Alaska Becomes Second State to Pass Nullification of Indefinite Detention

by  on June 26, 2013

JUNEAU, Alaska – Federal kidnapping in Alaska just got a lot harder.

Last Friday, Alaska Gov. Sean Parnell signed a sweeping nullification bill providing  broad protections against indefinite detention, violations of the Second Amendment and blocking implementation of a federal identification program in The Last Frontier.

HB69 prohibits “state and municipal agencies from using assets to implement or aid in the implementation of the requirements of certain federal statutes, regulations, rules, and orders that are applied to infringe on a person’s right to bear arms or right to due process or that implement or aid in the implementation of the federal REAL ID Act of 2005.”

“The people of Alaska got a three-for-one in this bill. This is the most sweeping nullification legislation ever signed into law. The Alaska legislature, along with Gov. Parnell, obviously take Madison’s assertion that states are ‘duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil’ seriously.” The new law will make violations of the Second Amendment and DC-sanctioned kidnapping nearly impossible in Alaska, and it throws yet another roadblock in the path of an unconstitutional national ID program. The people of Alaska should be proud of the courage shown by their representatives,” Tenth Amendment Center national communications director Mike Maharrey said. …

“A lot of Americans still don’t understand the threat these provisions of the NDAA represent. There is this ‘it can’t happen here’ mentality. But it has happened here. People who doubt the seriousness of this issue should go talk to some of the Japanese-Americans who spent Word War Two behind a barbed wire fences,” Maharrey said.

Full credit for this video goes to CCHR. I have no connection with Scientology, religious or otherwise. I am however a former victim of criminal psychiatric practices. When I stumbled upon a museum in Hollywood California named: Psychiatry, An industry of death, I was of course very intrigued. The staff were very patient and helpful. They were eager to answer any questions people had. When I found out that thorozine could be one of the causes for my tourette’s syndrome I could feel the anger rising inside of me. Thinking back to the mental “hospitals” I was forced to stay in. I was locked in my room on a 24 hour a day basis and if I said or did anything that could possibly be taken as less then submissive and obedient I was taken to the “seclusion room” (which is kind of fucked seeing as how I was in 24 hour a day seclusion anyways) and put in 4 point restraints, injected with liquid thorozine directly into my neck. When I was allowed passes to go home for the day with my mom, I was too tired to do anything with my family, I just wanted to sit in the chair and sleep, I remember thinking what is the point of being ALLOWED to come home for the day if I am just going to sit here sleeping? I can do this just as well back at the hospital. When I went back that night I told the nurses that I wanted different medication, this started the chemical cocktail experience that would be my life for more than another YEAR.

Are there people that have benefitted from psychiatric “medicines”? Well I’m sure there are. .

The people that were forced into these criminal hands had no choice for the most part. Their human right were stripped from them so a very small group of people could make more money than most people can even conceive of. …

[ video ] Daniel Ellsberg on Snowden, Manning, Government and Whistleblowers: Regain Democracy & Renounce Empire — Bradley Manning’s revelations forced the end of the Iraq war • NSA is storing every email and all phone conversations to be listened to when they feel like it

Minute-44:

“I’m sure right now, for example, that NSA collects and stores the content of every email and every phone. That has not yet been proven with documents. … I think that’s one of the reasons they’re worried about Snowden. … When the President says ‘we’re not listening to your conversations,’ I think he speaks with forked tongue there. Of course they’re not listening to all conversations live. That would take as many people to listen as there are in the country. … What I believe is they’re storing all conversations to be listened to when they feel like it.

– Daniel Ellsberg

Discussed at minute-40:

It now has been proven that Bradley Manning did not put American troops or anyone else in harms way. To the contrary, Bradley Manning saved many lives. Manning’s revelations forced Obama to withdraw the troops from Iraq at the originally agreed date with Iraq and President Bush. Because of Manning, Iraq refused to extend the promise of immunity to American troops, which forced Obama’s hand.

Daniel Ellsberg–the legend behind the pentagon papers–speaks about Edward Snowden, Bradley Manning, and the necessary business of government whistleblowing in this Buzzsaw interview. Mr. Ellsberg discusses the government’s war on constitutional rights, information, and the media, plus if there is a worthy case for impeaching President Obama (at least, any more than there was for Bush…), as well as his own experience being persecuted by the Nixon administration.
Mr. Ellsberg speaks freely and gives an uncensored or edited account of the nation with Tyrel Ventura and Sean Stone on Buzzsaw.

GUEST BIO:
Daniel Ellsberg worked on the top secret McNamara study of U.S. Decision-making in Vietnam, 1945-68, which later came to be known as the Pentagon Papers. In 1969, he photocopied the 7,000 page study and gave it to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee; in 1971 he gave it to the New York Times, the Washington Post and 17 other newspapers. His trial, on twelve felony counts posing a possible sentence of 115 years, was dismissed in 1973 on grounds of governmental misconduct against him, which led to the convictions of several White House aides and figured in the impeachment proceedings against President Nixon.
Ellsberg is the author of three books: Papers on the War (1971), Secrets: A Memoir of Vietnam and the Pentagon Papers (2002), and Risk, Ambiguity and Decision (2001). In December 2006 he was awarded the 2006 Right Livelihood Award, known as the “Alternative Nobel Prize,” in Stockholm, Sweden, “. . for putting peace and truth first, at considerable personal risk, and dedicating his life to inspiring others to follow his example.”

Since the end of the Vietnam War, Ellsberg has been a lecturer, writer and activist on the dangers of the nuclear era, wrongful U.S. interventions and the urgent need for patriotic whistleblowing.

ABC News 2006: The FBI can listen to everything you say, even when the cell phone is turned off — The only way to defeat it is to remove the cell phone battery

Cell phone users, beware.  The FBI can listen to everything you say, even when the cell phone is turned off. A recent court ruling in a case against the Genovese crime family revealed that the FBI has the ability from a remote location to activate a cell phone and turn its microphone into a listening device that transmits to an FBI listening post, a method known as a “roving bug.”  Experts say the only way to defeat it is to remove the cell phone battery. “The FBI can access cell phones and modify them remotely without ever having to physically handle them,” James Atkinson, a counterintelligence security consultant, told ABC News.  “Any recently manufactured cell phone has a built-in tracking device, which can allow eavesdroppers to pinpoint someone’s location to within just a few feet,” he added. As Natural News predicted: NSA has been blackmailing Supreme Court judges, members of Congress and more

Sunday, June 23, 2013
by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger
Editor of NaturalNews.com (See all articles…)

(NaturalNews) Ten days ago, I publicly stated my belief that the NSA had used its spy apparatus to gather dirt on Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, then used that leverage to force him to change his vote on ObamacareSee the original article here.

