PDD-60 is Bill Clinton’s presidential directive changing “launch on first warning” to launch only after the US is actually hit with nukes, which Joel Skousen has documented, and has shown recently that it hasn’t been rescinded. This is the first time I’ve seen Joel say that he believes Russia and China would attack even if they believed we would launch our nukes on first warning, ignoring PDD-60.

THE CHANGING GLOBALIST STRATEGY ON WAR AND TERROR
As long-term readers know, I have long documented how the US Deep State drummed up the war on terror in order, in part, to create the image of the US as the “bully of the world” which would help Russia and China justify their eventual attack on the West. Their actions around the world has created a true “ugly American” reputation especially in the Middle East after its military invasions of Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan, after falsely blaming these countries for the 9/11 attack which justified all the atrocities during the “war on terror.” –Terror which our own Deep State created. …
And relative to the coming war a subscriber asked how the Russians and Chinese will ever feel like they can win against the US even with a nuclear first strike, since they don’t actually believe that the US will use PDD-60 to stop our forces from launching on warning.

As a token of good will, we’ve agreed to keep half of our one-dozen fleet nuclear subs in port at all times, so they can be easily taken out.
For those who live within 10 miles of a military base, blast protection would be needed. He recommends moving instead.
Some kind of fallout shelter is needed if downwind from a nuclear blast, even 600 miles away:
Joel is speaking to Mormons, of whom most probably live in Salt Lake City. He first says, for those living in Utah County (south of SLC), after a nuke is launched above Hill Air Force base (north of SLC), about a 60 mile distance, some kind of fallout shelter will be needed, if they’re downwind. Later, he says if the wind is coming from a different direction, they’ll still need a fallout shelter for the nukes that hit San Diego, Nellis Air Force Base or Area 51. San Diego is 600 air miles from Salt Lake City.
Apparently, a fallout shelter needs to also be substantial, because he says it costs one third the price of a blast protected shelter.
“Only Russia and China can throw an EMP strike [that would take down the entire US power grid], because it takes at least 2 or 3 super-EMP weapons, and it takes about 8 or 9 regular EMP weapons exploded at high altitudes.”
Cars will likely be disabled if they’re within a 300 mile circle under the explosion, so within a 150 mile radius from the explosion. Outside of that, cars “may shut down but will restart, hopefully.”
“There will be famine for at least a year, because the United States does not stockpile any of the [house sized] transformers…. They’re made in China.”

US MILITARY AIRCRAFT VS. CHINA AND RUSSIA
The head of US nuclear forces recently claimed that Ukraine is just a warmup for a very long struggle with China, as Sputnik News warns, evading the fact that Russia will join China in the attack on America.
US Navy Adm. Charles Richard, the head of US Strategic Command, recently warned the US would soon face a protracted conflict with China unlike anything it’s faced before. Stratcom is responsible for handling the country’s nuclear weapons, as well as the suite of defensive and offensive information capabilities termed C4ISR.
“We have to do some rapid, fundamental change in the way we approach the defense of this nation,” Richard said at a Navy symposium last week. “This Ukraine crisis that we’re in right now, this is just the warmup,” he said. “The ‘big one’ is coming.”
Richard warned “the [military] ship is slowly sinking” because China is fielding new capabilities faster than the United States, which will soon find itself outnumbered and outclassed on the battlefield.

Russia just threatened to invade Alaska

Several top figures inside the Kremlin have threatened to attack Alaska in retaliation to sanctions imposed upon Russia over its barbaric invasion of Ukraine.
“Russia’s lower house speaker, Vyacheslav Volodin, warned the United States ought to hesitate when seizing or freezing Russian assets abroad, and instead ought to remember that Alaska previously belonged to Russia,” The Daily Beast reported on Wednesday.
The Alaskan territory was purchased from Russia in 1867 for $7.2 million – roughly $142 million today when adjusted for inflation – as part of a treaty that checked Russia’s trade expansion toward the American Pacific Northwest.
“Let America always remember, there is a part of [Russian] territory: Alaska,” Volodin said, per the Ukrainian broadcasting station Hromadske International. “So when they start trying to dispose of our resources abroad, before they do it, let them think: we also have something to return.”
Other lawmakers in Moscow issued various additional ultimatums.
“State Duma Vice Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy proposed holding a referendum in Alaska, Volodin said, according to RBC,” noted The Daily Beast. “Dmitry Medvedev, the deputy secretary of Russia’s Security Council, took the threats even further, and hinted at nuclear escalation.”
Ukraine intelligence showed us lists of mostly U.S.-made microchips it says were found on captured or destroyed Russian military equipment.

PUTIN ADMITS TO TERRITORIAL EXPANSION
Some have doubted my claims not only about the falsified Fall of the Soviet Union, but Putin’s plan to reconstitute that union by reclaiming “lost lands.” This week Yahoo.com covered Putin admitting to a plan to regain lost territory.
Russian President Vladimir Putin paid tribute to Tsar Peter the Great on the 350th anniversary of his birth on Thursday, claiming that modern Russia is once again on a historic quest “to return and fortify” its lost lands. Erasing any doubt about the true motivation of his invasion of neighboring Ukraine, Putin told an audience of technology students in Moscow that the lot of re-conquering Russia’s former territories fell to their generation. They blithely smiled throughout the speech, without a hint of a reaction to the imperial ambitions of their leader which have abruptly re-shaped their future.

Skousen’s timing for WWIII is still the latter half of this decade, when China is ready to help Russia.
