fuss at all.
Created by an assistant professor, Thomas Chung, the painting features a naked actor Chris Evans — yeah, the Captain America — holding the head of the president as blood drips down onto a young Hillary Clinton dressed in white, clinging to the leg of Evans.
Chung said his reason for the brutal painting was a result of him spending “days just weeping” after election night and that his feelings on Trump’s victory just “bled into that.” Apparently literally.
Though he was hesitant to submit the work for a faculty art show knowing the controversy it would stir, Chung figured at the very least, it would start a conversation:
“I was really torn about putting this piece up a faculty show, because I would never talk about my own political beliefs to my students. I would never push that upon them and make them feel uncomfortable, and so I wondered to myself if putting up this painting was in a way doing that. But I realized that I feel very strongly about this, and I think even students that might be pro-Trump supporters could benefit from having a conversation with me about why I feel this way — why I painted this.”
Does anybody believe a Trump-hating professor would hide those political feelings from students? Didn’t think so.
A former UAA professor, Paul R. Berger, spoke out from his conservative perspective: “First thing that comes to mind is freedom of expression, fair enough (although, I might wager the severed head of our former president might illicit a different response from the administration of UAA and their student body). The second is public funding of our university system.”
Berger also made the astute observation that a severed Obama head would illicit a completely different reaction:
“Had the roles been reversed, and it was Obama’s head hanging there, I think the outrage would be fantastic. As a free speech advocate, everyone has a right to express their opinion the way they want to express them. But as a parent and a citizen, there’s a discussion. In a university setting, what’s appropriate?”
Chung’s “art” had the full backing of the university’s fine arts department:
“I guess the people are upset about the work that’s being shown. If they were taking a class at the university and made art that was considered controversial, no matter what their political or religious bent is, we would do our best to protect them and protect their rights to make that kind of work in the institution, whether it would be a student or faculty.”
That would not be the statement if that was Obama’s head bleeding out.

In an affadavit, Jones had acknowledged having sex with the other woman until March 2016.
However, on stand he said he would ‘have to see a calendar’ to know if he’d strayed. Besides, he said, Erika had known about the other woman. …
Jones is in the midst of a child custody battle with his ex-wife, Kelly Jones, over their three children ages nine to 14. They have lived with their father in Austin, Texas since the couple’s divorce in 2015.

In the deposition, Jones acknowledged that he continued having sex with the other woman until about March 2016. But, when Newman pressed Jones to confirm his previous testimony, Jones offered a befuddled look and said, “I’d have to see a calendar.”
He later denied that he had sex with the other woman after his engagement.
NOTE: This now all appears completely true, but I’ll say ‘allegedly,’ because from what I’ve seen, the MSM is only stating he has been remarried, and his new wife is expecting. Alex has tried to hide even his divorce from his listeners.
This is a BIG deal because all along (during this alleged 4-year period with Wulff), Alex claims to be a Christian (follower of Christ), while covering up for Talmudic Israel’s NWO takeover. A Marine general who has commanded troops in Afghanistan and Iraq told a forum, “It’s fun to shoot some people.” The commandant of the Marine Corps said Thursday he has counseled Lt. Gen. James Mattis about choosing his words more carefully.
Mattis, an infantry officer, made the comments Tuesday while speaking to a forum in San Diego about strategies for the war on terror. Mattis is the commanding general of the Marine Corps Combat Development Command in Quantico, Va.
According to an audio recording of Mattis’ remarks, he said, “Actually, it’s a lot of fun to fight. You know, it’s a hell of a hoot… It’s fun to shoot some people. I’ll be right upfront with you, I like brawling.”

Bill O’Reilly show down to just 7 advertisers amid growing sexual harassment scandal
Fox News’ top earner Bill O’Reilly is feeling the heat as advertisers continue to pull out of his show following reports that the right-wing host and 21st Century Fox have paid out $13 million in sexual harassment settlements against O’Reilly since 2002.
O’Reilly’s latest alleged sexual harassment incidents were exposed by the New York Times, which found five women had received payouts from O’Reilly or Fox News parent company 21st Century Fox following harassment accusations against him.
The reported sexual harassment includes unwanted touching, lewd comments and “phone calls in which it sounded as if Mr. O’Reilly was masturbating,” the Times reports.
More than 60 companies have pulled ads from the O’Reilly Factor, including BMW, Mercedes, Bayer, Lexus and GlaxoSmithKline.
The Washington Post reports a number of remaining advertisers are locked into ads they booked in advance, and hope to join the boycott. Next Day Blinds, Verizon, Scottevest and Invisalign have all stated they wish to pull their ads.
Two of the sexual harassment cases had been previously reported. In 2004, O’Reilly settled for $9 million with producer Andrea Mackris. Juliet Huddy, an on-air Fox News employee, settled for a six-figure sum in 2016, following revelations about Fox News head Roger Ailes’ multiple sexual harassment cases.
The other sexual harassment cases were claimed by Rebecca Gomez Diamond, a Fox Business Network host who settled in 2011, and Laurie Dhue, a Fox News anchor who settled in 2016, also after the Ailes scandal. Rachel Witlieb Bernstein, a junior producer settled in 2002 following verbal abuse.