Five days later, I also predicted the NSA was using its spy powers to surveil members of Congress and the U.S. Senate. In an article published on June 16, 2013, I wrote, “There could already be countless cases of the NSA using its god-like powers to blackmail people in key positions in the U.S. Senate (which is full of pedophiles and perverts), the House of Representatives, the State Department or even the US Supreme Court. There are virtually no limits to the abuses of this power.”

Suddenly, new revelations prove this to be true. Russ Tice, a Bush-era NSA analyst-turned-whistleblower has sounded the alarm on the true depth of the NSA’s surveillance abuses. In an interview on the Boiling Frogs Podcast, Tice stated:

They went after — and I know this because I had my hands literally on the paperwork for these sort of things — they went after high-ranking military officers; they went after members of Congress, both Senate and the House, especially on the intelligence committees and on the armed services committees and some of the — and judicial

They went after lawyers and law firms. All kinds of — heaps of lawyers and law firms. They went after judges. One of the judges is now sitting on the Supreme Court that I had his wiretap information in my hand. Two are former FISA court judges. They went after State Department officials. They went after people in the executive service that were part of the White House — their own people.

We must now assume the NSA is in charge, not elected representatives

These revelations are absolutely explosive. They reveal exactly what I feared (and publicly warned about) — that the true group running things in the U.S. government is now the NSA, not the White House and certainly not Congress.

With its massive spy grid system in placed for years, the NSA has gathered dirt on everyone in a position of power. Anyone with a secret is now compromised and can therefore be controlled. This even includes President Obama, who can be safely assumed to be nothing more than a charismatic puppet.

As Tice explained in the podcast:

Here’s the big one… this was in summer of 2004, one of the papers that I held in my hand was to wiretap a bunch of numbers associated with a 40-something-year-old wannabe senator for Illinois. You wouldn’t happen to know where that guy lives right now would you? It’s a big white house in Washington, D.C. That’s who they went after, and that’s the president of the United States now.

In reading this, I hope you realize that the only people who are still left standing and telling the truth are people who the NSA could not corner with compromising dirt. And because the vast majority of U.S. Senators, in particular, are perverted, deviant, power-hungry monsters with all sorts of disgusting secrets involving under-age children, they are very easily compromise and controlled.

Fmr Agent Russell Tice Accuses Obama, Nsa Of LYING, Alleges BROADER Spying Programs

Les Grossman

Published on Jun 21, 2013

On Friday, MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin interviewed former U.S. Air Force intelligence Agent Russell Tice about the revelations surrounding the National Security Agency’s monitoring of Americans’ digital and electronic communications. Tice accused a variety of administration officials, including President Barack Obama, of disseminating outright falsehoods in their efforts to explain those programs. He added that those programs are far broader than any government official has said up to this point.

Tice slammed the president’s meeting with privacy advocates today, conceding the point that this was largely a “PR move.”

“There is a lot of disinformation going on,” Tice observed. “I’ve always said the station is much worse.”

Tice accused the NSA’s past and current directors of misleading the public regarding the scope of the agency’s communications monitoring programs.

RELATED: The Guardian: Info ‘Inadvertently Acquired’ By NSA ‘Can Be Retained, If It Is Useful’

“NSA, today, is collecting everything — including content — of every digital communication in this country, both computer and phone, and that information is being stored indefinitely,” Tice said. “And that’s something that they’re lying about.”

Melvin noted that The Guardian reported Thursday that domestic communications can be kept if they were obtained “inadvertently, and they can be used by courts under certain circumstances. He noted that this news also contradicts statements by the president.

“You’ve got to understand, the FISA court is being used as a screen to be able to use information that ultimately they can use to throw at somebody in a court of law with a grand jury,” Tice said, noting that this happened to him and Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times reporter, Jim Risen.

He says that the FISA court appeal justifies the government collecting information on Americans that can later be used in criminal cases against them.

21 Facts About NSA Snooping That Every American Should Know

Michael Snyder
American Dream
June 18, 2013

There seems to be a lot of confusion about what the NSA is actually doing.  Are they reading our emails?  Are they listening to our telephone calls?  Do they target American citizens or is it only foreigners that they are targeting?  Unfortunately, the truth is that we aren’t going to get straight answers from our leaders about this.  The folks running the NSA have already shown that they are willing to flat out lie to Congress, and Barack Obama doesn’t exactly have the greatest track record when it comes to telling the truth.  These are men that play word games and tell lies for a living.  So it would be unrealistic to expect them to come out and tell us the unvarnished truth about what is going on.  That is why it is so important that whistleblowers such as Edward Snowden have come forward.  Thanks to them and to the brave journalists that are willing to look into these things, we have been able to get some glimpses behind the curtain.  And what we have learned is not very pretty.  The following are 21 facts about NSA snooping that every American should know…

This Week’s Analysis:

Government Won’t Stop Spying

Utah Data Center Ready by September

IRS Training with Assault Weapons

US Says Syria Crossed Red Line

US China Summit Symbolic of Placating China

GOVERNMENT WON’T STOP SPYING

There is not a hint of contrition in the statements of intelligence officials as they pulled out all the old justifications for violating the 4th Amendment—to save us from terror. Gen. Keith B. Alexander, head of the National Security Agency told a Congressional committee this week that “dozens” of terror threats have been stopped thanks to the huge database of phone calls and emails the NSA has amassed. I say, “Prove it.” He also claimed that records are destroyed after 5 years, but the only files that get deleted are the remnants of information that have been sifted through already. The emails and calls that get a person on the lists of potential dissidents is never erased. When the new data center in Utah is completed this fall, they will keep everything, including all bank records, credit card and real estate data. Welcome to the Total Information Awareness system that DARPA claimed was shut down—another in a series of BIG lies.

Brandon Smith commented that,

In the past, Liberty Movement champions have been derided as “paranoid” for pointing out that there were no limitations to FISA, and that the entire nation might one day be monitored and catalogued like animals in a great technological cage. Today, the public now knows that this concern is concrete and undeniable. EVERYONE is being watched. Reports now estimate that NSA hackers harvest over 2.1 million gigabytes of data on American citizens per hour.

And, it’s not just domestic spying, the NSA is building a system to capture all digital signals from every country in the world. That can only mean that the system the US is building is ultimately intended to become a global surveillance system under a global world government. Glenn Greenwald of the UK Guardian details the nature of this global spy system.

