My personal view…
In Victorian England, the male elite kept pornography hidden away from working class men, women and children. Apparently, for their own protection and welfare. They believed that pornography would encourage endless fornication, that would inevitably affect the workforce and corrupt the innocent.
Only they held privy to view, categorise and no doubt ‘enjoy’ their private collections. That were sought and acquired from every corner of the world.
During the 20th century, there was a complete turnaround. The realisation that selling women’s bodies via printed publications, equated to considerable wealth and power. The two main providers (pimps/ procurer’s) of this ‘Paper prostitution’ were again, the male elite. Namely, Rupert Murdoch and his male counterpart Hugh Hefner. Who introduced mainstream pornography into the U.K and America. They have both built their empires, not by selling sex – by selling female body parts.
On acquiring the much ‘troubled’ sun newspaper in 1969. Rupert Murdoch told the editor Larry Lamb-
“I want a tearaway paper-with lot’s of Tit’s in it!”
Thereby, confirming the selling of female body parts and depicting females as mere sexual objects. Which possibly caused many of their readers to unwittingly or subconsciously become both voyeurs and objectifiers.
This was a highly profitable rescue for the sun newspaper, whose circulation rose dramatically to 10 million daily readers in 1997.
It now has the ninth largest circulation of any newspaper in the world….

I understand that Pat puts this as a past sin, but the way he says it he also puts it in the continuing present: “He cheated on you, well, he’s a man. … Males have a tendency to wander a little bit. … Think of the temptations that are out there.”
It sounds like he’s enabling and making excuses for the husband to continue to willfully sin in this incredibly serious way as if he, himself has this mindset.
Jesus, Paul and John would have never made excuses for sexual sin. They would call the husband to serious repentance, warning him that otherwise, he can’t be a real, going-to-heaven Christian — let alone what this does to his wife and family — and others.
Spiritual leaders like these are a big reason why the church is mostly no longer Jesus’ bride. Pat is clearly Biblically disqualified to lead. See my links, below.

FBI agents have rescued more than 100 children forced into prostitution by sex traffickers, during a three-day sweep across the US.
As part of Operation Cross Country, 150 people were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the sexual exploitation of children.
The raids took place in 76 cities, representing the largest such enforcement action to date, according to an FBI release.
Announcing the arrests, Ron Hosko, assistant director of the bureau’s Criminal Investigative Division, said: “Child prostitution remains a persistent threat to children across America.
“This operation serves as a reminder that these abhorrent crimes can happen anywhere and that the FBI remains committed to stopping this cycle of victimization and holding the criminals who profit from this exploitation accountable.”
The sweep, the seventh such nationwide operation, was conducted as part of the FBI’s Innocence Lost National Initiative, which seeks to bring together state and federal level bodies to crackdown on child prostitution. Whatever you may think about the George Zimmerman trial, the truth is that it is yet another example that shows very clearly how divided America is at this point. I was hesitant to write anything about the Zimmerman trial today, because it seems like the more people talk about it the more divided we become. But we need to have some honest discussions about these issues, because all of this division threatens to literally tear this nation apart. If we do not learn how to love one another and forgive one another, America is not going to have any sort of a future. After all this time, the people of the United States should have been able to get beyond racial hatred. Instead, it appears to be growing with each passing day. Right now, there are millions of Americans that hate African-American people. Right now, there are millions of Americans that hate Hispanic-American people. Right now, there are millions of Americans that hate Asian-American people. Right now, there are millions of Americans that hate white people. Right now, there are millions of Americans that hate Jewish people. All of this hatred is evil, and it is eating away at our nation like cancer. The problems that our country is facing are immense, and we are never going to have any hope of solving them until we can forgive one another and start to honestly love one another.
When groups of Americans begin to label other groups of Americans that don’t look like them as “the enemy”, we all lose.
We should refuse to listen to those that would attempt to divide us and pit us against one another. We must find a way to come together and overcome all of the bitterness and resentment that is out there. Those that harbor hatred in their hearts are not doing any good and they are slowly but surely destroying themselves.
We need to start understanding that every human life is of great value. I doesn’t matter what someone looks like or where they are from. The following is a direct quote from one of our most important founding documents, the Declaration of Independence…
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

In Matthew chapter 22, Jesus is asked what the greatest commandment is…

Are you willing to love those that look different than you do?
Of course we all could do better and we have all made mistakes. That is one reason why forgiveness is so important.
We all need to have grace for one another and to be open to reconciliation.
If Americans are able to forgive one another and start loving one another, we may be able to start moving this country back in the right direction.
If not, strife and discord will literally tear our communities apart.

The woman giving the speech is saying, “We have doctors down in Houston who are butchering women, butchering children…” and the pro-abortion people raise their voices, singing and chanting, “Hail Satan! Hail Satan!” over and over again.
Later, pro-life advocates sang, “Amazing Grace,” completing the contrast between the abortion foes and the abortion advocates (who literally worship Satan).
Even the Church of Satan was offended
The chanting of “Hail Satan” garnered the attention of the UK Church of Satan which was offended by it. The church actually tweeted, “Unfortunate to see Satan’s name used in such a diabolical manner.”
Apparently the butchering of 20-week old children is too diabolical for even Satan! But it’s considered a “right” by U.S. abortion advocates.
Obviously, not all abortion activists are Satan worshippers, but you’ll notice that none of them have denounced the Satanists, either. By failing to denounce it, they effectively embrace and welcome Satan worship as part of their cause.
Note that Texas is not trying to ban all abortions; it’s only banning abortions after 20 weeks. You truly have to wonder what kind of woman keeps a baby for 20 weeks and then changes her mind and decides to kill it. This isn’t abortion; it’s the murder of a viable, conscious human being that’s more than 50% of the way toward birth (babies are typically born at 38 weeks).
It is very difficult for any rational argument to be made that aborting a baby that’s 20, 25 or 30 weeks old isn’t the killing of a human being. http://www.infowars.com/abortion-acti…

A truly bizarre, almost “creepy” video has just surfaced, revealing pro-abortion activists chanting “Hail Satan” in unison at the Texas State Capitol building. As you can hear for yourself in the video below, people in the background begin chanting, “Hail Satan!” during the speech of a woman who opposes late-term abortions. It appears at 5:12 in the video and continues for many seconds.