Chemical attack has all the hallmarks of a false flag
The White Helmets, an al-Qaeda affiliated group funded by George Soros and the British government, have reportedly staged another chemical weapon attack on civilians in the Syrian city of Khan Shaykhun to lay blame on the Syrian government.
A day prior to the attack, Gulf-based Orient TV announced “Tomorrow we are launching a media campaign to cover the airstrikes on Hama country side including the usage of chemical warfare against civilians.” This shows clear foreknowledge that the rebels were going to stage an attack by Orient TV.
The White Helmets filmed much of the footage being released on the chemical attack. They have also been known to stage “rescue” videos in the past. However, this time it appears children were indeed killed in the making of this “media campaign.”
Several children appear in the videos suffocating from an unknown chemical substance, while others appear to have unexplained head injuries. It is known 250 people were kidnapped by Al-Qaeda last week from the nearby city of Hama, which is the same number as the current body count of wounded and killed civilians.
In another “coincidence,” a Pakistani British doctor who at the time of the attack was taking interview requests instead of helping the injured who were flooding in, and additionally received gas masks from a British organization three days prior to the attack.
The doctor, Shajul Islam, is being used as a source by US and UK media, despite facing terror charges for kidnapping and torturing two British journalists in Syria and being struck off the medical register. The organization responsible for sending him equipment is under fire for using donations meant for refugees.
In another suspicious event, the White Helmets operating in the same quarry near the attack received sarin-protective respirator suits one month before the attack, even though the Syrian government no longer possesses sarin.
The al-Qaeda-linked rebels have claimed the chemical was sarin gas used by the Syrian government; however, the OPCW has confirmed Syria no longer has chemical weapons and completely dismantled their stockpiles in 2013.
In contrast, the rebels have not gotten rid of the chemical weapons at their disposal.
According to award winning journalist Seymour Hersch, intelligence reports show the rebels smuggled in chemical weapons from Libya through Turkey with the approval of Hillary Clinton.
In 2013, so-called moderate rebels had filmed themselves killing rabbits with gas and threatening to kill religious minorities. ISIS is also known to be in possession of chemical weapons having conducted attacks on Syrian forces in Deir Ezzor.
However weaponized, sarin would have killed or at least injured unprotected first responders. Sarin can be absorbed through skin and requires a full body suit; however, the White Helmets appeared to wear only masks and no gloves while they handled exposed victims. Others in the vicinity appear not to be wearing a mask at all and are yet unaffected.

Weaponized sarin is a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) capable of killing thousands. If sarin was indeed used, it must have been a weak, non-weaponized form.
Unsurprisingly, the mainstream media and neo-con politicians have been quick to regurgitate the al-Qaeda-linked rebels version of the events before any investigation takes place.
Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu was quick to lay blame on the Syrian government, as did Amnesty International. France called for a security council meeting over the incident.
Federica Mogherini, the Italian Representative of the European Union (EU), blamed Assad while UK’s Envoy to the United Nations, Matthew Rycroft, blamed both Russia and Syria.
In response to the allegations, the Syrian Military and the Russian Ministry of Defense denied any involvement in the attack.
NATO governments are unhappy with the Trump administration’s recent statements that they no longer see regime change in Syria as a priority. In response to this, British Prime Minister Theresa May made a statement that Britian was still fully committed to regime change in Syria. The UK and France may have seen a staged chemical attack as an opportunity to push Trump into war with Syria.
The chemical attack came at the same time as another media attack was occurring against the Syrian government, which claimed that Syrian hospitals were in fact secret torture “slaughterhouses.”
The last chemical attack false flag attack occurred in 2013, where the Syrian Army was accused of using the WMD on the same day the Syrian government had invited weapon inspectors into Damascus, which resulted in Syria giving up its chemical weapons.
In the near future neocons may accuse Syria of failing to give up all chemical weapons, in spite of assurances by the OPCW. This is what happened to Iraq in 2003, which was invaded despite surrendering their chemical weapons in the 1990s.
No one questions how the Syrian government could possible use a weapon it doesn’t have, nor what motive it could possibly possess.
For the moment however, the narrative being pushed by neo-cons is “Trump should do what Obama failed to do, bomb Syria for al-Qaeda” and it seems that narrative is winning.