The Guardian has acquired top-secret documents about the NSA datamining tool, called Boundless Informant, that details and even maps by country the voluminous amount of information it collects from computer and telephone networks.

The focus of the internal NSA tool is on counting and categorizing the records of communications, known as metadata, rather than the content of an email or instant message.

That isn’t true. The NSA has huge computers sifting the content and the metadata—don’t be fooled into thinking there is a difference between simply collecting the data and “not doing anything about it.” They are always doing something with the data, and names and dossiers are being sorted into various categories and lists every minute of the day.

The Boundless Informant documents show the agency collecting almost 3 billion pieces of intelligence from US computer networks over a 30-day period ending in March 2013. An NSA factsheet about the program, acquired by the Guardian, says: “The tool allows users to select a country on a map and view the metadata volume and select details about the collections against that country.”

The heatmap gives each nation a color code based on how extensively it is subjected to NSA surveillance. The color scheme ranges from green (least subjected to surveillance) through yellow and orange to red (most surveillance). Iran was the country where the largest amount of intelligence was gathered, with more than 14bn reports in that period, followed by 13.5bn from Pakistan. Jordan, one of America’s closest Arab allies, came third with 12.7bn,[—all 3 labeled as Red on the Heat Maps] Egypt fourth with 7.6bn and India fifth with 6.3bn.

But this is merely a reflection of the ease with which these nation’s systems can be penetrated, not necessarily the number of threats in the country. Jordan certainly isn’t third on the NSA target list. Allies like Germany and France are incensed that the US is spying on all their communications as well. Zerohedge reports:

German outrage over a U.S. Internet spying program has broken out ahead of a visit by Barack Obama, with ministers demanding the president provide a full explanation when he lands in Berlin next week and one official likening the tactics to those of the East German Stasi.

Interestingly, the US captures much more information from within the US than it does on Russia, China or any other nation that is a real threat to the US. Let’s look at some of the government lies and excuses on this subject:

From the Guardian story above: At a hearing of the Senate intelligence committee In March this year, Democratic senator Ron Wyden asked James Clapper, the director of national intelligence: “Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?” “No sir,” replied Clapper.

Jason Ditz of Anti-War.com derided Clapper’s attempt to defend his lies: Clapper was defiant on Sunday news shows when asked about that particular federal offense, saying he felt the question he was asked was “unfair” and that he gave the “least untruthful” lie he could think of in response. Which was still a horrible lie that he eventually got caught in, as he attempted to defend lying under oath. [how is a flat out “no” the least untruthful?”]

The Guardian again: Judith Emmel, an NSA spokeswoman, told the Guardian in a response to the latest disclosures: “NSA has consistently reported – including to Congress – that we do not have the ability to determine with certainty the identity or location of all communicants within a given communication. That remains the case.”

Emmel’s quote is misleading. It sounds like the NSA can rarely read even the metadata accurately, but in fact all she said is that the identity of a communicant sometimes evades their detection. That might be a glimmer of hope for those who know how to cover their tracks well online, but it’s hardly reassuring to the general public. NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden says the government is capturing digital communications from everyone—not just those suspected of terror. The Guardian comments on the proof Snowden showed them (and much of the good stuff hasn’t been released by the Guardian):

Other documents seen by the Guardian further demonstrate that the NSA does in fact break down its surveillance intercepts which could allow the agency to determine how many of them are from the US. The level of detail includes individual IP addresses.

The litany of government excuses to help downplay the scandal runs the gamut of 1) saying they collect data but don’t do anything with it, and 2) that oversight by the Courts and Congress guarantees that American’s privacy is still protected—really big lies:

On Friday, in his first public response to the Guardian’s disclosures this week on NSA surveillance, Barack Obama said that congressional oversight was the American peoples’ best guarantee that they were not being spied on.

Oversight is a sham. How can he say with a straight face that we are not being spied on when the government doesn’t even contest the fact that all emails and phone calls are recorded? I guess it depends on his “definition of spying.” The trouble with the idea that there is no spying if we aren’t reading what we collect is that there is no possible oversight to ensure computers aren’t reading what is collected. Certainly they never tell Congress any specifics so to the government, “oversight” means “taking our word for it!” —hardly reassuring given the litany of lies. The only safety for privacy is to ensure the government doesn’t collect data. It can’t read what it doesn’t collect.

“These are the folks you all vote for as your representatives in Congress and they are being fully briefed on these programs,” he said. Obama also insisted that any surveillance was “very narrowly circumscribed”.

Fully briefed? –Hardly. That’s another lie or misdirection. Congress is briefed only in general and is never given true information about the scope of the spying. In addition, those Congressmen and women who serve on the committee are all certified yes-men and women to government and would never challenge anything. We cannot depend on them to become whistleblowers. Besides, they are sworn never to say anything about what they learn in these briefings to the public, or even other members of Congress. With these kinds of restrictions how can illegal acts be exposed or corrected? Answer: They can’t.

Then there is the excuse that the NSA is only doing what Congress authorized in the FISA court authorization bill. Here’s the NY Times projecting the government line:

The director, Gen. Keith B. Alexander, who heads both the N.S.A. and United States Cyber Command, which runs the military’s offensive and defensive use of cyberweapons, told skeptical members of the Senate Appropriations Committee that his agency was doing exactly what Congress authorized after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

As an aside, General Alexander is the perfect yes-man to government and no stranger to black operations or lying to Congress. The notorious prison unit responsible for Abu Ghraib torture and prisoner abuse in Baghdad was under his command. He was part of the cover-up there as well blaming the Abu Ghraib scandal on a “group of undisciplined MP soldiers.” Nonsense. These orders for torture came down from the White House and Alexander was in that chain of command.

But the administration cannot justify this under the FISA law. Jim Sensenbrenner (the notorious conservative who introduced the PATRIOT Act) said that the executive branch’s excuses about recent revelations of NSA activity are “a bunch of bunk” according to National Review.

In an interview on Laura Ingraham’s radio show Wednesday morning, the Republican congressman from Wisconsin reiterated his concerns that the administration and the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court have gone far beyond what the PATRIOT Act intended. Specifically, he said that Section 215 of the act “was originally drafted to prevent data mining” on the scale that’s occurred.

[NY Times again] General Alexander said the agency “takes great pride in protecting this nation and our civil liberties and privacy” under the oversight of Congress and the courts.

But the oversight claim is a lie. Congressman Sensenbrenner made it very clear, that “the secret nature of the FISA court has prevented appropriate congressional oversight over the NSA’s activities.”

“We aren’t trying to hide it,” he said. [Then why was it secret and why are you trying to prosecute Snowden?] “We’re trying to protect America. So we need your help in doing that. This isn’t something that’s just N.S.A. or the administration doing it on its own. This is what our nation expects our government to do for us.”

Just as the intentional leaks of 2007 about illegal surveillance led Congress to pass more laws to make some spying legal, Alexander is directly lobbying Congress to allow this total surveillance program—retroactively. As with 9/11 or the spy scandal of 2007 no one will be disciplined for violating their oath to the Constitution in this matter.

As for Alexander’s claim that all of this is legal because the FISA court authorized it, that isn’t true. When Congress established the FISA court (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) it was tasked to scrutinize CIA or NSA requests for domestic surveillance on a case by case basis and those cases had to be directly related to a terror investigation.

The FISA court does nothing to force government officials to prove the legality and origin of evidence they bring before the court—almost all of which is derived from electronic surveillance. Moreover, the FISA court has no authority from Congress to allow the wholesale collecting of all data such as during the supposed 3 month period it authorized the NSA to capture data from all Verizon phone logs.

Frankly, the NSA doesn’t invest billions in creating a huge system like PRISM just for a 3 month window of authorization by the FISA court. In other words, the court was merely providing legal cover for NSA for something they were illegally doing before, and will continue doing with our without the court’s approval. This is not oversight. This is rubber stamping government crimes.

PRISM gets its name from the physical prism lens device that is placed on fiber optic cables in order to split each signal into two identical streams—one that goes to the original destination and the other to the NSA computers. Under the PRISM program, the NSA collects information from all fiber optic communications including internet data and domestic and transatlantic phone calls on trunk lines.

Intelligence analysts already say that suspects of terror within the Middle East and Europe have started using better code words to mask their intentions or have dropped off of Facebook, Skype and Twitter altogether. But the NSA is counting on the fact that no one can operate without digital communications nowadays, so they feel the fallout will be temporary.

Meanwhile, we are getting to see who’s a shill for government by who comes out and defends this total surveillance system in the name of protecting us from terror. The two worst Republican neocons in the Senate, Peter King (NY) and Lindsey Graham (SC) are still up front defending the spying. And it also doesn’t help the cause of privacy when members of the Senate in charge of overseeing government surveillance act as shills for government.

Anti-gun Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) who chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee, tried to excuse the government’s going beyond its terror fighting mandate by citing as an example that suggested the NSA surveillance had a roll in “slowing down Iran’s nuclear program,” implying that it’s good the NSA goes beyond its limited mandate. Then she dutifully parrots what intelligence officials tell Congress in their secret oversight meetings—that the NSA “can look at the domestic calling data only if there is a reason to suspect it is actually related to Al Qaeda or to Iran… The vast majority of the records in the database are never accessed and are deleted after a period of five years. To look at or use the content of a call, a court warrant must be obtained.”

In reality, this is not true. All the data is sifted and sorted by huge supercomputers, some in real time, others after the fact. The FISA court warrant-seeking process is only done when the government wants to have the legal backing to make one of their high profile terror prosecutions. In other words, it’s legally justifying a case after the facts are gleaned illegally.

[…]

Hiding the best stuff: Wired.com also noted that neither the Guardian nor the Washington Post (who both got Snowden’s material) are revealing all:

Only five slides from the presentation have been published. The other 36 remain a mystery. Both the Guardian’s Glenn Greenwald and the Post’ s Barton Gellman have made it clear that the rest of the PowerPoint is dynamite stuff … which we’re not going to be seeing any time soon.

That’s the same problem with Wikileaks. Julian Assange made a deal with the mainstream media to allow them to sort and selectively decided what to give the public out of the leaked information. All of the really juicy secret black operations stuff is always edited out.

In summary, I feel this revelation on total surveillance by government should have been the straw that breaks the camel’s back and finally convinced people that government is simply lying to them and that the entire system is corrupt and controlled. But so far, it’s business as usual for most people, so what little hope I had in America waking up is dying.

[…]

Sadly, no more will come of such a committee investigation than the Church committee investigation of the CIA—except to bring a little more light on the subject. Sadly, I don’t think we are going to turn this around.

NSA Spying Is About Intimidating the Media, American Citizens — “The government is incensed because Snowden exposed how the NSA is acting in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment” & “Americans are more likely to be killed by toddlers than terrorists”

“As William Binney explains, government officials are only mad at Snowden because his revelations expose their wrongdoing. This has nothing to do with genuine concerns about national security or terrorism.

“As Thomas Drake, former senior NSA executive and a decorated Air Force and Navy veteran remarks, the government is incensed at Snowden and the media outlets who carried his story because Snowden exposed how the NSA is acting in “direct violation of the fourth amendment of the US constitution,” and how the NSA is “subverting the constitution.”

NSA Spying Is About Intimidating the Media, American Citizens

Blanket surveillance is about covering up government corruption and chilling free speech, not catching terrorists

Alex Jones & Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
June 13, 2013

The NSA’s vast wiretapping and surveillance operation, in addition to the agency’s attempt to intimidate the media and whistleblowers from releasing information about programs such as PRISM, has has virtually nothing to do with catching terrorists and everything to do with creating a chilling effect that dissuades the free press from exposing government corruption while making Americans fearful of engaging in political free speech.

National Security Agency

The myth that blanket NSA spying is primarily concerned with catching terrorists, or that terrorists will be aided by people like Edward Snowden blowing the whistle on the PRISM program, has been debunked by numerous experts.

Firstly, the threat posed to Americans by terrorism is grossly exaggerated and overhyped. Americans are more likely to be killed by toddlers than terrorists. Intestinal illnesses, allergic reactions to peanuts, bee stings, drowning in the bath, or accident-causing deer all individually pose a greater threat to Americans than terrorists. So the whole debate about sacrificing privacy for security is a total fraud to begin with.

As the former head of the National Security Agency’s global digital data gathering program – William Binney – confirmed, the witch hunt targeting Edward Snowden is not about preventing terrorists from discovering how they are being tracked by the NSA, it is about preventing the American people from finding out about the unconstitutional actions of the NSA.

“The terrorists have already known that we’ve been doing this for years, so there’s no surprise there. They’re not going to change the way they operate just because it comes out in the U.S. press. I mean, the point is, they already knew it, and they were operating the way they would operate anyway. So, the point is that they’re—we’re not—the government here is not trying to protect it from the terrorists; it’s trying to protect it, that knowledge of that program, from the citizens of the United States,” said Binney.

This sentiment was echoed by top counter-terrorism czar Richard Clarke, who remarked, “The argument that this sweeping search must be kept secret from the terrorists is laughable. Terrorists already assume this sort of thing is being done. Only law-abiding American citizens were blissfully ignorant of what their government was doing.”

Innumerable lawmakers on both sides of the aisle who have called for Ed Snowden to be arrested for revealing the existence of PRISM have done do under the justification that Snowden is aiding terrorists by tipping them off to the fact that the NSA is spying on them and therefore harming national security. Yet as Clarke and Binney highlight, this is a moot point – it was already known by everyone – therefore there must be a different reason for the persecution of Snowden and his ilk.

The reason for the persecution of whistleblowers and media outlets who leak evidence of government wrongdoing is to intimidate the free press and make them less likely to publish information about government corruption for fear of legal reprisals.

This is an easily understood consequence of the persecution of Edward Snowden and yet it has barely been touched upon in the aftermath of the PRISM scandal.

As William Binney explains, government officials are only mad at Snowden because his revelations expose their wrongdoing. This has nothing to do with genuine concerns about national security or terrorism.

Data is being obtained by the NSA unencrypted so that no probable cause is needed for the agency to access that data – meaning the system has been set up for political and not practical purposes.

As Thomas Drake, former senior NSA executive and a decorated Air Force and Navy veteran remarks, the government is incensed at Snowden and the media outlets who carried his story because Snowden exposed how the NSA is acting in “direct violation of the fourth amendment of the US constitution,” and how the NSA is “subverting the constitution.”

Despite the fact that whistleblowers are helping to expose wrongdoing in government – and the polls show they are supported by the majority of the American people – the Obama administration has prosecuted more whistleblowers than all other presidents combined.

As all the experts agree, this isn’t being done to protect America from terrorists, it is being done to intimidate insiders from coming forward and speaking out against government corruption in the fear that they will end up like Bradley Manning – locked away in solitary confinement for years.

Telephones belonging to AP reporters are also being tapped to discourage other news organizations from reporting on government misdeeds. Individual reporters like James Rosen are also being targeted by the Obama administration, making potential sources who have information on government wrongdoing less likely to approach journalists.

The NSA’s huge illegal dragnet also has an additional consequence – implanting a seed of doubt in the minds of average Americans seeking to exercise their first amendment right to criticize the government. Could they become a target of blanket surveillance and wiretapping? Could their private life be exposed by a resentful NSA official if they dare to become a nuisance to the feds? Could they be accidentally mistaken for a terrorist if they send an email to another person who is under suspicion?

The Obama administration’s war on whistleblowers and the NSA and other federal agency’s role in spying on reporters and average Americans has nothing to do with stopping terrorists and everything to do with intimidating the media, creating a chilling effect that makes insiders who have clear evidence of government corruption far less likely to go public, and making Americans think twice before they criticize the government or exercise their constitutional rights.

Ron Paul: When you have a dictatorship, truth becomes treasonous

“Those who sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither.”

Adan Salazar
Infowars.com
June 11, 2013

Former Congressman Ron Paul offered up a heaping portion of Constitutional liberty on CNN’s Piers Morgan Live yesterday when he addressed the recent NSA spy grid scandal, which has linked several high tech giants, including Facebook, Microsoft and Skype, to a secret program in which the government agency was allowed access to those companies’ servers.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B999I4Hl15E

Asked if he considered NSA contractor turned whistleblower Edward Snowden a hero, Paul answered, “Well… he’s done a great service because he’s telling the truth and this is what we are starved for. The American people are starved for the truth.”

Snowden’s actions, first reported by the UK’s Guardian newspaper and next the Washington Post, have come under fierce scrutiny by members on both sides of the political divide, leading several politicians to label him a “traitor” and his leak of government secrets “treasonous.”

According to Paul, these are the tell-tale signs of a dictatorial government: “And when you have a dictatorship or an authoritarian government, truth becomes treasonous. And this is what they do if you are a whistleblower, or if you are trying to tell the American people that our country is destroying our rule of law and destroying our Constitution, they turn it around and say, ‘You’re committing treason…’”

The former Texas rep and three-time presidential candidate also spoke of the NSA’s scandal in terms of violating the Fourth Amendment, saying, “So essentially there is no Fourth Amendment anymore, and for somebody to tell the American people the truth is a heroic effort, and [Snowden] knows that it’s very risky. He knows he’s committing civil disobedience and he knows that he could get punished, but he believes… that what our government is doing to us is so serious that somebody has to speak out.”

Eliciting snickers from Morgan, Paul also joked that President Obama should actually thank Snowden for forcing him to fulfill a campaign promise, stating “Matter of fact, I think the president ought to send him a thank you letter, because the president ran on transparency and we’re getting a lot of transparency now. So finally we’re getting the president to fulfill his promise about transparency, so that’s pretty exciting for me.”

Meanwhile, Morgan’s in-studio guest, Robert James Woolsey, Jr., a former CIA boss, found it difficult to answer whether what the NSA is doing violates the Fourth Amendment.

Morgan: I just don’t see how you can say what is going on here in complete secrecy from 99 percent of the people it is being done to lives up to the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It is palpably a breach isn’t it?

Woolsey: Well, it depends on whether or not you want to preserve the country’s ability to operate in a world of terrorism in which a lot of terrorists are very technically sophisticated. If you want to defend the country you’re going to have to defend it.

Morgan: Right, I understand that…but that wasn’t the question.

Woolsey: It is the question. It is the question. That balance between security and liberty is the question.

Congressman Paul later retorted, “What he’s doing is repealing the Magna Carta. You can’t just do these kind of things. And this one is not only repealing the principles of liberty, but it’s destroying the Constitution.”

Continuing, Paul questioned what should be done with Constitutional traitors. “So my question should be to all of you who defend this nonsense is, ‘What should the penalty be for the people who destroy the constitution?’ They’re always worried about how they’re going to destroy the American citizens who tell the truth to let us know what’s going on, but we ask the question, ‘What is the penalty for the people who deliberately destroy the Constitution and rationalize and say, “Well, we have to do it for security”?’ Well, you know what Franklin said about that,” recalling Founding Father Benjamin Franklin’s famous quote, paraphrased, “Those who sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither.”

Woolsey is an establishment fixture often trotted out to disseminate the fabled threat of terrorism, and is the same person who warned in Feb. 2012 that the Statue of Liberty would be a target for Iranian terrorists hellbent on retaliating against the U.S. for shutting down their nuclear program.

When confronted by We Are Change’s Luke Rudkowski in March 2011, Woolsey denied former CIA director William Colby’s charge that the CIA owns “everyone of any significance in the major media.” He is also blamed for a gag order placed on 9/11 first responders forbidding them to speak about inside knowledge of the events of that day.

Real News @ http://RevolutionNews.US — The Emerging Surveillance State

April 8, 2008 by Rep. Ron Paul

Last month, the House amended the 1978 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) to expand the government’s ability to monitor our private communications. This measure, if it becomes law, will result in more warrantless government surveillance of innocent American citizens. …

[ video ] NSA spy grid whistleblower Ed Snowden steps forward in mind-blowing video interview with Glenn Greenwald — “EVEN IF YOU’RE NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG, you’re being watched and recorded. ..THEY CAN use this system to go back in time and SCRUTINIZE EVERY DECISION you’ve ever made, every friend you’ve ever discussed something with, and attack you on that basis, to sort of DERIVE SUSPICION FROM AN INNOCENT LIFE”

“The NSA has built an infrastructure that allows it to intercept almost everything. If I wanted to see your emails or your wife’s phone, all I have to do is use intercepts. I can get your emails, passwords, phone records, credit cards.”

7:11
“Even if you’re not doing anything wrong, you’re being watched and recorded. The storage capability of these systems increases every year, consistently, by orders of magnitude, to where it’s getting to the point where you don’t have to have done anything wrong, you simply have to eventually fall under suspicion from somebody, even by a wrong call, and then they can use this system to go back in time and scrutinize every decision you’ve ever made, every friend you’ve ever discussed something with, and attack you on that basis, to sort of derive suspicion from an innocent life and paint anyone in the context of a wrongdoer.

10:46
The great fear that I have regarding the outcome for America of these disclosures is that nothing will change. People will see in the media all of these disclosures, they’ll know the lengths that government is going to to grant themselves powers, unilaterally, to create greater control over American society and global society. But they won’t be willing to take the risks necessary to stand up and fight to change things, to force their representatives to actually take a stand in their interests. And in the months ahead, the years ahead, it’s only going to get worse. Until eventually there will be a time where policies will change because the only thing that restricts the activities of the surveillance state are policy. They’ll say that… because of the crisis, the dangers that we face in the world, some new and unpredicted threat, we need more authority, we need more power, and there will be nothing the people can do at that point to oppose it. And it will be turnkey tyranny.

One of the boys, according to the feds, did say that Dzhokhar had bragged about knowing how to build a bomb. That is probably true, given how easy it is to purchase large fireworks and build pipe bombs, but it doesn’t change the fact that most of the evidence shows that whatever explosives the two brothers had in their packs that day, the bulge of the pack wasn’t big enough to conceal a pressure cooker. In addition, the colors of the packs they were wearing don’t match the remnants of the single exploded back pack the government has as evidence. What about the other explosion?

One of the most interesting pieces of evidence that has surfaced indicates that the other explosion was NOT a backpack on the ground but placed higher up on a building where a jumbotron big screen TV was attached. Here’s the Fox News live feed and interview: Fox Feed

At 6:45, 7:09 minutes into the video, Maria Stephanos (a Fox News reporter) said the explosion she saw came from the side of a building, higher up on the wall right where a Jumbotron (Big Screen TV) was installed. At 8:01, she said the explosion looked like it took place halfway up the building and at 8:32, she reiterated that the explosion came from the middle of the building, not at ground level. She was adamant about all this.

This is important because it is the first evidence that places the bomb at a place where neither Tsarnaev brothers could have had access. Nor does it match FBI claims (as yet unbacked by any video proof released) about the activities of the brothers that day. This clue about the second explosion is also important because this Fox video was aired immediately in the aftermath of the attack and none of the other media picked up on it, and even Fox News ignored it during subsequent coverage.

Video evidence and voice recordings of the brothers themselves contradict the claims of the hijacked SUV owner who the Boston Globe claims to have interviewed. Here’s the first interview from the Chinese person who the Boston Globe claims has finally surfaced after the alleged hijacking of his Mercedes SUV. I might add that the Boston Globe is a reliable government mouthpiece and had exclusive access to this person:

The 26-year-old Chinese entrepreneur had just pulled his new Mercedes to the curb on Brighton Avenue to answer a text when an old sedan swerved behind him, slamming on the brakes. A man in dark clothes got out and approached the passenger window. It was nearly 11 p.m. last Thursday.

The man rapped on the glass, speaking quickly. Danny [not his real name], unable to hear him, lowered the window — and the man reached an arm through, unlocked the door, and climbed in, brandishing a silver handgun. “Don’t be stupid,” he told Danny. He asked if he had followed the news about Monday’s Boston Marathon bombings. Danny had, down to the release of the grainy suspect photos less than six hours earlier. “I did that,” said the man, who would later be identified as Tamerlan Tsarnaev. “And I just killed a policeman in Cambridge.”

This is all very convenient to have second-hand confessions from someone who the FBI kept hidden for days and who now emerges but stays in the shadows of a pseudonym. Why the fear to come forward openly? His claimed version is at variance with the boys own protestations when surrounded by police. Paul Joseph Watson had the story at infowars.com

Video footage from the scene of the shootout with the alleged Boston bombers appears to contain audio of the suspects screaming out, “We didn’t do it!” as police fire on the two brothers.

Although by no means clear, the words below appear to be shouted by the suspects as they come under police gunfire.

– 24 seconds: “chill out”

– 26 seconds: “chill out”, “chill out”

– 31 seconds: “chill out”

– 37 seconds: “we didn’t do it”

– 41 seconds: “we didn’t do it”

– 45 seconds: “we didn’t do it”

– 1 minute 9 seconds: “hey officer”

Despite being described as a “shootout,” the audio suggests that shots are only being fired in one direction by police and that the brothers are not returning fire at this point in the exchange.

I still think the boys were involved in some portion of the bombing plot, at least as far as being instructed on how to make rudimentary explosives, but the evidence is far from conclusive that the actual bombs that went off were both placed by them. It still looks like they were part of a larger plot—and simply set up to take the fall, while the others, protected by government’s exclusive focus on these two, are allowed to escape.

It is also strange that the police immediately blamed the killing of the MIT policeman on the Tsarnaev brothers. They have no witnesses to the murder and have presented no ballistics matching the one weapon in the brother’s possession. No charges have been filed weeks after the bombing. How long does it take to get a bullet match?

The Military style clearing of a house in Watertown, MA is an object lesson in how easy it is to cower people into submission when government exaggerates an emergency and starts using military tactics—no warrant, no asking permission—just demands for compliance at the point of a gun. The police forced all 8 residents including 2 women to exit with hands up at gun point, while constantly issuing threatening words and brooking no questions or protestations. They were demanding instant compliance. House Clearing

Former Congressman Ron Paul lambasted the Boston Police for Police State tactics. “The Boston bombing provided the opportunity for the government to turn what should have been a police investigation into a military-style occupation of an American city.”

After seeing the video, I completely agree. Every patriotic American ought to make plans to relocate out of any large city that trains and operates as a militarized police force, ready to push citizens around without cause or warrant, and without any sense of duty to protect a citizen’s civil rights. Steve Watson from Infowars.com had these comments:

People think because these men in uniforms show up on their porch that they have to obey, that they have no right to refuse or any legal leg to stand on. Nothing could be further from the truth, but who is going to tell them? Not the police. If you stand up to them they will beat you. It’s going on all over America all the time, but you’ll only see it or hear about it in the alternative news or videos.

The story floated in the mainstream media that the door to door searches were conducted with the voluntary consent of the residents of Watertown is clearly false. 9000+ Police locked down an entire city and went in with full force, with armored vehicles and combat gear, all to search for an injured 19 year old kid who turned out to be cowering in someone’s back yard.

Katy Waldman of Slate wrote an article claiming that under dire circumstances police can suspend 4th Amendment rights against unreasonable searches:

In exigent circumstances, or emergency situations, police can conduct warrantless searches to protect public safety. This exception to the Fourth Amendment’s probable cause requirement normally addresses situations of “hot pursuit,” in which an escaping suspect is tracked to a private home. But it might also apply to the events unfolding in Boston if further harm or injury might be supposed to occur in the time it takes to secure a warrant.

This activity, once again, sets a shocking precedent. Police and military are training in these circumstances every single day of the year. They are fully acclimatized to the process, as if it is completely normal. They do not hesitate in carrying out such orders, which are now being implemented whenever the authorities deem a situation to be an emergency.

According to Israeli doctors at Beth Israel Hospital where both bombing suspects were taken, “Dzhokhar Tsarnaev may never speak again.” The younder Tsarnaev brother, 19, was wounded in his throat, according to expatriate Israeli doctor Kevin Ilan Tabb of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Initially, the government claimed this was the result of a suicide attempt, but they’ve stopped claiming that little lie after it became known he was unarmed.

The CIA connection with the uncle: The most interesting new story this week is evidence linking a high level CIA operative, Graham Fuller, with the two suspect’s uncle Ruslan Tsarni. According to the New York Times in 1988, “Mr. Fuller’s name came to public attention last year when it was disclosed that he was the author of a ‘think piece’ circulated in the intelligence community in May 1985 suggesting the possibility of pursuing openings in Iran.” That’s mild CIA doublespeak for Fuller being part of the team that put together the illegal arms for hostage deal with the Iranians.

Evidence of this type of connection rarely proves that someone was actually under the control of the agency, but when all the pieces come together, it doesn’t paint a benign picture about Tsarni, his background in Russia, nor his ability to come back and forth to the US after dealing with some very bad people overseas.

The following are the claimed by various internet sites about Ruslan Tsarni and Graham Fuller, a high level CIA operative:

1) Tsarni was married to the daughter of CIA agent Graham Fuller in 1995.

2) He became an American citizen after the marriage to Fuller’s daughter, then divorced her.

3) Tsarni didn’t speak English very well back then. Fuller says he also spoke in Russian to him all the time back then. [which raises the question of how did the daughter communicate enough to marry him?]

4) Ruslan Tsarni’s listed residential address that of a home owned by Fuller—but Fuller wasn’t living there at the time

5) Tsarni filed incorporation papers for the Congress of Chechen International Organizations at his father-in-laws address, in 1995, right after “marrying” his daughter -which ended up being just for citizenship, as it didn’t last.

6) The Congress of Chechen International Organizations is a terrorist organization that let in a known terrorist, who went on to lead organization for rebels in Chechen,

There are errors in these claims: In reality, the marriage lasted for 3 years, so it may not have been a marriage only to provide citizenship for Tsarni, though that was certainly a part of it. The length they stayed together may be related to the CIA connection with the father.

The claim about the Congress of Chechen International Organizations connection is problematic for a couple of reasons. Connecting a single listed terrorist with an organization may simply be a reflection that this is a CIA front group providing false leads for future terror acts they want to blame on Chechnya. The Russians did that a lot when Chechnya was being blamed for attacks on Moscow apartments which were actually done by the KGB/FSB.

And then there is other data showing that the U.S.-based Congress of Chechen International Organizations was created in 1995 by Mohammed Shashani, a former professor of Pittsburgh University and an ethnic Chechen—not Tsarni. Something is amiss here.

But the more interesting article is by Bloomberg showing Ruslan’s shady past—perfect material for CIA black operations:

The uncle of the suspects in last week’s Boston Marathon bombing told a London court in 2010 that Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev had overseen the theft of state assets worth billions of dollars.

Ruslan Tsarni, who is from Kyrgyzstan, the former Soviet republic to the south of Kazakhstan, worked “in various capacities” with a closely knit network of associates led by Nazarbayev’s son-in-law [Ablyazov] from 2000 to 2008 that regularly engaged in fraudulent business practices, he said in a witness statement to the High Court in London in December 2010…

In his witness statement in defense of Ablyazov, Tsarni said Nazarbayev gave his “blessing” and protection to the group that rigged auctions of state assets, seized banks to sell for a fraction of their value to pre-determined buyers, and engaged in tax fraud and money laundering.

Comment: This is all pretty unusual for a common guy. After leaving America and Fuller’s daughter, he immediately gets involved with President Nursultan, his son-in-law and various shady associates in a deal that involves billions of dollars, and winds up testifying in a high profile London court case. They he simply waltzes back into the US, no problem.

However, the CIA monitors all these kinds of activities overseas. Are we to believe that Tsarni comes back into the US without the CIA monitoring his every move or tagging him as a person with unsavory connections? I doubt it, unless he’s already working for them.

Believe me, when a high level CIA operative like Graham Fuller (who helped initiate the Iran Contra arms deal with Iran) lets his daughter do a marriage of convenience with a foreign asset, there’s more to the story than love—and the relationship with the family doesn’t seem to end even after the marriage dissolves.

This whole story takes on even more significance after uncle Ruslan lashes out at the boys and tries to point the media toward the boys supposed handler who radicalized them—but he conveniently refuses to name the handler, or help the FBI find this source of radicalization. This leads to the suspicion that Tsarni may have been trying to point the media away from his own potential role as the boy’s handler.

Graham Fuller has been questioned about his connection with Tsarni. The UK Dailymail says:

Mr Fuller was forced to explain the relationship today as news of the family link emerged online. Ruslan Tsarni,[used to be Tsarnaev] who publicly denounced his two terrorist nephews’ actions and called them ‘Losers’, even lived with his father-in-law agent Graham Fuller in his Maryland home for a year.

He told Al-Monitor that his daughter, Samantha, was married to Ruslan, whose surname was then Tsarnaev, for three to four years in the 1990s. The couple divorced in 1999 more than ten years after he left the agency in 1987. “they lived in Bishkek for one year where Samantha was working for Price Waterhouse on privatization projects,” Mr Fuller said.

Of course, no one can be sure that a former CIA agent isn’t still employed by the government once he leaves the agency. Anytime a known CIA agent goes undercover as a civilian the process begins by publicly quitting the agency—even when they continue to get paid via other channels.

Price Waterhouse, by the way, is an insider big 3 accounting firm that has carried a lot of water for government black operations, and has, in the opinion of several critics, whitewashed many CIA front company’s books in the name of “national security.”

It is also of interest that Fuller now works for the RAND Corporation, a known CIA front, according to many sources. Paul Joseph Watson filed this report on RAND with Prison Planet.tv in 2010:

Cuban-born journalist and author Alex Abella was allowed exclusive access inside the RAND Corporation to view their archives. What he discovered was a plot driven by scientists, behaviorists, and generals who were intent on starting world war three and fleecing the American people in the process. Once he was a skeptic on the subject of conspiracy theories and the new world order, but after his work with the RAND Corporation he is now convinced that this top secret think tank has been pulling the strings of American government for at least 60 years.

People who don’t understand the conspiracy often come to incorrect conclusions like this—thinking that Rand or the CIA runs the government. It isn’t true. Others, totally unseen, run these secret bureaucracies from somewhere above the level of public government]

Abella charts how RAND started off as an organization centered around building new weapons for the military but ultimately expanded into politics, science, history and economics and was closely allied with the Ford, Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations [all insider-connected foundations promoting globalism and detente with our enemies]. RAND’s decision in the 50’s to re-model the globe towards a new world order [It wasn’t RAND’s decision—they were following orders] changed everything… RAND’s ultimate goal was to have technocrats running every aspect of society in pursuit of a one world government that would be administered under “the rule of reason,”

Doctors kill 2,450% more Americans than all gun-related deaths combined! — Your doctor is FAR more likely to kill you than an armed criminal | While Sandy Hook was mass murder, the U.S. health care system is practically a holocaust, killing far more people than Adolf Hitler!

From: Pakalert Press

Doctors kill 2,450% more Americans than all gun-related deaths combined

Mike Adams

Everyone agrees the Sandy Hook shooting was a tragedy. Lots of people subsequently exploited the deaths of those children to push a political agenda of disarming Americans by claiming “guns kill people.”

But compared to what? Swimming pools kill people. Horseback riding kills people. …

Your doctor is FAR more likely to kill you than an armed criminal

It’s true: You are 64 times more likely to be killed by your doctor than by someone else wielding a gun. That’s because 19,766 of the total 31,940 gun deaths in the USA (in the year 2011) were suicides. So the actual number of deaths from other people shooting you is only 12,174.

Doctors, comparatively, kill 783,936 people each year, which is 64 times higher than 12,174. Doctors shoot you not with bullets, but with vaccines, chemotherapy and pharmaceuticals… all of which turn out to be FAR more deadly than guns.

This is especially amazing, given that there are just under 700,000 doctors in America, while there are roughly about 80 million gun owners in America.

How do 700,000 doctors manage to kill 783,936 people each year (that’s over one death per doctor), while 80 million gun owners kill only 31,940? Because owning a gun is orders of magnitude safer than “practicing” medicine!

Check out the following infographic, which can also be viewed in a higher resolution at:
www.naturalnews.com/Infographic-Firearms-vs-Doctors-Drugs.html

As the infographic explains, you are over three times more likely to be killed by a drug side effect than a firearm.

On the firearms side of things, you are almost twice as likely to be killed by YOURSELF than by someone else using a gun. But even this number can’t be blamed on guns themselves, because if people really want to commit suicide, they will find other ways to accomplish it (such as jumping off buildings or bridges).

Where is the call for “doctor control?”

Despite the statistical fact that you are overall 24.5 times more likely to be killed by your doctor than by a gun — and it’s actually far worse if you spend more time around doctors than you do gang members — there is absolutely no call in the media for “doctor control.”

There’s zero talk about making medications safer, or reducing the number of people who are medicated every day in America.

There’s no mention of the astonishing fact that surgical procedures do not need to be proven safe and effective before being tried on patients. Surgery in America is, in effect, a grand experiment often conducted with little or no scientific support.

There’s no discussion of the fact that psychiatric drugs promote violent shootings as we’ve seen over and over again across America.

Nope, the entire focus is on how BAD guns are, while the government simultaneously promotes how GOOD vaccines are! …and chemotherapy, surgery, pharmaceuticals and everything else that’s killing usen masse.

Every U.S. hospital is another Sandy Hook

Hundreds of people are killed every single day across U.S. hospitals from pharmaceutical side effectsalone. On top of that, hospitals are killing people with superbug infections, fouled up surgeries, and failedheart stents, among other deadly problems.

Sandy Hook was the tragedy the government wanted you to see. But they didn’t want you to pay attention to all the deaths happening elsewhere — in far greater numbers — such as at hospitals and via pharmacies.

Because all those deaths overseen by doctors and pharmacists are making billions of dollars for the corrupt, criminally-run pharmaceutical industry and the for-profit, corporate-driven health care complex.

While Sandy Hook was mass murder, the U.S. health care system is practically a holocaust. In fact, the U.S. health care system has killed more people than Adolf Hitler — by far!

Spread the word: If we want to save lives, the most important place to start is at the doctors and drug companies. They are dealers of death who have been granted obscene monopolies by the FDA and state medical boards. Until their stranglehold on U.S. health care is finally broken, millions more innocent Americans will die at the hands of doctors, surgeons and pharmacists.
